He never liked ponies and they didn't like him back, but otherwise his trip was good. The sky was blue as it could be and the building of the escape route was going good so far. This was gonna be a short trip back home and a easy one at that. As he got to the gates the guards saluted to him, he ordered them to steady down and said that the mayor wanted to see him soon as possible he sighs when he heard it, already he was needed again since he was hoping to get some rest after this trip, he looks at the guard and tells the guard to inform the mayor that he is on his way but he had to clean himself first after this trip. As he cleaned himself and get some cleaned clothes he then walks to city halls, greets Nellie and walks into Dennison office "You called?" he asked and does a salute

Jadefellow looks up from the document he'd been reading, appearing tired. He hadn't gotten much sleep recently, and perhaps the two large stacks of paper next to him are the cause. Either way, the mayor smiles warmly and nods, giving Basil a gesture to come forward. "Ah, Minister Skywood... good to see you're back. Please, have a seat. You're probably tired after your trip, as usual. Was there anything important to note at the mines, or have the Megling demolition units proved useful in the project and things are going smoothly?"

He walks forward as the mayor gives the sign, he takes the seat and pulls it forward and to his backside to sit down, he crosses his legs and smiles at him "Yes, everything went according to plan!" he answerd with a chuckle, he continuous "But the demolition was not much of use sadly, it only made more work for us, clearing all these giant boulders" he shrugs "Everything went smoothly" he looks at the mayor with a raised eyebrow "But that is not all you wanted to ask me, is it?"

Dennison nods, giving a small hum. His ears twitch a few times before he opens his eyes, his smile flattened. "Yes, you're quite right. Actually... I'm not sure how pleasant this news will be for you, but I must assure you that my choices were fairly limited and I've made them with Bandle City's best interests in mind. I have to ask that you refrain from interrupting before I'm finished speaking. Will you hear me out, Basil?" He hopes that by conversing with the minister more casually by using his first name, he'll be more convincing with his proposal.

He raises his ears to the question and nods "I see why not Denny but since you are saying I will be mad about this, I will try my best to retain myself" he then leans on the chair with his hands crossed, listen to what Dennison has to say

Dennison nods, cupping his hands and resting his head on them over his desk. "Good, good. For starters, I had an interesting visitor recently. He said he had some valuable information for us and wished to assist us. Why he chose us, I am not certain, but he claims that Bandle was his best option. Now, before I continue..." He clears his throat and takes a sip from his mug, adjusting his glasses a little afterwords. "I must explain that this was no ordinary man. He was an undead summoner, claiming to be a defect from the Isles. For the time being, I am allowing him to stay within the city under the guise of a yordle, which was quite a little trick of his. His name is Azazel, one that I'm unfamiliar with, so I'm hoping that he will stick to his word. I called you here because I trust you... and I want you to be the only other person in this city who knows who this Azazel really is. It wouldn't be my first choice, but unfortunately right now it is the best option I have right now. His secrets of the Isles could prove very useful for us, should we need to protect ourselves. I've planned for him to work with you directly, his presence remaining unknown until we've come up with a reasonable explanation for his arrival.
The mayor sits back in his chair, contently folding his hands over his stomach. "I apologize for the short notice, and I know you are not very fond of the undead, but I am asking as the mayor and as your friend to trust me on this... we may need his information to survive an attack. He's already given me one bit of useful information, but I'm sure he'll have more in time. Will you keep this secret for me?"

He listens to Dennison. He raised his eyebrow when he said 'interesting visitor' as continues to listen but his left eye starts to twitch and hands shaking when he hears the word 'undead' but he calms down and continues to listen to Dennison. He nods and sighs as he continues to listen to him, but when Dennison was done he then clears his throat, stands up, putting his hands on the table and leans on it "No one is fond of the un-dead Denny.." he said with a annoyed voice with a sigh afterwards and continues "Let's HOPE he does.." he then sits back down with a growl "I am trusting you on this Denny, I will keep this secret, for the sake of Bandle city"

Dennison nods slowly, giving a faint sigh of relief. "Thank you, Basil. You do not have to enjoy his company, for I don't find it pleasant either, but so far he has been true to his word and will hopefully continue to be so. I'll have one of the Guard retrieve him and then call you in later when he gets here. For now, I'm sure you'd like to get home and rest from your trip before being introduced to our new... ally."

He looks angrily at Dennison and stands up "Sounds like a good idea.." he then fixes his jacket and walks to the door, opening it "I needed some rest anyways.." he then closes after him.
He goes to his home to sleep, waiting for him to be called

The mayor sighs heavily, laying back and furrowing his brow. Indeed, his job is a tough one, full of hard choices. Sometimes he'd make people upset... but he can't let that get him down. He reaches over to a series of buttons on a pager next to him, pressing one and speaking into the microphone. "Hello? This is Jadefellow. I need you to contact Olph and have him retrieve someone for me. Just tell him to look for a yordle with black fur and bright blue eyes, someone who arrived a couple of days ago. He should know who to look for."
After sending this message, Dennison returns to his work, all the while his ears flattened a little. Indeed... his job is a tough one.
Azazel was sitting quietly in the shade, his black hood drawn up over his dark furry face. The Yordle disguise flawless, anyone who looked upon him would believe he truly was one, a part from one aspect. The eyes. They were bright ice cold piercing cyan. As he sat with head bowed, he got the message from the guards. Without wasting time or even replying he stood and moved, making his way to the mayor's office with nothing more than a sigh.
He would walk right past the receptionist only giving her a quick glance with the eyes that held no soul. Two knocks and he would enter the room, "You requested my presence?" He questioned with little to no emotion in his voice.

Dennison looks up from his papers, eyes a little heavy from working without breaks into the late afternoon. He nods to Azazel when he enters, taking a moment to recollect who he actually is before pressing another button, speaking into the microphone. "This is Jadefellow. Could you please retrieve Minister Skywood for me? And do be easy on him, he's probably resting at home."
Once he's finished speaking, he releases his finger and turns back to Azazel, motioning to one of the comfortable chairs nearby. "Please, have a seat. As you can probably guess, the minister has returned and has agreed to meet with you. He did go home to rest for a little while, while the guards went to find you, so he should be back here momentarily." Whether or not Azazel has something to say, the mayor returns to his paperwork with ears perked up and alert.

'aaaaahhhhhhh' he said with a happy tone, it's been so long he has slept in a real bed like his, he stretches and puts the cover over him so he can sleep for a while hoping that it would take a long time for getting that un-dead scum.
Few hours later he heard a knock on the door and he woke up because of it, he stretches and goes to the window to see who it was, it was the city guards and he knew why they where here so he cleaned himself and dressed.
He walks down the stairs and sees that his butler has answered the door and trying to tell the guards that the master is sleeping, Grey put his arm on his butler shoulder and told it was alright and walks with them to the Dennison office.
As he gets there and walks past the receptionist, he greets her before the guard open the office door for him, the first thing he sees is a black yordle and then Dennison. He looks at Dennison "Is that him?..." he asked with annoyed tone.

Jadefellow adjusts his glasses as the minister enters his office, looking as tired and serious as ever. He gives Basil a slow nod and motions towards another empty seat. "Yes, this is the summoner I told you about. Please refrain from causing any conflict in my office, both of you... or I may have to call in Delphine and Vespacian to keep you in check. Now, Azazel, why don't you introduce yourself to the minister? After all, you two will most likely be speaking to each other often."
