Summoner Vera sat at the head of a long oak table, yesterday's paper folded before her. The Piltover Post contained sensational articles suggesting the presence of a voidbeast in the Shining City. She frowned. More bad news. Perhaps they were only rumors. But, then again, perhaps they weren't. Perhaps there really were monsters roaming the streets of Valoran's fair cities, biding their time...
Vera forced these thoughts from her mind. The summons had gone out; the dignitaries would soon arrive: mayors, generals, ambassadors, kings and queens--perhaps the Kinkou Order of her very own native Ionia. In light of recent events and of her approaching presentation, her frazzled nerves needed no more taxing. She resented the Institute's decision to have her deliver this news. After all, she had not even been present during the intrusion. Those who were lay blubbering in the infirmary, even now capable only of broken, cryptic speech.
She shuddered. Whatever magics had reduced her colleagues' brains to mush was not the kind she'd been taught. And perhaps this was why, apart from the now-missing Terror of the Void, the summoners had thought it necessary to bring together this council of influential persons--to warn them.
Vera folded up the paper and laid it under her chair, her face growing stony as she awaited the arrival of her prestigious audience.

Tryndamere arrived at the institute of war. He had received a letter summoning him here, but he didn't know for what. He entered the meeting hall and sees a summoner at the edge of the table. He approaches her wearing his kingly outfit. "It seems like I'm the first one here."

Shen arrived at the area, scanning the room with those golden glowing, soul piercing eyes of his. He wondered if his other fellow Kinkou members would appear at this conference, but if not he's sure he could just break the meeting into a summary for the two.
He was wearing his usual attire. Blue clothing, along with the blue gauntlets and shoulder pads he wore in battle. And let us not forget his mask, which he was never seen without in public or in front of other eyes. He takes his seats and stays silent as he awaited for others, or at least his comrades.

Her steps were almost without sound, the sandals she was wearing clapping gently against the smooth marble of the floor with every step through the Institute's hallways. Akali let the red robes she wore, her Blood Moon outfit, flow behind her. It was her formal outfit, and given the summons of the Institute for some form of grave matter Akali thought it would be necessary to wear something other than her standard shozoku.
She entered the meeting hall with pursed lips, emphasized by the red gloss and contrasting against her pale make-up that decorated her face. Her appearance wasn't completely formal or gentle, however, the kamas to match the outfit held by the belt behind her back. The ninja glanced at the barbarian king and then to the summoner. "I am here to represent to Kinkou Order," she said calmly as she stepped into the meeting hall proper and nodding to Shen.

Vera rose as they entered, one after another, these esteemed personages. She felt her face grow hot in the presence of such famous names. She bowed to the barbarian king with a whispered, "Your highness," then turned to the two ninjas, offering another bow. "Welcome. Please be seated. We will await the other dignitaries before addressing the matters at hand."

Singed entered the room wearing his usual attires since the letter seemed to be about a conference of great importance he had parted immediately from Zaun to the institute.

She bowed to the barbarian king with a whispered, "Your highness," then turned to the two ninjas, offering another bow. "Welcome. Please be seated. Tryndamere bowed in return, and looked for a seat at the side end of the table. He sat down and put both his hand in back of his head, and leaned back glancing at the two ninjas in the room. He then looked up at the ceiling waiting for the meeting to begin.
Shen gave a nod to his comrade, and then nudging his head to the seat next to him as an offer for her to sit down. He noticed the Zaunite enter the room, which was concerning. Off all the people in Zaun, why him? The man who had helped killed hundreds of his people? He refrained from saying anything about the subject, or anything to him in that matter.
The door swung open and was barely allowed to squeak before it battered the innocent wall that hinged it; a monstrous figure loomed in the doorway for a moment before taking a couple heavy-footed steps into the hall. He shifted himself out of the way, positioning his massive girth in front of the door, which seemed to have suffered considerable detriment as it was no longer closing properly. He flipped his executioner on its head and planted the blade firmly in the ground, no doubt leaving a scar in the floor, as he revealed a second figure behind him. Darius smirked haughtily and stared daggers into to room as The Master Tactician entered after him.

Akali returned the bow to the summoner, her fist meeting the palm of her open hand as she did, a traditional Ionian greeting from Akali's clan. The city-state was very diverse, no doubt the summoner herself had something similar, but not necessarily the same. The Kinkou ninja took a seat as she was beckoned, turning to glance at her companion Shen and smirking. "Shame Kennen couldn't make it, I'm sure he'd love it here," she said sarcastically. The younger ninja was a bit too energetic for this sort of thing.
As Singed and Darius arrived Akali's expression became a bit more guarded. Zaun and Noxus were not on necessarily good terms with Ionia, and Akali had never had anything but trouble from people of those cities. They were necessary for balance in Valoran, counteracting Piltover and Demacia respectively, but that didn't make them any less difficult.
Tryndamere was still setting back when Darius entered the room. He glanced at him then back to the ceiling. "I wonder if this room can hold any of us if we decide not be be civil." He thought to himself.

A sinister silhouette became form as the man stepped over the threshold. Clad in his official military garb of green and gold, his foul bird at his shoulder, the Grand General of Noxus approached the table. Each unsteady step was echoed by the thud of his cane against the carpet. He glared around, crimson eyes searching each of the room's occupants in turn.
Four personal guards, heavily armed, wearing the traditional four-eyed helms of the Raedsel, entered behind him. They stood at attention against the wall.
"What is the meaning of this," Swain demanded, gesturing around at the slowly-filling seats of the hall. "As though heads of state can afford to travel here and there at the League's beck and call."

Swain whirled around, the very sound of the inventor's bravado grating on his nerves. He narrowed his crimson eyes. Then, having yet to receive an answer from their summoner host, made his way around the table to an unoccupied chair. The Raedsel followed, drew out the general's chair, waited until he had settled himself, then re-positioned themselves against the wall behind.

Vera surveyed the room's growing population with mounting unease. She wondered if the representatives of Valoran were all so volatile that they could not remain peacefully in the hall until she had finished her presentation.
"P-please," she stammered. "Everyone t-take your seats. We will begin momentarily."
