Vi squeezed into her new apartment. She had to dent the doorframe a bit to get her gauntlets inside, but it was worth it. With a quick glance around, she took in her new living quarters. The room was nice enough; the couch was newly upholstered, and the wallpaper wasn't half bad. Carpet and table were in good shape too. The view, while industrial, had its own beauty to it.
In the next room over, she found a medium bed which was old, but comfy, as well as a chest of drawers and a Zaunite refrigeration device. There was also a stand that was probably meant for her gauntlets and a bathroom off to the side, stocked with all the amenities she'd be needing.
She took off the gauntlets and armor swiftly, setting it on the stand and flopping on the bed. This was her home now, and while it wasn't half bad, she'd still miss Piltover for a while, if not forever.

Jayce stood outside the gates of Zaun, looking rather nervous. He had prepared a gas mask slung across his belt, as well as his hammer in both of his hands. Ever since the incident of Vi's escape, he had always been bothered by the absence of his favorite Piltover Enforcer. He thought that if he could talk some sense into Vi, maybe she would reconsider coming back? He walked over to one of the guard stationed outside...
"Hello, good sir. Do you know of a woman named Vi from Piltover? It would be pleasant if I could meet her..."
“You know this seems like a nice place to live in but it has some security issues.” Vi would heard from a now open window on her apartment, curious since they were on the 5º floor.
Sitting on the frame of the window was a tall womanly figure, with hair running all the way down below her hips, and a sickly pallid skin “Soooo I heard that you are moving to good old Zaun want me to show you the place? Oh, by the way, my name is Adalwolfa.”

At the gate of Zaun, the guard simply nodded and guided Jayce through the twisted streets of Zaun. Eventually, they'd stop at the entrance to Vi's apartment complex. He'd leave him there, going back to his post.
***
Vi nearly jumped off the bed when the mysterious woman presented herself. She really wasn't expecting it. Jumping to her feet, she readied her fists; even without her gauntlets, she'd be a force to be reckoned with. "Oi, I don't appreciate being snuck up on in my own home!"
She lowered her fists when Adalwolfa made it clear she wasn't there to...Iunno, do Zaunite things like stab her in the chest 32 times. Taking a deep breath, she calmed down a bit. "Show me the place? What would there even be to see? It's mostly grime and smog, right?" She stuck her tongue out slightly to show that the pollution wasn't really her thing.

Jayce coughed a bit, the grimy scene was quite contrasting compared to what he was used to; the clean, bright skies of Piltover. He ringed on the buzzer, and managed to get out a voice of an elderly lady, croaking through the sparking intercom, with a slurring accent and annoying habit of using prolonged sounds.
"Heeeelllooooo? Welllcoome to... the Zaaauuunniite guessst hooouse. Hooow maaay I help youu?"
"Ahem, yes, I would like to ask if you have someone named Vi in your building. I want to talk to her."
"Vi, Vi... Viii... Aaaahh, yesss, Vi."
Jayce swore that he could smell the disgusting breath of the lady through the speaker, but that must have been his imagination.
"Sheee'ss on the 50th floooor... Come on in..."
And with that, the metallic door bursted open, revealing a lit hallway and a single elevator, with noone in sight. The walls were adorned with ripped green wallpaper, and a few bargain posters advertising various products from last year. He quickly ran to the elevator, and pressed for the 50th floor, then rested his back on the window, which was surprisingly clean.
“Well thats unnecessary rude. What has Zaun done to you to judge it so severely? Oh yes give you a comfy place to stay when the other options where: Stay behind bars in Piltover, Be a hobo in Noxus, be the complete outcast on Bandle Demacia…I believe you are a smart enough girl to guess how that would have ended.”
Said the girl getting down from the window into the apartment. “Well I do believe that Zaun has more to offer than what you give it credit for if you give it half the chance.” She said looking at the “Ex-enforcer” there was still some longing from her “Home” marked on her face.
“So I kinda owned the chairman a favor, and he asked me show you around the city so you wouldn’t get lost, and either end up hurting someone or hurting your fist with someone’s face, but I can do that any other day fi you don’t feel like getting out.”
She said sitting on the table “But under this one little tiny condition if you would permit me to ask you one tiny little question I bet you would have en up asking yourself that: What will you do from now on?”

Vi gave a laugh at Adal's comments. "Well, I'll give you that, at the least. But don't you say that your fragile little bones will hurt widdle old me." She gave a smirk to let Adal know she was at least joking then.
When Adal popped the question, Vi paced slightly. "Haven't given much thought to it. I could always take back my old vigilante shoes...but Zac seems to have the place well covered, and while I don't exactly appreciate the fact that I'm being watched over by a giant slime growth, there's worse things than that I suppose."
There was a pause in her pacing. "You know, Adal, I'm stuck for ideas. Know anything I could tap into? Two rules: Gotta be exciting. Gotta gimme an excuse to punch someone in the jaw." Vi's smirk became a full-on grin then, a slight chuckle leaking out of her mouth.
*** Jayce would be greeted by the elevator after only a couple of minutes. Stepping inside, the air was slightly close, and if he checked the date of the last inspection, it was almost five years prior to his entry.
Before he could get out, though, it would close on him and rocket to the fiftieth floor, speedily (but scarily) dropping him out almost immediately with a soft, uncharacteristic 'ding.'
When he looked down the hallway, it wouldn't take long to find Vi's apartment; the doorframe was still dented from her gauntlets passing through. Also, he'd be able to hear the unique tones of Vi talking with someone.

Adal get up from the table then she leaned to the window retrieving something she had left in outside of the apartment on the window sill, she picked up a six pack of caned graggy she picked up one can and threw one to Vi in an easy to catch way. She opened her can a drank a little from it “Mmmm…Something does come to mind” said the brunet girl on a playful way “Imagine this: Doing more or less what you were doing on Piltover keeping the peace and the citizens safe, only this time: One you will have full credentials to do it (the Zaunite government is a loth laxer with its rules since their problems are bigger) and not being the second or shadow of anyone, your team your rules”.
“Oh and founds and some help to upgrade those babies of yours” She said pointing to Vi’s gauntlets now resting on the floor “Not saying that they are obsolete or anything…but don’t tell me you have never thought of increasing their fire power just for the kicks?”
She then pointed at Vi and smiled “How would that sound? A hot offer for a hot chick.”

Vi thought about Adal's proposition. "You know...that doesn't sound like a half bad deal. It'd be nice to boss others around for once. Caitlyn could be a little heavy-handed, y'know?"
With that, she caught the Graggy and popped it open, taking a quick gulp before putting it on the table. "And upgrading? That'd be great. All the 'rules' and 'regulations' in Piltover meant that any improvements I'd try and make had to be removed right as I walked in the door. Something about 'the gauntlets barely pass muster as is, how do you expect blah blah blah...'" She said this with a laugh, taking another chug of Graggy.
When Adal complimented her, however, Vi nearly did a spit take, doubling over in shock. Swallowing her Graggy, she gave Adal a quick look. "Well, uh...hey." She smiled, regaining her composure. "No need to get fresh with me. Even if I swung that way, I'm outta your League, even if you're a bit cute." She gave a laugh and clapped, signalling for another Graggy; her first one was already crushed and thrown in the general direction of the nearby trash can.
“Oh that’s so boring” She said throwing another can to Vi, an easy catch, and crushed her now empty can with one arm and threw it into the trash “2 points.” “Let’s see I think that you augmenting your gauntlets here would be perfectly acceptable you know? “Boundless progress” and stuff.” “Still every job has his drawbacks and this one wouldn’t be an exception you know?” She said continuing with the conversation as if Vi hadn’t just now rejected her advances “What? Even though I do think you are hot is not like I will pound on top of you and pin you against the bed.” She said opening her second can and drinking from it.

Vi gave her gauntlets a quick look as Adal suggested modding them once more. "Well, I had a couple ideas. But I'd have to find the materials for it first. And drawbacks?" She chuckled. "I doubt there'll be too many here compared to back home. I was beginning to miss my no-holds-barred approach to apprehending crooks."
Again, though, Adal flirted with her. "Well, that's certainly reassuring...doubt you could manage that. You don't look like a heavy lifter." She simply sipped her Graggy nonchalantly with that one.
“Hey is not like I would force my way anyway, also you said I’m cute so I might have a little tinny chance?” Then she got to more serious business she doubted a little before talking but finally said it. “Well…if you want to heard them…Magnus the masked guy chairman of Zaun wanted me to make an offer to you.” Adal paused for a second thinking on the best way to propose the deal. “He and the whole Zaun will have problems handling the low towns, many of the heads of different delinquent organizations are becoming part of the new created military (me included) and that will leave many “power vacuums” that will lead to fight among many headless crime syndicates, gangs etc.” She paused to drink from her can “See he will give you a good salary and some founds to upgrade your equipment to become the enforcer that Zaun will need…with one condition you will also join the Zaunite army.”

Vi laughed. "Tiny chance. I'll take a lot of convincing, though. Don't rush it."
Then, Adal made her proposal. Before she could finish it, though, Vi barged in. "Well, it sounds like a good idea...but the army? Yikes, that's a lot of responsibility. I mean, sure, I could manage, but...well..." She paused again. "...it's not like Zaun's going to war soon or anything. I think I could manage. Tell Masko that I may be interested.
"Now then," she said, pointing to the window, "if that's all you have for now, I wouldn't mind if you stayed, but I wouldn't mind if you left. If ya have any important matters, you probably can find the way out."
“Of course Zaun has no plans of going to war silly they are just preparing cuse all of the Void invasions and stuff.” “Mmmm…what to do…what to do, well I don’t have anything better to do right now” Then she pointed at the door behind her with her thumb “but there seems to be someone waiting at the door for us to finish our small chat.” she said playfully getting up from the table and going to the door opening it so Jayce could enter “Welcome to the party, why don’t you come in?” she told to the defender showing him the way inside.
