Yukiko leaned over to examine the intricate details of the map allowing it to be put to memory easily for navigation purposes strictly. Listening intently to Shen's words, the Dragoon would nod here and there, acknowledging his words. When he would point at the Hidou village, Yukiko would speak up.
"I see. Have you considered attempting to reclaim your former Temple from Zed? Have you positioned anyone in the villages that couldn't easily be recognized as Kinkou to keep information flowing from those areas?" She observed his body language given that his face was masked and his expression difficult to measure because of it, "Given that your faces are concealed, blending would be simple without your masks. It offers a particular advantage. They might pose as a traveler, and arrive in the village to work odd jobs. Information would be easy to gather from there."
Pausing, Yukiko would straighten as she regarded Shen politely, "I could go to the village, though my presence will likely stir things a bit. It may draw out Zed, or members of his Order. However it would likely prove less troublesome to send one of your own."
Golden eyes flicked towards Zen briefly, then back to Shen. It's possible she had sensed him earlier, but there is little doubt there were many eyes upon her when she arrived. And more-so when Shen met with her in the courtyard.

His eyes gazed on the location of the Hadoi village before the calm voice once again echoed out against the empty hall. "They lived in those villages before we recruited them and they have always provided good and detailed information back to this temple".
Shen paused for a while, considering their course of action. "Their numbers are increasing, but so are ours and the disappearance of Zed might be an opportunity to reclaim our ancient ground." Shen gestured for Zen to come closer to the table "But information is vital and as such, we need a key to unlock the door" He concluded his sentence with the Dragoon and turned over to his disciple, telling him his plans.
"Zen, scout out our ancient training grounds if you would, try to avoid combat as much as possible. All we need to know, is the number of enemy personnel within that village, contact me when you have further info, you know the signal."
The training of his members are going according to how they planned, they are taught first the idealogy of the Kinkou order and then taught how to wield a blade or throw projectiles. The daily session continues on as they discussed issues in the room.
Zen looked over at Yukiko who have him a quick glance. Why was he staring at him? Something perhaps could have been up, but he couldn't just speak up and ask what was wrong since such a thing would be rude and disgraceful to the Dragoon and more importantly, Shen.
Then Shen himself gestured for him to come over. He walked over silently as he looked at the two. Information is vital, a key is needed to unlock the door? He was wondering what Shen was about to ask him, more so excited that he'd be allowed to go on a mission of what may be.... Grave.... Importance...
The Shadow Temple... The old Kinkou Temple...
Home...
Family...
A place of balance that's been corrupted with darkness, forbidden ways, and of imbalance. Now he would be scouting his old home to see how many people have come to defile it's original purpose. It would be tough on him, mostly emotion wise.... Yet... It needs to be done. He has to face his past. Quickly getting out of shock from his orders, he bows to him. "Very well. Shall I check the village, the Temple's exterior, and the Temple's interior as well?"

Shen didn't take very long to answer that question, he was well aware that he is sending one of his most trusted disciple on a vital mission in regards to reconnaissance and investigation. But a mission with such weight requires a character with substance. The triumvirate are easily spotted due to their reputation, through such things is detrimental to incognito, it is a choice they willingly made to rebuild their order and to start anew.
Through the fact that they have made themselves known means that for something with a bit of sneaking and information gathering involved, they need to leave it to someone else. Shen gave a few more words
"Gather information from the village, we need to fully understand the situation. If you can assess their numbers in our ancient temple and consider it to be passable, proceed. But we need to be notified of your actions."
Shen paused, before continuing on with his sentence
"We don't have that much troops at hand, but a few may be spared if you require the assistance" Shen diverts his attention back to Yukiko as Zen began his preparations. "Any suggestions for a course of action to be taken while information is being gathered?"
"Information is the most vital before any actions may be taken." The Dragoon woman spoke in an even tone as she regarded the two. Shen must trust his disciple greatly to place him on such an important mission. This afforded Zen a long gaze from the half-dragon as she studied him closely.
"Should he be discovered, there should be an extraction plan if you intend to attempt a rescue."
"For now." Yukiko shifted her focus to Shen, "Ensuring things here are secured may be just as vital, especially if your disciple is discovered." She was not doubting Zen's abilities. She was offering suggestions of preparedness should things go wrong.
"You have the most experience with Zed." She said to Shen, "You would know best what actions he may take. What plans he may attempt to evolve and execute. Knowing your enemy as you have known Zed will work to your advantage. But remember, he likely knows you as well as you him. You must think as he thinks, and consider all possibilities if you intend to successfully initiate any kind of plan. It's all you have currently until more solid information can be gathered."
Zen nodded, listening to the two exchanging words back and forth. "I think it's best if I go alone... Less numbers mean less attention." He said. Though the main reason why he declined the help was because he had a gut feeling that this was something he had to do on his own. To show to Shen and his triumvirate that he was capable of many things, and that he was able of impressing them as well as the Dragoon.
"I'll scout out the village first. If I feel like not enough info was obtained I'll check the Temple's exterior. If and only if there's something of high interest or importance moving into the Temple I will check it out and head out a vacant window immediately. If trouble springs up I can run using a window like before. There are plenty of trees I can climb up and hopefully lose them in. If that's not enough I can run to the river where we used to get our water from. I'm sure I can just hide in there till they pass." He said. "I can relay a message of some sorts. I'm sure there are plenty of villagers who stay aligned to our path and are more than able to trust with passing down info."

"Zed is the very opposite of all all the teachings that he have received at the Kinkou, he is ambitious, ruthless and calculative. But I cannot say to still know the man as of this day, for he was not who he was before. But yes, he knows as much about me as much as I know him".
Words thrown out into the wooden room, Shen gives time for Yukiko to determine his interpretation and speaks to Zen once more.
"Then be in your best condition and prepare for departure. If Zed ever makes his way back into the temple then leave immediately, you cannot match his prowess in battle, nor could you fight off an army."
Shen takes a pause and gives Zen a few more words of advice before he takes his leave.
"I doubt that Zed would not have informed his disciples of possible hiding locations, but the temple have it's secrets. "
Shen takes a thinking posture, but made his decisions swiftly and give his words privately
"Use the archway of the first floor's conference room, the lock mechanism lies within the hollow chest of the Stone statue of the dragon, a three hundred sixty degree turn clockwise and a sharp push in ward will flip the walls allowing you entrance. "
Zen nods and speaks quietly. "I will take note, but how will I know if the conference room won't be in use? If it won't lead to the conference room, where will it take me?" He asked. He was young when he lived at the old temple, he didn't know much of its secret. Once he was done talking, he bowed to Shen. "If I do not return, I wish to say now that it has been a GREAT honor to be within the Kinkou under the triumvirate's rule. I could never thank you enough for thee night you saved my life, when I wasn't strong to save my family and myself. Although my death may lead to my bloodline's end, I hope that the bloodline shall continue throughout the minds of those who come here and those who follow." He said.
He then turned to Yukiko and bowed greatly to her as well. "The same to you Dragoon. It was am honor to see you in the flesh. I can never thank you enough for helping our clan." He straightened himself and spoke. "I will be preparing and getting my things and then be heading out immediately. Thank you for this opportunity." He said as he walked out.

"If our roots were correct, then the conference room should be abandoned in favor of a new establishment within our ancient grounds, through how valid that information is cannot be confirmed or verified. Make use of it what you will".
Shen gave one last message to the man before he walk out and bowed slightly in his direction. A true disciple of the Kinkou, but how little of their original kind remained. There is a need to make haste with his plans, if the other two triumvirate can only be notified of such situations, Akali remains with the Training grounds of the temple and Kennen is making his way back.
Conversation continued between Shen and the Dragoon as they talked about an extraction plan.
"I do not doubt my scout, but I cannot run the risk of losing a senior member of the clan. I will trail behind my man, during this period, is it possible for you to establish communications with Riven or the Senescheal of Demacia?"
Shen made his leave from the guest room and after noticing one missing direction, came back and verbalised it
"Talk to Akali or Kennen in regards to provision and supplies, if they are not present. Other senior members of the clan who resides within the Order should suffice."
Yukiko listened to the exchange of words between them before speaking again with Shen.
"I will contact the Seneschal. Finding Riven will take longer. For now, preparing the supplies would suffice. Non-perishables specifically so that when distribution becomes necessary, they're ready to be sent out immediately."
"We'll be in touch." She bowed her head to Shen, and quietly turned to make her way out. She needed to find Xin.

((Continuing from the meeting started in the revenge thread))
March the 6th 23 CLE, The New Kinkou Temple
Shen prepares his statement, and slowly lifts himself from the rounded wooden table. He began to speak of his plans. His plans for the Kinkou Order to start making adaptions and changes to balance out the forever changing world around them. It is clear that Runeterra is undergoing several crisis, the invasion of Demacia by the Shadow Isles, the void threat facing the distant Freijord and last but not least, a game being played by Zed in the shadows.
"We as an order must be ready to face what is currently at hand. It is evident that the incident at the Hadoi village is in close association with Zed, through the problem behind this aggression may not be his responsibility, the crisis remains at large."
Shen pauses for a second before continuing with his statement.
"It is valid to presume that change is a threat to balance, but when change is being pushed from the outside, we must adapt and change to keep the balance from tilting in one particular angle. As concerning as this may be to our foundations. I will consult with the other two of the triumvirate about this matter, but we are extending our area of operations and openly seeking out allies to our cause."
Shen however, was not about to make this meeting into a one-sided game, the other side will be addressed in full as well and fully considered. For them, lays another duty.
"We as a ninja order have remained open and exposed to plain sight, such, I have yet another proposition to move a section of the Order into the shadow, fear is a weapon we have played with too little and Zed must not be the only one to be in complete control of this sector."

Suddenly, a purple garbed figure stepped into the room. Although he was small in stature, he had an aura of strength and power around him that could be felt by everyone in the room. Everywhere he walked, small white sparks could be seen flying from under his feet. As always, he carried his shuriken with him, its golden sheen too bright to look at.
"Surely you're joking." he said. His voice was rather odd, even among yordles, but he never seemed to notice. "To embrace the shadows would only further Zed's cause." He reached the front of the room and began pacing. "It would also be a rather hypocritical decision." He chuckled for a second, before continuing.
"Think of how foolish would it look if one day we're fighting Zed, and the next we're following his teachings! It would be like Rumble suddenly helping Heimerdinger on a project."
"Also..." He paused to look around at the disciples gathered at the meeting. A look of near dismay was in his eyes, a rare sight. "I can already see some of the students gathered here succumbing to the power."
He let his message sink in for a moment, before moving on to his conclusion.
"While I agree that something must be changed, taking the shadow's path should only be used as an extreme last resort. There must be another way."

"Kennen"
It seems the Heart of Tempest returns from his duties and is present, there is a need to clarify however. That returning to the roots of their ancestry have nothing to do with embracing the dark arts of the shadows.
"I believe there is a need for me to clarify myself and that is moving into the shadows simply means paying better attention to our secrecy and making sure that one part of our organization is less known then the other. Though it seems that I have phrased myself in a way that causes confusion."
Shen gestures for Kennen to come closer so that he could give him a better description.
"If what you said is true, then we need to do something about our routine training. I would also like to have what you just said expanded with more detail. Considering that I have just returned from the Hadoi village."
Shen waits patiently for Kennen to give him an answer in regards to what he had just spoken in public. A problem that needs to be taken care of, and Shen is going to find the solution to that problem.
