Zac turned his attention briefly to the crowd and waved to them before continuing on his way following the knights to the prison, to him there was no point in pushing the lead guard considering he already didn't have friends.
As they reached the prison Zac simply shrunk himself so he would fit through the door and was going to explain for himself why he had made the guards late until Ironwill rudely ignored them and ordered them to put him in The Box, was Thresh a Demacian prison warden on his downtime from the Shadow isles? That seemed a bit rude to ask, so instead Zac coughed lightly and said this directly to Ironwill before he moved along with the guards.
"This monster has feelings and fans in your city and is cooperating with you willingly, i could easily walk out right now and just go back to Zaun, after i beat some manners into you that is Mr high and mighty. Keep that in mind, jerk."

Prison
At the loud cracks in the air, the prison went into high alert. Most of the guards had been trained to react to explosions and gunshots in case of someone seeking to liberate a prisoner, and this was not the first time a Zaunite had entered Demacia armed. A sentry sounded a horn and all the exterior guards fell back to within the gates of the prison, pushing Gregor and his knights inside and the gate was barred shut loudly from within.
As Zac was lead to the Box, the knight that had lead him sighed.
"I am sorry about my commander. He is a bit more...extreme than most." He said softly.
Another knight snorted. "I'm the bloody cousin of 'is bloody cousin and 'e sees me entire family as piss because Ma ain't 'Noble' blood. The bastard is thinking 'e gets the same level of respect from me as I would give the Lightshields. Bastard ain't even worth the amount of respect to get me ta shove 'is warhammer shoved up 'is bloody arse."
The lead knight gave him a dark look. "He is our commanding officer, and you will grant him the respect his station deserves, if not the person." he said in a commanding tone.
The second knight mumbled softly about some nasty things he wished would happen to Gregor, but nothing loud enough for anyone else to truly hear.
The lead knight opened the cell and gestured for Zac to enter.
The Box had little to do with Thresh save that it often held one person, and there was a good chance of a lack of sanity. However this Box was not made to drive men mad. This was a containment room for the mentally disturbed or the suicidal. Thus the room offered enough padding to make Alister comfortable. Located in the western wing of the basement directly under the maximum security wing, the room was a 3 meter cube and had only a oil-lamp in the ceiling for light. The door was a normal sized door, but this one sealed to the room, and if the seal was good, it should keep Zac in.
There was some noise coming from upstairs. Pounding footsteps and a couple of heavy objects hitting the floor. Seemed Victus was not being as cooperative as Zac. Finally a cell door was slammed and the noise was reduce to indeterminable shouting.
Tavern
The Barkeep shook his head.
"I've only heard bits and pieces about Ironwill, sir. Heard that they almost got punished twenty...or was it thirty years back and that they are respected, but not well liked by the other lords. I don't know any details, sir. Ironwills live too far north for me to know much. Is there anything else I can do for you, sir?" The Barkeep asked as he lead the Pathfinder to Victus's helm and blade.

"Right. That would be all. If you recognise anyone not on this list, please direct them to the Pathfinders and tell them to ask for Lucas Brightshield, that would be me." Lucas then picked up the helm, put it on the counter, and asked the bartender. "Please tell me the sword had a sheath. Otherwise, I'm going to have to ask you to keep this until I pick it up."

Alex followed after Andrei, keeping a good ten steps away from him while checking his equipment was concealed and prepped. The only thing that would be visible at sight was the grappling hook. When Andrei finished shooting Alex ran at him, knocked him down with a sufficient amount of force and claimed his pistol. He aimed the gun at Andrei.
"Its show time." He whispered to Andrei as he subdued him, pointing the gun at him. He hoped Andrei will get the idea and play along. As soon as the guards will arrive he would drop the weapon near Andrei, drop on his knees and put his hands behind his head. If he will be lucky the city guards will have more reason than the prison guards. If he will be unlucky... Well he didn't like to think about it.

Andrei was surprised as his brother tackled him to the ground and taking his gun, the cold mask covered his surprised face. Listening briefly to him and did as what seemed appropriate for the situation, he laid still on the ground and waited for the guards to arrive.

Doing his usual rounds, gunfire interrupted a normal day of peace and quiet for Galio. Flying above the roofs of Demacia, the Sentinel swiveled mid air using his wings to turn quickly, belaying his bulk. He hovered for a moment determining where the shots had originated from. He swiveled his head a few times, and then his gaze locked onto the position where the brothers were. He beat his wings once to align his body for the downward decent, and swooped down towards the street. As he closed in at a breakneck speed, he spotted two men and what appeared to be a gun near one of them.
Right before he hit the ground, he extended his wings and pulled himself out of the dive to land with a soft thud right in front Alex and Andrei. He reached out and scooped up the dropped gun carefully first to keep it out of the man's hands, before he scrutinized them with his red, glowing eyes for a few seconds. Let the man stew under the gaze of the imposing gargoyle for a moment to ponder exactly what will happen to him. It never failed to at shake the nerves of many, though Galio felt somehow two were different. Either way, his gaze only discouraged the unjust and reinforced the Sentinel's underlying principal in his life: "Justice will be done."
Still holding the gun in his left hand--carefully of course so that it could be used as evidence later if needed--and after a moment of silence, Galio spoke, his voice deep and rumbling, "Both of you are under arrest, for disturbing the peace. You will come with me--quietly."
If any of the brother's were to look into the Sentinel's steely gaze, all they would find in them was cold, hard determination.

The Brothers
Galio was followed by 12 city guards, most of whom had blades in hand and oaken shields before them as they charged into the scene from both ends of the alleyway. They swiftly surrounded the two men kept a reasonable distance back.
One of the sargents spoke towards Galio as he kept his eyes on the two men before him.
"Greetings, Galio. You honor us with your presence. My men and I offer ourselves to your command for the duration of this investigation. Your orders, sir?"
There where several nods and more than a few men tightened ranks, eager to prove themselves before a champion of Demacia.
Tavern
"Good sir...I don't think he left it..." The Barkeep said disappointingly. He didn't want to be responsible for a weapon that belonged to such a man as Victus had been when he attacked Zac.

"Right. I'm not going to wear this, so you hold on to it while I drag the sword and this list to that... knight." Lucas said as he folded the sheet of paper twice, tried to put it neatly in his pocket, picked up the sword with both hands and spoke a last time. "Please make sure that helmet is still there when I'm back" And went out of the door to collect
Later that day
Lucas was carrying the sword to the prison, when he noticed a large figure and a lot of guards near the prison, and decided to slow down and observe, not wanting to get caught up with the prison's troubles.

Never letting his gaze wander away from the two suspects and still cradling the weapon in his hand, he spoke to the leader of the guards, "As I am honored by your presence. And as for these two, follow protocol. Secure them, and search them carefully for any more weapons, and then proceed to the prison. I have their weapon"--he held up the gun--"and I will accompany you to deliver this evidence."
After this short speech, his eyes flicked to the sergeant of the guard as he nodded his head, indicating the Sentinel was ready to proceed. He readied himself, in case any of the two men made any moves as they were being taken in.

The Brothers
The sargent nodded and began his routine.
"You men are bound by law. Stand with your hands on your heads and legs apart. Any resistance will not be tolerated." He commanded the Toysa brothers.
"Roberts, go to the West Watch Prison and report all clear and we are bringing the suspects there." A younger guard nodded and sheathed his weapon and ran off.
"Men, search and relieve them of all weapons. Then cuff them." He then ordered his men.
None of the men noted Lucas, as they were too absorbed in their own duties.

Alex stood up and took off his hook and the bracer that rested upon his human arm. These were the only weapons that normal people would recognize. It would take a master in techmaturgy to find out about his arm being augmented with weapons. His mentor took every precaution. And in order to disable his arm, they'd have to cut it from his body.
"Tis' son o' a whore there bump'd me in t' road! ME! Klonsky Deroid! The great robe maker! So I took me ol' flintlock n' shot him. Lucky bastard slipp'd right b'fore the shot hit him! He said in a voice he perfected for years. It was nothing like his original one thanks to his voice augments too. "My brother used t' tell t' me, Klonski, you need t' eat your vegetables n' kill those that bother you. And me brother was always right! He gave me tis items ya see." He said presenting the bracer and pointing at the flintlock pistol that Galio held.
In the meantime, Alex studied the talking statue and the guards.

The Brothers
The soldier ignored the seemingly random chatter as he patted down Alex, starting at the arms. Feeling the metallic hand, he lifted the sleeve of the man's shirt and discovered an entirely cybernetic hand.
He shouted to the sargent, "Sir! This man got a metal hand!"
"Secure the perimeter!" The sarge shouted and his men patting down the brothers fell back and all the men drew their blades and pointed them at the prisoners in a defensive formation.
"First the green monster, and now cyborgs? Why? Damnation! Take them to the west barracks! I'll be damned if I put them anywhere near their Zaunite brother." He ordered his men before turning towards Galio.
"Sir, I have heard stories of men with enough hidden weapons to slay an entire barracks. I can't risk a breach in security with Zac, but I must also secure my men. Should we just remove the limbs or is there a mage we can consult? This is above my paygrade." He said quietly, a worried tone to his voice. He was afraid this could end badly.

Andrei blinked on the inside of his mask, he had never seen a talking statue before so this was something new. The stone statue was apparently called Galio. He noticed his brother trying to act like a stupid farmer of sorts. He got up next to his brother and held out his hands. "I aint done nothin, he the one who 'ttcked me." He said and remembered he still had his mask on.
"Look, I'm just gon remove mah mask, okeh?" He hated doing things like this and slowly moved his hand to his mask with his other hand out from his body. The clicking sound appeared again and he removed his mask, holding it in his hand. "Look, I'm just ah normahl man, I ain't one o' dem cybrogs or somethin."

As the soldiers searched the two suspects, Galio had remained vigilant, watching for any untoward movement from them. Listening to their simple manners of speaking, and their simple story, the Sentinel was inclined to believe them. Sometimes humans and what they did made little sense to the gargoyle. Out loud, he replied, "Whatever your explanations, you can save them for a judge and jury. They will decide your fate."
But upon the discovery that one of them had cyborg augmentations, Galio became immediately suspicious. Not only were such things hard to come by--the Sentinel believed only his fellow champion of the League Viktor had access to such technology--actually having an augmentation meant the two in front of him were up to something. Viktor would never take simple fools into his fold, meaning they were hiding something. While he did not know why they were in Demacia, nor why they had disturbed the peace in almost an intentional way, he knew to treat them warily.
In response to the guard's question, he stated, "Removing his arm might be a messy and unsuccessful business. We definitely need a mage to restrain him through magical means. And since this other one was somehow involved, he should be restrained in the same manner even though he does not appear to be a cyborg like the other. We may not know why these acolytes of Viktor's are here, but they certainly will not catch us by surprise. They are not the simple fools they are pretending to be, and as such we should keep them separate from Zac."
Turning to look at the sergeant kindly, he quietly said only loud enough for him to hear, "Have no fear, my fine fellow. Though this may be above your paygrade, there is no need to be worried as long as we respond in an appropriate way. And you have me here."
Post by Victus Brightblade on Nov 10, 2013 21:10:26 GMT -5
The sergeant breathed a quiet sigh of relief at the gargoyle's assurance.
He then turned to Andrei with an angry glare and advanced on him.
"You were found at the scene with a man who is clearly cyborg near a prison containing Zaunite criminals. One of you two fired a weapon for little reason unless I find a corpse or a man telling me someone tried to mug him. This whole thing stinks of more shit than my grand-da's pig farm. That's without your mask taken into account. You're going with." He said stopping only inches from the man.
"Bind them." He growled to two of the men and then stepped back from the prisoners. Lesser guards removed cuffs from their belts and began to apply them to Andrei and Alex.
"No talking from either of you. No attempting escape. The first one of you two who tries something will have his attitude adjusted by however many cudgels as I see fit, unless Galio would like to do so himself. Once we reach the barracks, I'll have someone talk to you about whatever you two were doing. They'll decide whether or not to remove you from our barracks as freemen, prisoners, or in a box."
