Though she may long for the destruction of her sister, and her triumphant return home, her relative fame in Runeterra provided her with the means to finally settle down and consider what a time of peace might mean for her personally. This establishment and its sister franchises are the culmination of that period of thought, bringing the culinary delights of both her distant home and this new world to her many, many customers.

The most bizarre thing about your character: There are two things i can think of: 1) Lulu is known to eat people as cupcakes if she gets particularly angered. She doesnt seem mind the fact they were once people and often jokes or teases others that she might eat them. 2) There's a paradox with Lulu that she's a child in mind but at the same time an old woman of several centuries. This usually leads to some weird moments where she acts out in a childish way but a second later gives insight or knowledge that you would expect of a much older person. This is weirder if you couple the fact that she's physically a 20-ish year old adult. If she was normal, she shouldnt be either a child nor an old woman.

Notable history behind living space: Nova's father's side of the family has been incredibly influential for a long time. Her Grandmother, the last owner of the estate, was going to leave it upon her death to her son. Unfortunately, before she died he went missing, and so the woman saw fit to leave the place to Nova. While Nova didn't want it, she didn't want to upset her dying grandmother....so she took the responsibility./Nova's back and forthing between the Institute and her Estate was troublesome with no place to stay at the Institute itself. After room hopping for a few years she was offered a bed at the residence of Ethen Ramsyet; Steward Summoner.
Roommates/Housemates/Guests/Family in residence: Housemates in the Estate include Extended family who haven't seen fit to find smaller places to live. ((There isn't much privacy there))./Roommates in the Institute include Ethan Ramsyet and, oddly enough, Ezreal.

Involvement in politics: While she enjoys listening in on Ionian political discussions, her inability to pick a side keeps her...uninvolved.
Default temperament: Nervous
Mannerisms while angry: She'll yell if very angry, lesser amounts of anger result in short sentences and often times leaving the area to be alone.
Mannerisms while pleased: Lots of squeaking and jumping. She'll probably cry as well.
Hates: People who don't listen, bitter foods, contrarians, pessimism, choosing sides
Reaction when presented with above: anger, polite decline, anger, strong pressing of her idealist values, panic
Loves: her family, her friends, the institute's ideals, the concept of hope, sweet foods, the concept of good
Reaction when above are threatened: for the first two, she's likely to bargain and plead rather than fight. For sweet foods, she'd get a bit disappointed. For everything else, she would fight (in her own way) to the death to defend such things.
Vices: Sugar, excessive sleeping
Type of self-rewards and when character feels they are deserved: Self rewards are often days off from doing all of the work that is required of her. Days before big events, or after major accomplishments often warrant this
Type of self-punishments and when character feels they are deserved: She will often lock herself away from others if she feels she needs punishment, avoiding people. She may also punish herself by spending stupid amounts of money on others. This usually happens after what she would consider an incredible failure or if she has gravely upset or offended someone.
Biggest regret and why: Never telling her grandmother she didn't want the Estate. She hates the work that comes with it and it makes her miserable. She fears it's pulling away from her dreams.
Default reaction to adversity: She feels a need to help. To fix things. To offer her assistance in any way possible.
Reaction to triumph: Cheering. Crying. A sense that she really knows what she's doing in her life....also maybe a party or two
Behavior while alone: Nova uses her alone time as one to reflect upon herself. She's relaxed and thoughtful, and a dreamer. She moves slower, and fidgets slightly less.
Behavior around same gender: Comfortable for the most part. As long as they don't hold positions of power ((and start the conversation first)) she doesn't mind spending time around them.
Behavior around opposite gender: Depends. If she finds them at all attractive...she clams up. She gets nervous and babbles and can't look at them and just gets really flustered. This is lessened slightly if she knows them particularly well. If she doesn't find them attractive, she's polite and friendly; but almost stiffly so.
Biggest accomplished achievement in life: Achieving Gold rank as a summoner.
Official awards/recognition: Aside from her summoning achievements? Nothing of import.
Most important current relationship: ...none T.T
Relevant friends: She talks about the Malfean Summoner, a yordle summoner, and a void summoner that she's friends with...but she's never actually been seen with them.
How the character relates to each: The Malfean summoner and Nova have an...interesting relationship. Nova believes she summoner needs a better work ethic; and GSP (the summoner's 'name') thinks Nova needs to get laid. GSP also turns to Nova in times of personal crisis, and Nova comforts her as best as she can.// The Yordle Summoner and Nova are, apparently, very good friends. She likes listening to him talk about his life and yordles; but she's worried he's strayed from the path a bit in terms of...good.// Friends is a very odd term, but the closest Nova can find for her relationship with the summoner who has accepted the Void, or Thailfi as GSP calls him. They like to summon together, as he is an agreeable team member in practice runs. Truthfully...he scares the bejeezuz out of her.
Current relationship with family members: Nova hasn't been as close to her mother as she was before she started living on her own. Her relationship with her extended family is polite, but she finds them abrasive. Her relationship with her brother is pretty good since he became a summoner, but she often finds his energy a bit overwhelming.
Events that will affect your character's progression: 'Peace' is truly a foreign concept to Runeterra, given all of the events that have transpired in the known timeline. Given this information, there will be moments that will test Nova's spirit. She will have to learn not everyone can be saved. That she can not always bring out the good in others. That her dreams are not easily achieved. Her values will be tested. Some will be played against each other; and Nova will have to make decisions and pick sides. Her growth will be emotionally and mentally painful....but she will, I believe, struggle on and become stronger.
Past relationships that may affect progression: Anything could have happened to her father. If he shows up or if she discovers anything new about him that would impact something. Her mother and step-family live in Demacia, so if anything major happens there or to them that could stir up a few things.
The most bizarre thing about your character: She can write with her left foot. She does not disclose this talent to anyone
Where you eventually want to see your character: I want to see her grow up and become strong. I want to see her gain control over herself ((Because she really doesn't have any)) and become confident and powerful. I want to see her shine, and brighten the worlds of so many others....just before that light is snuffed out and she fades into the darkest abyss.
