" Could ah' fooled me that it was "different"...." Graves shook his head when she got all defensive about his comment.
" That was not what i was sayin' at all. Was just givin' yah respect deserved tha's all. One of my preferred side by side fighters is Leona, its always a hell of ah' fight with her. Women fight jus' as well, hell i know from the League." He defended himself with " Jus' a complement of sorts."

"Forgive me." Riven sighed. "I'm used to people not taking me seriously because of my gender. I had to fight to prove my strength to those around me. It wasn't what one would call 'easy'." She shook her head.
"As for Noxus, it can be reforged into something truly strong, and honorable, as it once was, before this plague of darkness and deception came upon it." She looked to her blade and absently traced a finger along the cutting edge, still sharp. "It's what I fight for so fervently on the fields."

" Well that be some honorable goals ta' fight for." He smirks " Can't say ta' same for why i joined ta' league, but one day that man will die..and that cause is hell right to me."
He frowned, pumping his weapon from the thought of Twisted Fate, then straightened his shoulders.
" Suppose ya' may be the best leader for Noxus. Ha' perhaps even could change mah' thoughts on Noxians. Right now i can explain em' as ready to back stab ya' when the moment is fine....though Ya' seem right, Riven. Definitely different than i thought before now." He laughed.

Riven blinked a few times. The Outlaw was sometimes a little hard to understand through his accent, but she got the gist of what was being said.
"I'm glad I could help change your opinion." She crossed her arms. "Not all Noxians are as people seem to think we are. They're just people trying to make a living in a rough place. Many people tend to forget that." She looked a little more somber. "We aren't simply cold-blooded killers..."

"They jus' base what they think of what they know, like Singed chemical bombings...." Graves trailed off.
He took a look at the two fish that lay in the grass and picked one up.
" Want tha' other one? This be all i need and ya' may deserve it for puttin up with my company, Ha. And i suppose i should get on back to movin'. Was thinkin' Brandle but that jus' aint lookin' like the best idea." He took a look around in every direction, trying to think of where to go. "Suppose i will head on to the Fjords, never been round there yet."
He hefted destiny over his shoulder and gave Riven a slight nod.
" Ya' take care of yourself now, if ya' ever need help and there is some gain to be made...send me along a letter" He smirked " Suppose i will see ya' round then." And with that he turned, looking back at the way he came.
"She aint that bad" he thought "Not bad at all..."

Riven didn't respond to Graves'comment about Singed's bombardment. She had enough experience with that city and how they typically treated those they thought were research subjects. She also knew that Janna had petitioned to enact stronger restrictions on experimentation happening, and wished to develop techmaturgical devices rather than chemical and magical. Not all Zaunites were bad in her opinion, but she couldn't agree in many ways with how they conducted themselves. She blinked as Graves offered her the fish.
"Uhm...thank you." At least she got a meal out of the talk. "In any case, safe travels, Outlaw." Riven would watch the man walk off into whatever direction he was doing before she sat down, pondering whether or not she should continue her dip. At the very least, she'd wait a while longer before making that decision, to make sure she was totally alone.
