Teemo rolls his eyes. So Veigar is crazy AND stupid after all. The meager threats mean nothing to the captain. He's heard it all before, and he'll certainly hear it again, but so far all of Veigar's efforts have been unsuccessful around here.
"Pfft, yeah, like I haven't heard that one come out of your big mouth before. You know, you're a lot of talk for such a little guy, and even though you've got so much power and anger and hatred built up in those breeches of yours, not once has one of your evil schemes actually worked the way you planned. When will you understand that you're just one yordle, up against the rest of the world? Maybe if you found something else to fight for, then one of your stupid 'genius plans' would actually work."

Veigar grins as if being flattered. His plans ALWAYS work as intended, but of course that Teemo doesnt knows that, it is also part of his evil plan.
"Who says that i am against the world? The world is already destroying to himself; the death is close, the unkown is a threat, the winter may come and the raven is waiting... And the only thing that i have is one yordle to rule them all, myself of course.
Veigar laughs with the sentence
"GEEZ!!... that sounded almost like a cheesy poem... I should stop reading books"

Teemo is highly unimpressed with the little show Veigar just put on.
"Wow. You know, I'd be surprised if you could even get a germ to follow under your rule. Nobody is going to follow an arrogant, blathering nincompoop."

The scout rolls his eyes, barely believing what he's being told.
"Your birds don't count, Veigar. Any animal can be tamed with pampering or magic."
He sighs heavily, his tone becoming a bit more solemn, and he can't bring himself to look at what's become of the yordle he'd formerly known.
"Just face it. You're... alone. Alone in this world that's starting to fall apart beneath us. If solitude is what fuels your power, then fine. I hope you're happy when your enemies come for you, and you realize there's no one at your back that you can call an ally. Or a friend."

Teemo stands up slowly and makes his way over to Veigar in an oddly casual manner. He flares his nostrils slightly, inhaling and exhaling carefully as his eyes grown stern.
"Then I pity you, Veigar. As I'd said before, I can't imagine what it would be like to have your dreams crushed by the Noxians, left in a cell for years all alone, and wondering why your friends hadn't come to save you. I could tell you the truth of what happened, you know. But you wouldn't believe me, as you never have yet."
He sighs again, not taking his eyes off of the wizard. They do, however, loosen up and become almost piteous.
"To lose hope in one's friends... is that why you're like this? Because you gave up on having a friend ever again, of allowing real happiness into your life ever again? You may say you're happy with your life, but just look at yourself. Are you really happy with who you are? Because... there are those out there who'll be willing to help you and be there for you still. They haven't given up on you yet. If only you'd let them in..."
The captain shakes his head and goes back to the bench, keeping an ear out for Veigar in case he rants again. In his mind, though, he's thinking back to years gone by. Days that were before there were many troubles. Before the invasion of the Void. Before the assassination of Blomgrun. Before Veigar was taken away...

Without looking back at the scout, Veigar replies.
"Why you talk in plural when the only one who wants "help" me is you? And even that is a lie, you don't wish help me, the only thing that you want is fix an error because you feel guilty... What i am going to do with your pathetic help? It was going to revive those who died in that prison? It will give me back the years that i lost? NO... The past is past and will never be back, what happened can not be undone"
After it, Veigar remained focused on the present, waiting for the thorn mage, he hated to think about the past.

Teemo stays silent for a little while, still reminiscing on the good old days. Making things peaceful again like they had used to be... that is his largest goal in life. Without opening his eyes, he replies.
"You'd be surprised by how many people want to help, Veigar. You did have friends and family before those Noxians betrayed you. Have you even bothered to go back and see them?
And for the record, I'm not the only one who feels guilty for what happened to all of those innocent yordles in that prison. It's something we won't easily forget, either. But you're still alive. Maybe the yordle you used to be isn't out here anymore..."
He opens his eyes finally, turning to the little wizard.
"...but I know he's still in there somewhere. We might not be able to give back the years you lost, but we can still give you a home, a place where you'll have friends to back you up when you need them.
I don't know... maybe the reason you don't want to come back is because you feel guilty for your crimes against Bandle, or maybe you just hate us for not being capable of saving you and your friends. Either way, it doesn't matter. You're right that the past is the past. That's why we have to use our knowledge gained from previous mistakes to help make a better future, be it for ourselves or for those around us."

The wizard laughs bitterly
"My friends died at Noxus, as well my father ... I guess my mother must have died long ago, she did not have good health."
He made a short pause thinking about his family... just some ghosts from the past, and continues talking.
"Stop saying stupid things, no one wants to help me and no one has tried... except for you, and i don't care about your help, after all i dont need help anymore."
Then, Veigar walks away, Ryze was going to take hours of resting, and he didn't wanted to keep talking with Teemo

Teemo grumbles as Veigar walks away. One day he'd find a way into Veigar's head. To him, the wizard is just an example of what happens when he fails a mission... but he's also a yordle. Somewhere in there is the old Veigar. Perhaps if he were able to bring the little evil guy back to his senses, then maybe he'd be able to shake free this sense of guilt.
"Or maybe I'm the only one brave enough to go out and try..."
