Marcus heard the hiss of the blade as it cut through the air, resting just in front of his supple skin on his throat. He laughed silently on the inside. he had a chainmail neck piece on. It would take a piercing weapon, such as an arrow to get into that. Not a simple dagger. But Marcus acted the part of the victim. Intending to put his opponent on the ground and with a few broken bones. Until the woman spoke, his first thought that it was Katarina, and soon Zed's appearance confirmed this. When he was let go. Marcus turned to inspect the woman they were to escort. He smiled in his mask remarking under his breath. "Must be cold."
Just because I'm an assassin doesn't mean I can't have some fun, I'll be alive for a long time after all.

Zed growled from behind the chrome mask he wore, from the tip of his blade currently pressed against her spine a small black web of darkness would encroach upon her bare skin. All Katarina would feel would be a strange tingling feeling and a piercing cold feeling before it vanished. She had just be touched by Zed's Death Mark technique, though none other than Zed knew of this. Should Katarina dare to defy Swain by trying to escape, Zed would activate the death mark, assaulting her body with dark chi. Not enough to kill, no, Swain had specifically said he wanted her capable of talking. But certainly enough to cause her think twice about ever attempting it again.
Slowly, he would release her and step back only to glare at Marcus with crimson eyes, "You should remain quiet. She could have easily killed you." It was well known she had done battle with Garen on more than one occasion, also one of the top trained assassins of Noxus, "You would have been dead had she so chosen to end your life. You are no match for her and should feel nothing but shame."
His gaze then turned to Katarina before simply stating, "I heard you were the best. I am disappointed."
With his thoughts said aloud Zed fell silent, his disapproval at the Vampire and Katarina's actions evident, Zed believed the vampire was an overgrown child who needed to be put in his place and Katarina too eager to play with her prey. Zed quietly turned upon his heel, showing his back to both Katarina and Marcus before moving away from the two. His clone still unseen lurked nearby, moving silently to follow its master from the shadows should the need arise for him to be needed.

Well this was embarrassing. Her father would be so upset with her and in front of another great assassin and rival. She was having trouble breathing and suddenly felt a chill run up her spine. Then the man that had tricked her into attacking him through his own actions or by just being as new at the game as he looked started to blatantly check her out and commented that she looked cold. If only Zed wasn't here she would take out her irritation at the turn of events on him. But then if Zed wasn't here she wouldn't be in this situation. She let out a sigh and raised an eyebrow at the man. She almost smiled when Zed spoke to him about how she could have killed him then it disappeared when he spoke of her own failing. While it was true this one time he had some nerve talking to her like that. She was Katarina. One of the greatest assassins alive and she wouldn't be talked about like some novice! To do anything now would be stupid. But she would repay the insult sometime.
"It isn't that cold. Or is it that you don't see pretty woman often? If your trying to leave a good first impression you aren't doing a good job of it." She turned and looked irritated as Zed walked on ahead. It would be easy for her to escape with just the man that still haven't given his name. But that wouldn't accomplish anything. They were taking her where she wanted to go. "Oh boys. Don't be like that. I know you know how to treat a lady.
"So why is it that I have been given such a elite escort? I thought one such as yourself above babysitting duty. Or is it that Swain is angry with you?"
