A slight smirk crinkled the crows feet at Swain's eyes. "Of course," he placated his lanky associate, who, by now, had singularly eaten through most of the table's bounty. "I wouldn't deny you that prerogative."
A servant bustled into the hall bearing a second bottle of scotch, aged to perfection, which she opened in front of Singed. She bowed her head respectfully as she refilled his tumbler. The general's eyes drooped closed once more in the lull of conversation--but only for a moment before he blinked awake, took a steadying breath and smoothed a few disheveled strands of hair back into their usual arrangement. "And one final matter interest," he pressed on.
"You will secure the allegiance of a certain machinist. Zaun is comprised of many great minds, but they waste valuable time and resources competing with one another. We will work gradually towards the coalition of all the best and brightest--unite them under a single banner: ours." With this, Swain fixed Singed with a calculating gaze, gauging the Chemist's reaction to his vision.

Singed smiled for the first time to the grand general of Noxus. “While is true that many great minds are leaven behind in such hard competition it is the ambient of competition that makes them shine the brightest after all a diamond can’t shine without being polished” Singed had already ended almost all the contents on the table after saying those words. “However the herald has already demonstrated great tenacity and enough skills on his field. Don’t worry about it I have already made a deal with him he will part of our alliance on no time.” “However would I recommend you to never speak ill of his “Glorious evolution” as he calls it he is rather a moody man and acts to much based on his emotions for a man that claims will eliminate that particular weakness.” After he said this dedicated himself to eat all the food for on the table including the second bottle of scotch.
