It's actually changed a lot for me these past couple of weeks because of the fact I took up a smurf account. So, that said, my current top 5 (In order)
1. Sona
2. Zyra
3. Twitch
4. Lissandra
5. Pantheon
I main Support, and all three of my leading ladies there consistently are with me, though once I get practice in again with Thresh, Lissandra may drop off. For those of you who question "Why Twitch?", having the smurf account limited me to the free champions, and I played the crap out of Twitch last week, to the point where he's become my single best split pusher hands down. Hurricane+Poison Passive+Expunge = Patron God of Farming.

Ugh. My main list has changed up too.
-Vi (revamped my build and have recently been doing a lot better so I use her more often) -Jinx (I'm so bloody horrid. But I make up for it with my uncanny ability to fuck around and still get kills. And OH MY GOD SHE IS FUN.) -Orianna (Fun as ever, powerful as ever, higher win rate with some build modifications too.) -Malphite (You will lose.) -Gangplank (YAR HAR FIDDLE DEE DEE BEING A PIRATE IS FUCKING OP BUILD ONLY CRIT CHANCE AND GET KILLS FOR FREE YOU ARE A PIRATE Also new gold income buffs just make him much wow.)
