The yordle turned and looked at the master of evil. "Like I said, they're here...and you did sort of send your birds after those two that ran." He rubbed the back of his head, trying to think on the fly. He knew he couldn't let Veigar know his intentions, but couldn't just hand over the Scouts.
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."
Delphine immediately flicks her eyes in Veigar's direction when he steps outside. She reaches into her pocket and pulls out a slip of paper, unrolling it in the process. When the wizard is done with his spiel she steps passed Core and holds the paper out in front of her, the bracelet on her wrist glinting in the sunlight.
"Veigar. Here I hold a warrant for your arrest, signed and documented. Will you agree to return with us to Bandle quietly to be questioned by the heads of our military branches, or will I be forced to use alternative means?"
What she said was more of a demand than a question, but either way she planned on taking Veigar with her. This was her mission, and she was going to get it done one way or another. After the events of today, along with those of previous occasions caused by the Master of Evil, she had every right to take him into custody for his crimes against Bandle City. He was just lucky none of her troops had been killed.
Veigar gets angry with the "petition" of Delphine. "An "arrest"?... THAT IS JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR IMPRISONMENT!!... NO, THANKS!! If the "heads of your military branches" want talk with me, they can come HERE AND TALK WITH ME PERSONALLY!!"

Delphine smirks and folds her arms.
"Is that an offer?"
She chuckles faintly and presses the black earpiece in her right ear, turning her head to the side slightly.
"Come in, this is officer Delphine. I was wondering if captain Teemo was available at this time? There's an old friend of his right here that I'm sure he'd love to come speak to. Isn't that right, Veigar?"
She keeps the device pressed and turns back to the wizard, eyeing him almost devilishly.
Core kept silent, looking between the two. This could go two ways that he can see. Veigar would comply and talk with the captain, or Veigar will freak out and start to summon meteors. He kept his expression the same calm look he wore while this played out.
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."
Core glanced between the two yordles. As Veigar simply walked away, he proceeded to follow, shooting a look to Delphine as he approached the doors. When he walked through, he saw an empty desk with a chair infront of it.
"Veigar...where are you?" he announced. Core walked towards the desk and looked around the room and sighed quietly.
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."

As Veigar walks inside, followed by Core, Delphine shrugs and continues talking to the other official on her headpiece.
"Yes, just direct him to my location now, where I deployed the four units. Hmm? Two minutes? Let me guess, you never told him wh- ...well, I guess we'll be waiting then. My question is, who's going to need to be restrained first? Veigar, or our captain? Delphine out."
She chuckles to herself for a moment before ordering the four scouts to keep watch outside. Glancing behind her for just a moment, the Bandle official enters the lair of Veigar. In two minutes they'd see if Teemo could really travel as fast as he says he can.
Veigar was sitting on his chair angry, very angry and his eyes were glowing with intensity. When he notices the mercenary he yells. "If you're not the "swift scout", GET OUT OF HERE!!"

Delphine steps into the room and stares blankly at Veigar, having heard him quite clearly from the previous room.
"Mister Veigar, if you don't mind me calling you that... I'll be here for the time being if you have any questions before the captain arrives. And don't try any funny business with me, buddy. You 'evil' types always think they know a way around a girl."
She crosses her arms and leans against the wall, feigning a mildly bored expression. On the inside, the official was actually a little nervous, but she'd trained herself to not show fear when it was imperative for her to remain calm.

Veigar looks at the yordle who enters, and again was not Teemo. "NO, I DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTION... AND IF THE NEXT PERSON WHO ENTERS HERE IS NOT A CHAMPION, I WILL DESTROY HIM!! NOW BOTH OF YOU LEAVE!!"
Core sighed and crossed his arms as he turned to leave. His eyes met Delphine's as he began to walk away. He signaled her to follow, looking over his shoulder at Veigar.
"You think calling the captain here is a good idea? This entire part of the mountain will be a crater if Veigar means to destroy him. I'll give it five minutes before things get out of hand."
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."

Delphine sighs at Veigar's response and shakes her head.
"As you wish..."
She exits the building with Core, giving him a sly grin as he speaks.
"Oh, I wouldn't worry too much. Captain Teemo puts himself in these situations often, but so far he's managed himself well. Besides, I'll lend him my hexprotector bracelet in case things do turn sour in there. And if somehow the captain does get hurt... I don't think anyone in Bandle or the League will let it go lightly. I gave him fair warning and have proper documentation to be here after all."

The master of evil stays alone in the darkness of the room, waiting for the captain ... Veigar really did not wanted to talk with him, but he already accepted to talk with any "head of the military branches", no matter who. The tiny yordle was angry, but he also knew that he could not hurt the scout.
"Oh I'm not worried." Core slightly looked over the Delphine. "In fact, I'm anxious. I know on the fields of justice, there are restrictions to what they can do. Out here..I don't think there will be punches held back..if any."
He extended his left arm before him and looked at his bowglove, realizing exactly how much damage Veigar's baleful strike actually did to it. "Guess once I get back to the city, I gotta fix this now. Looks like the chambering system is out of whack. My father would be pissed if he saw this." He smiled a little, lowering his arm and looking back at Delphine.
"You know how you said you know me from somewhere? Think back a couple of years, that jewel heist that happened? You and your squad busted in the operation and thought I was one of the thieves."
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."

Delphine steps over to a nearby tree and leans on it, folding her arms again and turning her head in Core's direction.
"Hmm? Yeah... you were the one that clocked one of my best smack dab on the forehead. I suppose I should apologize for bringing you in, but don't worry too much. We didn't put it on your record. We still gotcha on file, but your records seem to be cleaner than some of the folk around town make it. Funny thing is, your name isn't exactly set in stone. Mind tell-"
A loud bird could be heard chirping in the distance and Delphine looks up to the sky, chuckling.
"Well... he's late."
As if on cue, the tree behind the official rustles slightly for a moment before dropping down the scout captain himself. Teemo brushes off some leaves from his arms and scans the building in front of him thoroughly, not breaking his gaze for a moment.
"Sorry for the delay. I never accounted for a family of angry squirrels living in the trees a little ways back. I assume Veigar is inside?"
He doesn't even wait for a response as he begins walking towards the building's front entrance.
