Heimerdinger smiled. It wasn't the first time a supernatural being complimented his intelligence; but this one was the most beautiful one that had ever done so.
"Well - of course. I'd just like to operate at full capacity." He said with a chuckle and a bow to his head.

Listening to Heimerdinger reminded Jon of something: he didn't exactly bring everything he needed either, so he rose to speak of this issue.
"Er, I also happen to not exactly have come with all the supplies I need for this expedition, particularly my field hospital pack," he explained. "As I happen to also come from Piltover, however, perhaps it is possible we could make a detour?"

"What side you're on isn't of concern to me. What is of concern is that you're hurt, and I need to treat you for it." -Jon

"A detour... to Piltover?" Anivia can't help but reply in surprise. She ruffles her feathers impatiently as the attention in the room turns toward her; she hadn't intended to interfere with these proceedings. "I was under the impression that this expedition was meant to dispel the ever more dire mystery shrouding Icathia. If the void is raising an army, they're not going to wait for us to travel from one corner of Valoran to the other and back again to do so."

"I just want to get out of these jungles can we not go tomorrow." Rengar getting restless of the cities that they wanted to visit before actually going to Icathia. "I have a void beast to kill."

Jon turned to face the Cryophoenix and the Pridestalker.
"Well, I only mentioned Piltover, as it happens that both Heimerdinger and I originate from said area, unless of course there are others who did not come as prepared."
"As to myself, I admit that should it be required that the expedition take off tomorrow, I will not be fully prepared, unless Bandle City has what I should need, which might not be the case giving what technology I employ. Regardless, it was only a suggestion, nothing more." With that, he gave a small salute and resumed his seat.

"I personally do not want Bandle City participating it but the mayor is pushing it so I'm supporting it as well...
...but even if I support it, I wouldn't enter Icathia without every team prepared for whatever scenarios arise."
He turns to the Chief Medical Officer, not pleased that the mission requires to go to Piltover before the mission begins, then Titus walks into the middle of the table so that all dignitaries can see him.
"If one or two people are not ready, then the entire team is not ready. It's like going to battle without a sword; how are you going to survive without the proper needs? And going to Piltover is not an answer! The distance is going to delay the mission and Anivia is right. What if Icathia is building strength? We would be wasting our time."
((EDIT: 10 minutes to respond to a thread, I didn't know that it can be ninja'd...still editing though))

((Titus, you may have been ninja'd.))
Jon takes note of Heimerdinger's issue, and then decides to raise his own point.
"I don't need to go back to get all I need, but that would then mean some other, closer area would need to have said supplies. Does the Bandle City hospital have such?"

"We do!" Titus turns around to Jon. "However, it may not satisfy your needs though."
((Ten minutes between posts and how do you get ninja'd?))
Jon nods.
"Alright, we'll just have to see what I do and don't have. If I can visit the hospital, I can provide a list of the provisions I will require for this expedition."
((Notice my response to Anivia and Rengar: it was at 1:38pm. you responded to what was seemingly my previous post before that, at 6:37pm. But don't worry about it.))

As Jax arrived to Bandle city,he felt weird being near...such tiny people, but notherless he ignored them and went on his way to the city hall,it seemed he arrived rather...late.
He took a seat near Soraka while also putting his lamp Post in the seat too, before saying to her

Derrick shook his head, holding out his hands in a gesture meant to urge his audience to come to order. "Now, everyone calm down. We're not making a detour." He turned to Mayor Jadefellow. "Mayor, the League will reimburse you for any supplies Bandle City provides."
Vera sat quietly beside him, her purple hood pulled up over her shiny black hair. She glanced from champion to champion, smiled briefly when Jax entered the room.
Derrick continued: "This mission is concerned mainly with information. But we can't rule out the possibility of combat. Hence the need for such a capable party."

Fortune walked up to the gates of Bandel city, smirking up at the yordle at the gate controls "Hey tiny, I'm representing Bilgewater for the Icathia expedition!" The yordle frowned at being called tiny.. but nevertheless, opened the gate. Sarah gave the yordle a playful wink before making her way inside
Once she stepped in, she looked around. Taking her hat off and scratching her head "So..." she said to herself. "Miss Fortune!" a tiny voice squeaked behind her, Sarah turned around and looked down at a tiny yordle smiling up at her "You're here for the meeting right?"
Fortune smiled and knelt down, patting the tiny creatures head "Yes I am" she mused. The yordle smiled wider. "Follow me then!" the yordle led Fortune into the city, and finally into the meeting room. "Ladies and gentlemen, I have arrived" Sarah mused with a smirk as she strut her way into the room, hands on her hips, Shock and Awe dangling at her side

Teemo narrows his eyes at Heimerdinger and doesn't move them away for a moment as the others speak. He knew the inventor disliked Rumble, but he'd at least expected him to be mature enough to put their differences aside for this party. Words were definitely going to be exchanged after the meeting.

The mayor, who'd been silently listening to everyone this whole time, stands from his seat and moves onto the table, motioning for the admiral to return to his seat. After clearing his throat the mayor speaks up, mainly to the two summoners.
"Bandle City will happily provide any necessary materials for this expedition. We may not have the same technology as Piltover, but our yordle tech is fairly advanced and I'm sure will be able to substitute for whatever you don't have. With the inventor here, I would suggest not sending him back to Piltover for his parts. It may not be up to his standards, but I believe the materials we have here can suffice after all..."
The mayor turns to the inventor this time, inquisitively and challengingly.
"If he is such a bright mind, surely he could construct some great inventions even with the simplest materials, correct?"
