"Do what you need." Azazel said, not caring that the plan the mayor was forming wasn't brought out into the open, "Once I have disguised myself as one of your kind, I will need accommodation. Unless you want me on the streets." As he spoke about being on the streets instead of in some room somewhere, it was clear it didn't bother the Summoner-knight in the slightest either way. He opened his mouth to speak once more only to be interrupted by Veigar as he barged in. Azazel turned to impassively glance briefly at the Tiny Master of Evil, not saying anything as he turned his attention back to the mayor as though Veigar wasn't worth his time, "As I was saying, will you organize a place for me to stay while I am here?"

The mayor's eyes move to Veigar's figure for only a few seconds before returning to Azazel. He is obviously displeased. "I'm terribly sorry for this interruption... if you'll give me but a moment." Dennison clears his throat fairly loudly, closing his eyes and raising his voice threateningly.
"Veigar, if you enjoy your freedom I would suggest you calmly silence yourself and take a seat by the door. Do not test me." He opens his eyes again, aiming a piercing glare at the dark wizard. The tiny master of evil probably never even noticed the guard standing in the shadows near the door. Without waiting for the newcomer to sit down, Jadefellow turns back to his guest.
"I can arrange for a room at one of the local inns, if you don't mind a more public location. Perhaps you can take the time to get to know my people better and learn to blend in well." He let's out a trouble sigh through his nose and closes his eyes, raising his voice once more. "I trust you will not spread rumors of our friend's staying here, Veigar?" The tone in his voice gestures that there would be dire consequences should the evil wizard try anything of the sort.

The yordle didn't cared about the "menaces" of the mayor, the worse thing that may happen is that Veigar would be considered a criminal again and that did not matters him. The wizard looked at the old yordle.
"THAT is your MAIN PROBLEM! You TRUST in people that you SHOULD NOT... including me. Jadeflow, I may not understand the situation, but i thought that Bandle City was ally of Demacia... So, tell me why you have a dark summoner from the SHADOW ISLES at your office? I am SURE that the demacians would not be happy about this... and much less the League."
He made a pause before continuing, without moving of his place.
"... Also, you CAN NOT take a decision that MAY put in DANGER the City, WITHOUT talking with the SENATE... And EVEN if the senate AGREES with your DECISION, you SHOULD designate SOMEONE to control and SUPERVISE the actions of this... "Summoner""
Veigar, as someone who wishes to rule the world, is fully aware about the kind of Government that has Bandle. The black yordle was right and the mayor could not deny it.

Silently the mayor grits his teeth, anger sparking in his eyes. He finally turns to Veigar to speak. "All you need to know, Veigar, is that this man is no ally of the Isles nor does he wish to be. His business here is his own, and he would appreciate it if his presence here were left unknown. You know nothing of him, so do not come in here making false accusations. If you spout nonsense in my office one more time, I'll have you forcefully removed. Is that clear?"
Dennison leans forward, narrowing his eyes at the tiny wizard. His finger rests calmly on a small red button, hidden from view of the others in the room. Of course he would have to bring this to the Senate, but he would not allow Veigar to butt in and raise awareness of Azazel's presence.
Azazel had remained quiet as the two yordles exchanged words, the dark summoner never once turning to even look at Veigar as he tried to warn the mayor. Veigar shouldn't have had any knowledge of the summoner being from the isles, not once had they ever met and necromancy was practiced across Valoran by many. His part in the downfall of Xin Zhao had also been covered up due to how the warrior had fallen and was raised by necromancy. How did Veigar know? Slowly Azazel turned his head, piercing cyan eyes locked upon the Master of Evil, almost seeing to stare through the small creature and at something only Azazel could see.
When he spoke, Azazel's voice was devoid of any kind of emotion, "I do not believe this has anything to do with the likes of you."
Without bothering to tell those present what he was doing, Azazel placed his hands together as if in prayer. He bowed his head allowing black strands of hair to fall across his face as he began to chant softly. His body began to evaporate into a thick black smoke, only the glowing cyan from his eyes were able to be defined as it slowly began to collapse in on itself. Shrinking smaller and small until it was roughly the height of a yordle. The smoke then looked to imitated the shape and form of a yordle, smokey ears, what looked to be small paws and feet. Then it began to solidify, shiny midnight black fur covered the naked yordle imitation, his nose was black his teeth were off slightly by being too sharp and pointed and the large iris' of his eyes were bright cold cyan.
Azazel studied his new body, snapping a furry finger to create clothing as if from nothing but the air itself. A black pinstripe suit flickered into existence around his body giving him a sense of decency now, he spoke, his detached and emotionless voice not sounding completely natural coming from his small yordle frame, "I believe this will suffice as a disguise while I am here."

The yordle stared the mayor with anger, he didn't seemed to be putting attention in the rest of the people in the room, in fact, he was not even worried about the "living corpse" anymore. Veigar did not turned back to see what the kind of magic the undead was using.
"... All right "Mayor", Do what you want."
After Azazel finished his magical disguise, the wizard walked towards the exit without saying anything else.

The moment Veigar leaves, Dennison turns to the gatekeeper and speaks calmly. "Olph, do be so kind as to escort the wizard out. And please keep an eye on him. We don't want him doing anything rash, now." Once again the mayor clears his throat and turns to Azazel, looking the dark yordle up and down with a faint smile. "I believe that will do just fine. Hopefully you won't find the over generous nature of my people too irritating?" The mayor gives a slight chuckle, showing his last comment to be humorous, and he adjusts his glasses again.
The new yordle form Azazel had taken on was certainly a new experience. He raised a small furry paw to his face before he moved it away studied it with his cyan eyes, the silky midnight black fur that covered his form was soft to the touch causing him to frown. Lowering it back to his side he looked back to the mayor, "I believe I can handle it." he stated with his usual cold, emotionless tone, "Where do we go from here?"

The ears of the wizard twitched under his hat when the mayor gave the order of "escort"... He looked back at the people at the office for a few seconds before leaving the room. Veigar didn't cared if he had an escort or not, the only thing that he wanted was leave the city and destroy some things in order to release anger... But why he was so angry? If the mayor was accepting dark magics inside the city, Veigar should be supporting the idea... but instead, Veigar was totally against that... and the dark mage didn't knew the real reason.
After leaving the Mayor's Office, the black yordle did not wasted his time to talk with the stupid woman at the desk or the rest of the stupid officers from the City Hall, he just walked towards his lair quickly.

The mayor cups his hands together and rests his chin on them, narrowing his eyes a little. "Well, as I've said, I'll look into the possibility of building more copters and training more pilots. In the mean time, I've had the Scout and Megling units that are off duty working together with the miners to build escape routes through the mountains should the city come under attack. Honestly, the Senate and I had previously agreed that, after the battle of Demacia, it's obvious we would not stand a chance against the Isles. Not only that, but the Void is still a menace that could also strike at any moment. Any information you may have for us... such as how the undead travel across the ocean floor, could be very helpful. I've been thinking..."
Dennison pauses to clean his glasses and think, still unsure about Azazel. These types were crafty, and loved to take advantage of the more gullible. He'd have to play this safe...
"If what you say is true, then perhaps we could find a way to trap them in the ocean?"
The small yordle imitation ran a hand up his own arm curiously as he felt the silky black fur that now covered his form. They cyan orbs that were his eyes remained locked upon Dennison, their piercing gaze not moving once from the mayor before him, "You wish to trap them on the ocean floor so that their rot can contaminate the sea and kill the fish?" Azazel smirked, "Not a very wise move if you wish to keep the area surrounding Bandle City free from disease."
Azazel did however raise an eyebrow as he thought to him, Bandle seemed like they would rather run than fight the undead should they rise and head this way. That fit in perfectly with what Azazel wanted from them, this was after all, just a place to fall back to should anything go wrong with his plans elsewhere that were in motion. It would be highly unlikely that anyone should think to look for him in this area. Should they come looking however, Bandle seemed like they would retreat, that would give Azazel the cover he needed to move with them. Unless of course they didn't allow him to because he was undead, but if that happened then Azazel would have a back up plan. It would not end well for Bandle should they choose to ever expel him from their walls.

"Hmm... I suppose you're right about that. However, the water and pressure should still slow their movement. Taking that into note, they will probably be at their weakest when travelling across the depths of the ocean. Unfortunately... I can't think of anything we have right now that would let us use that to our advantage..."
The mayor cups his hands together and rests his chin on them. Only one thought was coming to mind. A particular trickster often chattered about the dangers of the depths and the creatures there every time he visited. No... That probably wouldn't work... but what other options do they have?
Azazel chuckled, his laughter slick with sadistic amusement as he kept his cyan gaze upon the Mayor, "Military planning without your military. Always a wise choice." The sarcasm was evident in his tone, obviously he was going to have some fun with this. But still, the morbid humor left his eyes while a serious look come across his face, his voice dropping back to its near emotionless state, "I believe, unless you wish to tell the higher ups that you currently have an undead summoner in your employ, that we will need to come up with a back story, something believable. We don't want them questioning your choices now do we?"

Dennison narrows his eyes a little. "Hmm... No, I don't feel that the Senate would particularly enjoy the idea of trusting anything that came from the Isles. But you're right, I'll need a reason for my suggestions, and as it stands there isn't a solid reason for having this kind of information. The good news is that there is only one yordle who can make the final call on our military distribution. If we convince the Minister of Defense that the information you have to provide is valuable, that should be enough to get units in motion without raising any eyebrows. That being said..."
The mayor pauses for a moment to clear his throat and take a sip of his coffee. By now it was cold, but he'd gotten used to drinking it that way. "I want to make your identity known to the Minister of Defense. I have faith in him to keep your secret, and I do not want to lose his trust by lying to him. Before I continue, I'd like to hear what you think of this, and what ideas you may have for a back story. After all, you know what you're capable of better than I do."
"Tell him what I am?" Azazel stared at the mayor with an impassive gaze, "An undead summoner defected from the Isles, you think he will go along with you on this?" He shrugged, a smirk tugging at his lips to see if the mayor would really risk the defense of his city's defense on hoping another would trust him. It would be an interesting conversation to observe at least.
"Then what would you have me tell the public? I simply wandered the continent for years, leaving due to an itch to explore the world? I return now with my wanderlust sated?" The black yordle simply stood, watching the mayor, curious about how the leader of Bandle-city would handle the situation.
