To anyone else, this was asking for glade-esque trouble. To the Doctor? She was another madness, like him. Different perhaps, but similar nonetheless.
"Graah, sure! Let Mundo put box back."
The purple behemoth arose from his makeshift stool, lifted it above his head, and casually tossed it back inside, the clang of metal on metal confirming its landing.
The Doctor then began to climb back up, re-settling himself inside the driver's seat.

it says here....that this THING has missiles, spike traps, Hard-Light shielding, a Spell SHIELD mk. IV, an artificial INTELLIGENCE, FRONT loaded flak GUNS, whatever THAT MEANS....
Lulu squints and brings the manual closer to her
...something CALLED a "Quantum tunneling Device"...
Lulu turns around and presses a brown button, causing a panel to open, revealing a machine thats dripping coffee into a ceramic cup.
and a MINIATURE Cafe.
Lulu takes the cup and begins sipping from it as she continues to look at the book

The Mundomobile came to a screeching halt. The Doctor looked at Lulu with a rather confused face. He took the manual from her hand, and looked over it himself.
"...even Mundo not sure what "Quantum Tunneling Device" is..."
The Doctor began silently reading the manual himself, looking over the devices and schematics of his metal machine. He knew Viktor made something special, but Mundo was not expecting a fortress on wheels! Well, he was, but not one that was armed to the teeth and had vast amounts of utility.
He reached for one of the extra ceramic cups for the mini cafe, which he placed and started to fill with coffee. The Doctor continued to drive on, eventually taking that cup and practically inhaling its contents whole. Silently though, the Doctor was thinking about what was immediately happening as he drove in the rough direction towards the Institute of War.
So... Lulu here, but Lulu come with Mundo? Mundo not sure. Mundo ask? No, Mundo not sure what Mundo say...
The only sign that Lulu might notice of the Doctor's internal struggle is his disgruntled purple face.

Dr. Mundo could feel the sudden lack of traction and the audible hum of wheels turning against the earth as the entirety of the Mundombile suddenly took partial flight over the ground.
"...huh... Mundo swear he tell Viktor flying not needed..."
His mind snapped back to Lulu's presence.
"Graah, Mundo still going to Institute of War. Mundo not mind if Lulu stay in Mundomobile." *sluurp*
Truly, the Doctor had no good reason to kick her out, nor did he particularly care. She kept on pressing buttons and he learned more things about what Viktor had given him.

The Doctor thought about her question as he drove, considering the complexities of his Corporate juggernaut.
"Graah... MundoCorp do a lot. MundoCorp acquire little companies, MundoCorp.... grah, MundoCorp do everything. Big part of MundoCorp use Mundo to sell things, but MundoCorp no do one thing. MundoCorp do everything."
The Doctor changed the gears of the beast, keeping it at a consistent pace, but not surging forward with all its might.

You see, I like to EXPERIMENT with my MAGIC on the VARIOUS things and ASPECTS of Runeterra. But lets say THAT OTHER people...dont LIKE it when i do that.
Now ZUAN on the OTHER hand is a place WHERE someone could EXPERIMENT with ANYTHING without ANYONE trying to INTERFERE just because they're SCARED of what i WANT to do.

The Doctor glanced at Lulu as he drove, his expression (if anyone could read past his eternal poker face) a mix between surprise and shock. He could not believe the golden glowing opportunity that presented itself. The Doctor was always smiling, but perhaps Lulu could see the more genuine qualities behind it: the slight widening of his jaw, a hint of glee in his eyes, the light lift of his cheeks; it was all very subtle, but the excitement was there.
And all he had to do was supply Lulu with her own small company and laboratory, all of it subsidized by MundoCorp., of course. Naturally this was a risky business venture, far far riskier considering Dr. Mundo would be working with Lulu as a business partner. On top of that, she utilized strange, unstable magic that only she seemed to have any grasp on, and she's completely mad as a hatter! Fortunately for Mundo, he's the Madman of Zaun. To him? This was normal, and he loved every minute of it.
In a much cheerier voice, Dr. Mundo gave her an answer.
"Mundo happy to work with Lulu. Mundo give Lulu big lab, lots of space! Mundo supply Lulu with things, Lulu research as she pleezus. One day Lulu make big bucks with magic. MundoCorp. facilities open to Lulu, Graah, except Mundo's lab."
The Doctor raised and waved one of his thick purple arms unto the horizon.
"Mundo see big things for Lulu. Mundo and Lulu make killing. Mundo and Lulu do big things..."
The full breadth of the Doctor's excitement could not be adequately represented. Not only did he have himself as a company mascot and social icon to sell his goods and wares, he now had Lulu. Lulu! One of the most loved and crazed Champions of the League, with just as huge a fan base as Mundo had amongst the citizens and summoners of Runeterra! The amount of growth MundoCorp. would experience from this... the already Corporate juggernaut that was his company would steamroll the markets. Indeed, Lulu's little company would hugify both itself and Mundo's by staggering amounts... the Doctor had a lot of work waiting for him in Zaun when he returned, but it would more than well worth his time.
