"On the laboratory as…always."
She replied on a respectful tone of voice.
"I will inform him of your arrival."
She said before despairing trough one of the multiple doors that connected with the living room. Not too long after the maid had gone Singed appeared trough the same door. He was using a laboratory coat and rubber gloves.
"I didn’t expect that you would come to pick this yourself."
He said at the same time as he took out his gloves and pulled from hid coat a cigar and a weird looking lighter.
"Actually I would like to hear more about the potion you asked."
Before lighting the cigar he took out the bandages of his mouth revealing multiple scars around his mouth. The flame of the lighter shined green lime and the smoke was of the cigar was pitch black.
"The information on your letter was awfully poor so I had to make multiple potions with varying effects."
"So tell me what exactly you want."
On the clearly illuminated room it was easy to see that Singed seemed consumed, pallid probably the effects of overworking on who knows how many projects at the same time.
Leblanc watched the doctor as he made himself at home, taking the opportunity to snap her fingers and indulge herself in a cup of conjured Earl Grey.
"Indeed... the request was, strange no?" she smiled sweetly as she set her saucer and cup down on the table, leaning toward Singed as she did so "Tell me doctor, what do you have for me?"

“Yes your petition was rather strange but no because of the petition itself but rather why would you want something like that.”
He said as he sat on hit couch
“One potion to clot blood and an antidote to counter it.” “At first I thought that you would use it as some method of torture, but something like that is risky, since a clot of blood on the brain can result fatal way to easily, and no one would want the victim to die before you can extract the information out of it.”
He said while pondering about the letter.
“The key words were: Blood, experiment and antidote.”
He said while closing his eyes.
“You used someone as Darius as a delivery boy, and now you come yourself so you and Swain must be short of hands…or at least useful and trust worthy hands.”
Then he opened his eyes and said.
“Let me guess, one potion powerful enough to clot a waste amount of blood (liters if necessary), to which one can generate resistance after being exposed multiple times and that can remain powerful while being mixed with someone’s blood.” “It’s that what you were looking for?”
Leblanc blinked, partially in shock, part in awe as she answered an affirmative
"yes, indeed that is exactly what I need... forgive me for prying but what exactly did Darius tell you?"
She hooked her tea cup with a finger and drew it to her lips as she locked eyes with the chemist. Leblanc rested the cup on the saucer again, pursing her lips as if readying to swallow something unpleasant,

"Darius didn’t even told me what I needed to know, actually I have many other potions with varying properties in case I were wrong (75 different types to be more precise)." "But the lack of information made inquire what you would want, it for in order to know what to prepare." "So I had to deduct, like I said the key words were blood, clot, experiment and antidote. So you wanted to use it on at least one person and let it survive. Your lack of allies within Noxus has become apparent, especially if one knows the rumors that the wind carries in within the institute, so one would imagine that your cause is “recruiting” trust worthy and powerful allies." "So there’s a new key word “ally”." "Not any ally but a powerful noxian one. If you ad blood to the mix then the answer is quite obvious: Vladimir, but Vladimir is a sociopath worse than me, so to be trust worthy you would need to best him on battle, after all he is a noxian to the core or so I think." "To win against someone that can become intangible and take your life in order to heal, not an easy busyness especially if you are the warrior type like Darius or Draven." "Then is answer becomes apparent: you need to capture Vladimir trough one of your goons so you will set him a trap using this potion." "Yes a trap I said, after all experiment and antidote were part of the key words, and the words that reveal how you were planning to give this potion to Vladimir." "Vladimir takes the life force of others trough the blood, so for him to absorb the blood of his opponents is more than a usual occurrence." "So if there were poison or potion on the blood it would inter in to his own system." "The experiment would be something like this: "If I give this enough times to X goon he will develop an immunity and be able to carry my “gift” to Vladimir that way it would be easy to capture."" "That’s where the antidote proves to be vital to the plan, and worth mentioning on the letter even if you were so conspicuous on not letting go any of your intentions." "That’s it that how I deducted what type of potion you wanted."
After giving the explanation with a little of self-serving and smug attitude he added.
"Next time if you don’t want my nose to be on your business just tell me the specifics of the potion you want, after all noxian politics are not something that I care…so if you just tell me what you want I will be more than happy to sell it to you without giving it a second though, before or afterwards."
Leblanc listened, and nodded, listened some more, and nodded some more as the scientist rambled on; cupping a hand and stifling a yawn as he unfurled her plan in front of her.
"So, you have what I need then?" she spoke flatly. Looking decisively at him as the tea cup and saucer disappeared from her hands. "Will it adequately serve its purpose?"

Sigh- “Of course I have it was prepared with that purpose very on mind.” He said as he presented Leblanc with 2 bottles a crimson one and a light blue one. “The red one is the potion and the blue one is the antidote there is a note on how to use it.” After that he got up the coach and walked to the door. “Now if you excuse me I need to work on something for your…Grand general.”
Leblanc smiled, standing slowly she gave the faintest of nods "very well." She waited for a moment however, to make a point "oh but doctor, you would do well not to dig to deeply into the motives behind future... requests." The door behind him swung open and Evaine Leblanc (presumably the original) stood just outside, the crystals in the crown of her staff humming and spinning as though she were about to cast a spell. "Someone could get the idea you sell more than just colorful liquids," as though she were speaking, the real Leblanc mock-brandished her staff "but then, you don't deal in secrets... do you?" the clone chuckled to herself.
The decoy held up the various tubes, and gave a nod as the real Leblanc spoke "thank you for your time chemist," the whirring stopped as her staff fell silent, and she dropped a heavy bag of coins into his hand. She reached up, and ran her hand along his scarred face "you should show your face more often..." she said with a strange tinge of unbecoming concern "...great men should never hide their true faces, good day Singed."
With that she and her clone turned to leave, the faux Leblanc evaporating as soon as the real one had the vials. The Reidsel mounted as Leblanc entered the carriage, and they turned in unison to leave the pipe-ridden manor.

After LeBlanc had left the room Singed tilted his head to the side until a loud “crack” could be heard. “Of to work I still haven’t ended the theory for Swains new potion.” He said before disappearing through the door.
