"Yeah, I'm fine, just a little cold." He said with a small smile "Of course I will follow you to Piltover, I'm in your service after all, when are we leaving and what do I have to bring?" He asked.
"We can leave here in a moment if you want" Luxanna said "It's a masquerade ball.. so you'll need a mask, but otherwise bring whatever you wish."
A night would pass, Cordellia would be missing from her bed. A single note left in place;
"I cannot protect Demacia and her people at my current skill. Heading to Ionia. Seeking Master Yi. Tell my cousin that I will be back when I feel I am capable of protecting Demacia."
Vincent knocked on the door and entered the room, he was looking for Lux. She wasn't in there, instead he found a note, he read it and then rushed out of the room "MISS. CROWNGUARD, CORDELIA IS GONE!"
Luxanna snapped awake, rolling off the sofa in the living room and landing on her stomach. The surprise shook her from her dreams abruptly. She then scrambled to her feet. "Gone!? Where!??" She exclaimed frantically.
July 21st, 23 CLE Step. Step. Step. Lucas was slowly walking towards the front entrance of the Crownguard Mansion. He felt downright out of place near such a massive home, not to speak about the owners. But being nervous wouldn't help him, he had to speak to Lux, if even for just a moment. The blue and yellow cloak following his feet with every step, until he reached the entrance, where he simply knocked. Here goes hoping nothing complicates the matter. Particularly, explaining to Lord Crownguard would be quite problematic.
A maid quickly answered the door and smiled at the man. "Hello! Is there anything that I can help you with?" "I got it, Mary." Lux's voice came from the living room. The maid smiled and stepped aside and Lux stood at the door, recognizing the man from the wreckage she helped clean up. "Oh... hello. I... I'm sorry I left earlier..." She said, frowning a little.

Damnation, she still feels bad about that. "Ehm, actually, eeehm. That is more or less why I'm here. I wanted to thank you, personally and in name of the Pathfinders, and see if you were alright. Your ladyship seemed quite shocked when that body was found." Lucas spoke polite, and distant, thought the fact that he was sweating quite heavily made it quite clear that Lux, in all her humility, still made him increadibly nervous. She was a Crownguard after all, one wrong word could devastate his unit as a whole.

"There's no need to thank me.. I was doing what any other person would do." At the mention of the body, she frowned even more. "I... shocked I suppose... is the right word... " She sighed and looked at the ground. "I didn't even know her name.."

At the words "Any other person" Lucas slightly eased up. but then she started frowning more. Great job Lucas, you upset her more. "I'm terribly sorry for bringing that up. I came here to make sure you were alright. Sorry if I say something wrong, I don't normally associate with people of, well..." Lucas stopped himself there, not wanting to upset Lux more. She certainly looked upset. "Is there something I could do to help ease your mind?"

Lux too the note and quickly skimmed over it... sighing in response. "Oh Cordell..." She said softly, walking over and laying the note down on the counter. "She'll be okay... I hope."

"You did not need to." Lux replied, her eyes flickering up at him and smiling a little. "But.. thank you." Luxanna stepped aside, gesturing into the mansion. "Would like to come in?" She asked politely. "As for easing my mind... I'll be okay, time heals all wounds."

After around 30 minutes Vincent returns, not dressed as he usually is, instead he was wearing a Suit and a Mask((Minus the blades)). It took a while for him to convince the maid that had opened the door that he was Lux's guard and not someone trying to kill her.
After that he went to Lux's room, he knocked on the door frame, "What do you think?"
"No need for thanking, Milady." Lucas was quiet for a moment, thinking over On one hand, She's handling herself fine, on the other hand, refusing her offer might upset her, again. Persevere, Lucas. "I guess, so long as I'm not in the way, there's no issue with coming in." Despite saying this, Lucas didn't move, waiting for Lux to go in first. He brushing dust off his cloak with his hand, while thinking. Will she or won't she go in first.
Vincent noticed that Lux was talking to someone, he recognized the voice a bit, he decided to check out who it was, and if she'd need help he would be close at hand. He notices that it's the one he had talked to earlier. He stood a few feet behind Lux, moving so that Lucas could see him standing in the back.

Lux stood aside and walked into the kitchen, fetching two glasses with water. She took a sip of her own and handed one to Lucas. "Here you go!" She said, somewhat more cheerfully, smiling at the man. "Come on in."
He looks at Lux as she twirls, she truly was beautiful. "You look absolutely gorgeous if I may say so, Miss. Crownguard." He leaned at the door frame and took of his mask. "Have you gotten us tickets for the boat or are we going to do that when we get there?"
"We can get them when we get their, let's go!" Luxanna said, leading him to the carriage and hopping inside. When he followed, the carriage would take them down to the docs of Demacia. Luxanna paid for their tickets and led Vincent onto the boat to Piltover.

Vincent followed Lux down to the carriage that he apparently had missed when he walked up to the mansion again, when they got down to the docks he took a deep breath, the air seemed a lot fresher down at the docks.
He looked up at the ship, it was huge, or so he thought, he hadn't spent much time around boats before. He noticed that Lux had began boarding the boat, so he hurried after her, not wanting to get left behind. "This thing is huge, or does it just seem like that because I don't spend much time around boats?"

Lucas interupted the dusting of his cloak to take the glass "Thanks." He said, then took a small swig, and spoke up once more. "I don't know the way, so. Lead the way, Lady Crownguard." If Lux would comply, Lucas would follow closely, with a lingering feeling that he was out of place here.

"It's big" Lux replied, smiling a little, heading to the finest room and settling down on a bench. "It's our private ship." "Where to, Ms Crowngaurd?" The captain asked. "Piltover please." She replied, fixing herself a glass of wine. "Very well." The ship lurched forward before the wind caught the sails and moving the ship towards Piltover
