Azazel simply stared at the grave digger with eyes as black as coal, his expression was blank and his eyes wide. They almost seemed to drink in all they looked upon, the pupils had become undefined making it near impossible to tell what he looked at, yet even so, the unsettling gaze that had made Yorick uncomfortable the first time they had opened with the powers of a reaper, could now be felt upon him once again. The rage seemed to flow from the Undead Summoner's form in great suffocating waves, many of the reapers fed off their own negative emotions, it seemed rage is what Azazel fed from. "I wonder Yorick. What would cause you to assault the Spider Queen." His voice cut through the air like cold steel, his power seemed undeniably strong as he stood before the Gravedigger, not an ounce of fear within his being.
Azazel held his arm out to the side, summoning a swirling mass of black smoke to his side that coiled its way around his right arm before elongating within his hand and solidifying in the shape of a longsword, "Call off your ghouls Yorick." the summoner commanded, "There is more going on here than you know."
"Azazel... You have no right of speech here on the Isles!" The gravedigger replied, smirking he let the ghouls keep up their advance at him. "You are nothing, Azazel. I'm sure the King will appreciate what I've done for the Isles tonight." With that the ghouls accelerated to their max speed. His ghost image laughed as it got closer, no sound was heard, just empty laughter.
The gravedigger himself just stood there, motionless with a smirk on his face. First he was going to bring back the traitor Elise, and then another one had appeared. Things certainly was going in Yorick's favor this evening.

This cant happen! Her back legs were crippled quite badly from the attacks and Yorick stood above her with that shovel. They had never liked each other and the way he looked at her he planned on taking out years of anger on her and there was nothing she could do about it. Then she heard the voice. She had used the stone but hadn't thought he would come for her. Nobody ever came for her. Nobody ever cared enough to risk themselves for her.
Elise used the distraction he made to get back on her feet but not all the ghouls were distracted and what should have been an easy fight wasn't going very well for her. She was.....exhausted? That shouldn't happen. Was she really that late with her venom dose? This wasn't good, not at all.
She fought off several ghouls but she had taken a great deal of damage and it wasn't healing the way it should. Her sight was growing black on the outside of her vision. She didn't know what to do. If she was going to go down she would go down with the man that risked himself to save her. She didn't understand his motives but she was grateful nonetheless .
"Yorick, you're a fool! Think about what you are doing..." Azazel's eyes widened, causing the black abyss that were his eyes to seem as though they drank in all the surrounding light. Yorick would still be surrounded in darkness, unable to see anything but Azazel, even the ground they stood upon was simply gone, replaced by nothing but pitch black nothingness.
"The King will not be pleased you have meddled in his plans you blind idiot." Black magic crackled in Azazel's free hand, "You know me, Gravedigger, would I risk my life for something so trivial as someone else unless I gained something from it? The King is playing the mainland, making it seem as though I betrayed him." By now the ghoul was barely 10 feet from Azazel, the dark summoner through the volatile sphere of darkness at ghostly image of Yorick before readying his sword in preparation for a sword dance that would more than likely leave the ghouls in shredded pieces. But, Azazel was never one to ever go toe-to-toe with anyone...
"I know you , Azazel. I know everything about you. Every detail from your past life, every single moment, I have seen them all." The Gravedigger replied with a calm tone, he put down the blade of the shovel into the ground, he couldn't see it but he knew it was there. "What was her name? The woman you loved, what was his name, the man that took her from you?" Yorick smirked, he had seen Azazel's life the day he had helped him to become a reaper. "What was the name of the man you slaughtered, in fear that he'd talk badly about your family? Do you remember these?" The Gravedigger pushed down the blade deeper into the ground.
His ghouls got closer and closer to Azazel, his spectral image got closer as well. "You betrayed the Shadow Isles, just like you betrayed your own people of Urtistan, dooming them. How did it feel? Killing your family, killing your friends? Enlighten me, for I do not know."
"You are pathetic, Azazel, a shame to the Shadow Isles, a shame to the city of Urtistan." The gravedigger pulled out his shovel from the ground, "Leave the Shadow Isles now."
Azazel stepped back, slowly drawing out the distance between him and the ghoul by the tiniest amount, before suddenly lunging forward in a move most unlike himself, if the ghoul didn't somehow find a way to solidify itself the long blade would impale the poor creature through the skull. Azazel's form would warp and fade away into the black smoke before retreating into the forest. He had to find a way to separate Yorick from Elise, just long enough so that he could move her. Azazel's cold voice sounded once more, "Oh but Yorick, are you really stooping to my level? How pathetic. Are you that desperate for the King's approval? For his praise? You will not be remembered Yorick, no one remembers the name of the dog that serves the king."
Azazel had reformed, any injuries sustained while he lunged into the single ghoul would become apparent upon becoming physical behind the tree. Yorick's vision would return to normal, the spell wearing off as Azazel now stood behind a nearby tree. The summoner knew it wouldn't help, Yorick would no doubt be able to sense him. But, the plan was formulating, but hopefully Yorick would stop being a blind moron and see the truth, "On more time Yorick!" Azazel said aloud from behind the tree, quickly nursing any wounds he had sustained, "The king wants this you idiot. You think he would not hunt me to the ends of Runeterra if all this was not planned?"
The smirk on the Gravediggers face faded for a moment, who would actually remember him? What would remain after his quota was done? The graves on the Shadow Isles would remain, but would the one who had dug them be remembered? At the current age he would probably outlive anyone that had ever heard of the name Yorick Mori, the only memories of him would be in the Institute of War, but even that was failing and had began to crumble under it's own weight. No! He couldn't let Azazel's mind tricks get to him, Azazel was nothing but a traitor.
The spell faded around the Gravedigger, and the smirk reappeared on the face of the Gravedigger. He pulled a picture from a memory he had seen a long time ago. The spectral image of Yorick returned to the Gravedigger's side where it sank down into a puddle of souls. The ghost then reemerged, but not as the Gravedigger, but as Azazel's old love. The image was as good as Yorick could make it, based on the Memories he saw when he touched Azazel's soul all those years ago. The ghost moved forward, stumbling slightly as she walked at first but eventually got her walking back to normal.
She walked up to the tree where Azazel had hid behind, placing her hand on it and looking up and down the tree, examining it. "Your level? I'm afraid that I'm below your level. Say, are you not going to greet her? After all, you've missed her for so long."
Azazel frowned as he heard Yorick speak, greet her? What, Elise? Slowly he moved from his position, his sword raised ready to defend should the need arise. Inch by inch he came to see the form of a ghostly woman, at first, Azazel barely recognized her... An exact replica, of her. The soft blue eyes that could make all the pain in the world melt away simply by looking in them, her perfect long light brown hair that went right down to her knees. Those lips, a sudden ache pierced Azazel's chest.
His hands began to shake, the pitch black orbs that were his eyes locked upon her, it was impossible to pinpoint what it made him feel, a torrent of thoughts, memories flooded through him. Everything he buried to become what he was today, to become something that wasn't human, to become a monster. Now her image stood before him, a single shuddered breath escaped his lips, "Ch-ch..." Had the isles claimed her? Had Yorick really taken her soul? Was it really her... His limbs felt completely drained, a cold feeling washed over him as though he had been suddenly crushed beneath a massive wave of longing. But, along with the memories of how he loved her... Came the memories of how she had betrayed him. Pain, anguish, longing... Love... All turned to rage. Blind. All consuming. Rage.
His face contorted, the pain in his chest crushed away as all the anger flooded his being, filling him with power. He was a monster. He felt no love. No compassion. Nothing would keep him from what he wanted. Not even her.
His grip upon the sword tightened, a savage unrefined swing sliced through the air, his blade aiming right to decapitate his old love right then and there. The blade of the sword crackled with what could only be described as his rage manifesting along the length of it. His expression changed to one of complete impassiveness, yet the boiling rage that now thrashed about within him would not be sated by one kill alone.
The Gravedigger smirked as he noticed how Azazel changed when he saw her, seeming like he froze in place. He laughed as he decapitated the ghost, the blade swung through her neck but all that happened was that the blade passed through her ghostly neck, nothing else. The neck on the girl reshaped as she walked up to him, slowly. She raised her hand and touched Azazel's cheek with her fingers.
"Oh how you have missed her." The blacked out lantern began to regain it's glow as the girl faded away from him. As she began to fade a sad look on her face appeared, as if she regretted what she had done. Right before she disappeared she whispered to him, "Azazel..." The lantern was now fully lit again and Yorick grinned at his opponent. "Wasn't that nice, she has told me all about how she missed you, how she regretted her actions. But you don't feel that do you? You are beyond those feelings now, and yet... You came running for Elise."
"Tell me, Azazel, do you not care for Elise? Otherwise you wouldn't have come running, would you?" The Gravedigger asked, a curious tone on his voice and yet filled with malice.
Azazel's face remained impassive as the ghost touched his cheek, he seemed almost completely emotionless on the outside by this point. There was no longer any longing in his heart. No more want for love. No compassion or regret. "What you failed to understand Gravedigger." Azazel spoke, his voice seemed as though he was struggling to hold onto his sanity by this point, the rage within him was all consuming. He had to find a way to release it or it would devour him, "I have no missed her... I have not even thought of her until this point."
The dark summoner's eyes shifted their gaze to Yorick, what Azazel said was the truth. He had buried his humanity long ago, the eyes were cold, dark and fulled with anger, absolutely nothing else, "She can tell you all she knows. But it will never be enough Yorick. She, remembers me. But, who remembers you?"
Azazel turned to look at Elise, his cold stare almost seem to pierce right through her as though she didn't even exist. "I think, Yorick. I will hurt you now." He smirked, a sinister look crossed his expression as he slowly began walking toward the Gravedigger with an outstretched palm, a black coiling smokey leash would lunge forward, entwining itself around the Gravediggers form, thousands of needles of pain would flood Yorick's mind as Azazel channeled a spell that assaulted ones very thoughts, making it nearly impossible to think straight.

Elise awoke with a start. She must have passed out for a moment. What a time to be low on venom. This was a disaster. Her ego was taking a hit as well. Needing to be rescued was not something she did....ever. But here she was.
The first thing she heard when she came to was Yorick talking to Azazel about a ghost who must be someone from his past and then asking Azazel if he cared about her. She was more then a little surprised by the question. But she was certain of what his answer would be. While they hadn't really connected until very recently but she was sure they had bonded. The proof was that he had come for her.
Azazel's response was to look right through her. Like she was nothing to him. Insignificant. Just another pawn on the chessboard. She looked into his piercing blue eyes and they went right through her. How had she been so wrong? She had thought.... The pain in her chest was an agony worse then the physical pain she was in. It was all she could do not to just lie there and let what happened happen. But she was stronger then that. That is what she told herself anyway. She wouldn't let a man crush her again.
She continued to watch but she slowly and quietly turned into a spider and started to crawl up the tree above Yorick and began to weave a web.
The Gravedigger didn't have much time to react to Azazel as the smoke covered him. He felt something, something he hadn't felt in a long time, pain. His thoughts became foggy and hard to focus, but he had to do something. "M-make t-them s-suffer!" The gravedigger stuttered and tried to focus long enough. The lantern's light faded out again, this time it wasn't a single ghost that came out.
The air was filled with six spectral ghouls with one intention, to kill Azazel and Elise. The ghouls decided that Azazel was biggest threat to the Gravedigger and flew at him. If the ghouls made it to Azazel, he'd find that they didn't attack his body, but instead went for his soul, with the intent of ripping it out of him.
Azazel's eyes flicked to where Elise was climbing above Yorick as she began to weave her web, the ghouls advanced upon the Dark Summoner causing him to focus upon them while his spell actively worked to disrupt Yorick's thoughts. He had to keep his distance, once Elise had done what she was doing it would stall Yorick long enough for them to escape. He smirked to himself knowing that though the mind addling haze, Yorick wouldn't see it, Elise certainly was resilient.
His eyes studied the ghouls, as he was still on the edge of the forest slowly stepped back, intent on drawing the creatures into the forest where he would easily be able to manipulate the situation. In his free hand a volatile sphere of black magic was formed before being thrown toward the group of six with explosive force.
The ghouls followed blindly into the forest. As they entered it, two of the ghouls just barely noticed the sphere getting thrown at them, getting just out of range for the explosion that killed the rest of the group.
Meanwhile Yorick was trying to focus, but the magic cast upon him made it too hard. His mind was in too much chaos for him to think clearly. The Gravedigger braced himself on the shovel, his vision was getting distorted by the pain. Azazel had to die, and soon.
As the two remaining ghouls looked at Azazel they charged again, this time moving between the branches of some trees to prevent him from taking them both out at the same time as they got closer and closer to him.

Every move she made sent agony through her body. It was times like this she wished she was fully undead. They didn't have to experience pain like this and it never hindered there actions. But at the same time she thought it cost them something in the way of will and tenacity. They never worried about dieing so they never had the same kind of urgency to win.
Elise caught Azazel's eye momentarily while she weaved her trap as quickly as she could. Several of her surviving spiders started weaving as well in the nearby trees. She hoped she would get her masterpiece finished before Azazel's spell wore off. She didn't think she had enough energy for another try at it.
Just as Yorick was about to stumble outside of the range of her trap she sent the giant web down on top of the Gravedigger. The thick sticky webs stuck to both him and the ground keeping him pinned momentarily. She had made the web as thick and strong as she could but she wasn't sure how long it would hold one such as him. Once she had dropped the web the spiders dropped there creations on top of as many ghouls as they could. She had no doubt this was just a delaying tactic. But just maybe it would be long enough for her and Azazel to escape.
