What about those whose last names we don't know? Would it be OK to call them by the title? For example Temmo = Swift Scout. Poppy = Iron ambassador or simply ambassador etc.
I'd prefer Ambassador simply. It's her real position, the "Iron" part is merely flavor from the League regarding her methods. :P
It would make most sense in the official sense to call her Ambassador and well... "Iron Ambassador" sounds kinda clunky. ;)

Addendum: Another small thing I wanted to mention is the issue of over-familiarity. Unless you and another player mutually decide otherwise, your relationships are only as familiar as lore implies. I doubt any of us is on a first name basis with (or has even met) all the champions in the League.
I pretty much have how TF addresses women down.

Well, there shouldn't be any problem with Teemo saluting everyone. Unless some royalty prefer bowing... in which case someone might be getting a little angry.

Well you see as far as I know the tradition of bowing was to show that their head was not above of that of the head of state (be a king or let’s say president royalty etc.) It is/ was symbolic but on the yordles case it would redundant.

Well then explain why people would bow to their king even though the king was standing up on a platform and already three feet taller than their servants.
Singed is partially right, in that in some cultures, you are not allowed to be as tall, or taller than the monarch. Tradition continues this. In Asian cultures, it's because eye contact to your superior whilst you communicate with them is an act of defiance, so sometimes those people remain bowed when they speak.
I guess with the yordle thing, just lowering your head (if you choose to) would be fine.
