Cho'Gath knew what Kass was doing but was too late to stop him from intercepting the girl. The gunfire also begins to hit him, most ricocheting off his carapace unless they hit a soft spot. He needed the girl back, the Voidwalker would NOT be aloud to keep her.
" FOOL, SHE IS MINE. I GROW TIRED OF YOU KASSADIN." He roared and charged at Kass and Singed, determined to get the girl back. If they did not move or were too slow he would trample them both. This weak army Singed brought wont even come to fight me close, he will tear them both to shreds and effectively kill two birds with one stone while an entire army watches. HA.

From the side, blue titanium and black Steel alloy nets were shoot at the Void beast in order to restrain it for a minute. The corps had used the machineguns as covering fire in order to get close to the creature without care for their contractor. They rushed to Cho’gath flame throwers bursting green flames that burned with intense heat and were accompanied by a compound that allowed them to keep burning on the flesh of those it touched. It didn’t mattered how much Cho’gath was fire prof the intense heat from the flames would evaporate the liquids inside his body and them would escape from the wound to his soft parts caused by the bullets. “We will later have her decide with who see will go now is not time to fight among us. It’s time to get out of here before the flames consume the place.” Singed said at the same time that he covered with his shield for the whole group from the flames that didn’t distinguished from friend or foe. “Now stop acting like children and help me save our collective asses.”
Cho'Gath was charging one moment then struggling to break nets the next. Humans ran up and blew flame from their machines, intense enough to cause a great deal of pain to the terror. Cho'Gath snapped the nets reeling back to the portal. Of course, still on fire. He glanced around the room, getting the girl would be impossible now. They can teleport, the army brought effective weapons,and this room was burning down!
He growled, theflames burning around them (and on him..) "Viktor, come now. To the portal, we must leave."

Kassadin took cover under Singed's shield and focused his power for a few seconds. I cannot take both of you. We will meet at your mansion. Then, both Kassadin and Amelia started glowing purple and, in a flash, disappeared.

Viktor's last action had burned out nearly all of the power that made his augments functional, which caused him to yet again fall to one knee. But even as he waited for the after-surge to wear off, and allow him to move, he watched the events transpire before him.
It was clear even to him that Cho'Gath had failed to claim the girl, and that he had failed to claim her for himself as well. Although, that wasn't as much of a concern as the fact that the flames that the Void beast had been engulfed in were quickly spreading to the rest of the facility, generating an intense heat that might have burned the Herald alive if he had not heavily augmented himself techmaturgically. The dreaded denizen from the Void began to make his retreat, even as the Zaunite forces continued to attack him. It wanted him to go with it, to join it for the purpose of combating the peoples of Runeterra so that the Void could be victorious.
Even now Viktor was at a complete impasse, having committed to neither the humanity that had caused him so much suffering nor the Void that has promised him the means to finally bring about the Glorious Evolution. The only question that the Herald had yet to answer for himself, was the issue of whether or not he would consider the possibility of forcing others to accept his preaching, whether or not he could allow himself to force others to undergo augmentation.
"No. I need more time to decide."
His simple words spoke volumes of what he was going through, under the surface, and without any other words he finally managed to regain enough power to simply march out of the warehouse. Anything else that Cho'Gath might have said would be ignored as the Machine Herald's back remained on the Terror of the Void, but it would know that there was a strong possibility of the mechanically augmented Zaunite willingly aligning himself with them. It would only be a matter of time....
