Diana's intentions were purely kind and upfront, a vast contrast to her usual mood & attitude when dealing with others. She is usually very very shy and on the defensive... thanks to her family. It would be noted as they continued their jog around the gymnasium, that others were slowing down as their pace stayed the same.

Malzahar didn't take notice of his pace surpassing the tiring students. As of now, he thought about what her proposal and how he should go about it. This could've been a cry for help to avoid home, or it could've been a friendly invitation to hang out and study... Or it could've meant something else.... Oh dear....
"Ummm... Yea, sure. Studying together would be nice." He said a bit timidly, due to being caught off guard.

Veigar always study about the different places of Valoran, but that was the first time that he heard about "The Glade", he obviously was impressed with the idea of meet a yordle from a place that wasn't Bandle.
