Titus is right besides Teemo when Kennen introduces his home to the yordle soldiers. His ever ironed face and stiff posture seems to bring out the sheer professionalism expected of a guard from Bandle City. As the Swift Scout leads the soldiers inside the temple and he made sure Kennen isn't looking back, Titus quickly turn his head towards his 'superior' and gave a cold stare at him.
"I can't believe dad glued me to you..." He grumbles quietly as the yordles march into the temple itself.

"Alright, then." Kennen said, somewhat disappointed, "Let's see if we can track someone else down..." Out of the corner of his eye, Kennen saw Akali enter one of the dining buildings. "You're in luck!" he happily exclaimed, "Akali's right this way."
He lead the group over to the building and opened the door for them to come inside.
Akali stopped at the entry way, but did not turn around.
"My stomach calls, Kennen."
The ninja girl had worn her usual green outfit today, rather than her favorite bloodmoon garb.
Her meal was going to have to wait. She gave a 'okay, fine' sigh, and turned around, looking over the group of yordles at Kennen's lead, which had included Teemo. Turning a curious thought over in her head, she dismissed it with a formal greeting bow.
"Pleasure." She approached them, looking the small visitors over for a moment. A few of them seemed mildly nervous, but she just smiled. "Fancy seeing you here, Teemo." She then looked over to Kennen curiously, a sharp look in her eyes. "Did I miss a memo this morning?"

"Our new allies, to be exact." A voice echoed from behind the Fist of Shadow, a voice with little emotional connection and the stalwart in his tone only confirms his certain presence. The azure ninja stepped over the temple door and stood in front of Kennen and his... Visitors.
"You've acted fast as usual." Shen gave a firm nod to Kennen's direction and continued to speak, this time addressing his Yordle companions. The presence of Teemo does add to confidence, a good sign to a well consolidated alliance.
"I believe now that we are all gathered, we can discuss certain matters in particular detail, if I may ask all of you to follow me into the meeting room, that would be of the utmost satisfaction."
Shen paused for a bit and gave out one more sentence, not turning around.

Teemo and his scouts continue to follow along, nodding to those they great. They would have stated their greetings verbally, but their hosts appeared to have more important words to say. When it appears that it's time for them to all head inside, the scout captain smiles and nods his head once, slowly.
"Thank you for having us. We look forward to our time here."

Teemo glances around, seeing no movement from the other ninjas. He nods in Kennen's general direction and signals to his troops to move forward, following the purple-clothed yordle to the room.
At the scout captain's orders, Titus walks into the meeting room with his fellow yordle soldiers. There was not much Titus could do or say in this moment. He would just have to wait for whatever the masters of balance have to say.
The Kinkou girl let out a heavy sigh at Kennen in response, implying she received no such message. She eyed him as if to say 'We'll talk later,' and proceeded to trail behind Shen into the meeting room.
Akali remained at the entrance, allowing the yordles to proceed past her, subtly bowing respectfully as they filed in one by one.
This was certainly an interesting turn for the Kinkou she wasn't expecting. Perhaps she was off busy while the impulsive decision was made for new allies. 'Ally', such a term she was unaccustomed to growing up with the Kinkou. However, she would save all thoughts for after this meeting Shen had organized, to see if she needed to pull either of the two to the side for any further questions or concern.
She was extraordinarily curious herself what Shen would have to say.
(( Just a quick head's up. Riven will eventually be making her way here to speak with the Kinkou Order. Currently, she's in Coeur having some private moments and such. But after that, I'm going to have her make her way here. Akali said she might show up in Coeur, so I'll have a way to move toward that. But, I just wanted to alert you guys to that without being too disruptive. ))

Kennen's idea has been acted upon swiftly, through Shen himself would question his own actions, but perhaps such acts are a necessity, however, Noxus' current action has been somewhat limited and to be minor in nature, perhaps the bigger picture is still eluded from them. Or they were waiting for something.
They followed behind him into the Meeting Chamber, The current number of individuals should be a just fit for the large majestic room, the door shut behind them and when all were seated, the meeting should be said to have commenced.
"Kennen, if you would share the conditions and terms that you had came to with Bandle City, that would be needed."
Not that he would believe such matters to be problematic, for he had never known Bandle City to be of a bad political reputation, but what he does require on the other hand, is information and details.
He then turned his face towards the Yordles and once again begun to speak, "Teemo, what is the number of personnel that Bandle city saw fitting to address Ionia's current situation?"

"It's quite simple, actually." said Kennen, slightly nervous that Shen would be displeased. "We have eachother's backs. The scouts are here to track down an assassin unrelated to our actions.... I think..."
"The agreement also states that we are not going to intervene with Bandle City's war affairs until they are outnumbered." He grinned slightly, hoping for a positive response.

Teemo nods to Shen when he is spoken to and gives Kennen a sideways glance as he speaks. When the taller yordle is finished, the scout returns his attention to the azure ninja.
"Yes, we are here in search of clues as to the whereabouts of a particular Noxian assassin. He is the only remaining member of the party that murdered Poppy's father, Blomgrun. We've made our best assumption that he's somewhere in the southern regions of Ionia. As for how many men we've brought, this is just about it. There are three more back at the docks watching over our ship, and these eight scouts..." He looks over his shoulder at Titus shortly before resuming, "...and one ground captain are what we've got here for the time being. Should you need any of us, all you have to do is ask."

"As far as the situation goes, the Kinkou order is holding fine in it's current state, with Zed's current intention unknown to us and his current lack of movements. We are not in the most ill of predicaments." The azure ninja's voice lit the room and to address the concerns of the members gathered here, continued.
"We are uncertain as to what can be done about this assassin that you seek, but we can promise Bandle city some form of assistance in the sense of recon and gathering information. We of the Kinkou would appreciate the aid of your squadrons should we be overcame by the forces of Noxus and Zed's legion combined."
"Would there be any more points open to discussion?"
A response from Teemo's end of the equation would be appreciated and also more food for thought, there are always points you can miss.
