Titus nervously scratches his head since rooming in another home could be rude sometimes.
"I...my cosmic powers...I mean teleporting great distances tire my powers...and I couldn't do anything. I don't have a suite nor an inn to stay at and...I wanna save my money."

"Perhaps. Living accommodations are not a part of my work area, you should ask the employees outside. Perhaps they can be of assistance to you."
Poppy then turns around and unwraps Whomper from her back, placing the hammer against her desk as she sits down and starts going through her paperwork again.
"Good luck on your journey. But believe me, during these times, there is very little chance of getting such immense amounts of money from any city-state for Bandle City. They require similar amounts for their own defenses, and cannot spare much to others."

The official would point the Admiral towards the living quarters of the Embassy and let him know that unfortunately they have no extra beds, visitors having never before needed a place to stay over the night. All the beds were reserved for the employees themselves and a separate room for Poppy.
He takes his luggage and leaves the Embassy, but not before looking back at the building and admiring Poppy for what she did. He heard that his father was slain during the delivery and in honor of his father's death, Titus gives out a salute to the building before leaving the Embassy.

Vi came into the embassy, looking around. "Hey, is Poppy here? I need to speak with her."
Her eye twitched slightly. There were Yordles everywhere. She really did not like Yordles. Too easy to trip on. But she had to restrain herself; she'd promised Shyvana not to break anything much. Especially ambassadors from an allied city-state.

One of the officials in the main room where Vi is turns to look at her, knowing the Enforcer's reputation.
"The Ambassador is busy at the moment, I'll go and see if she can take a break from her schedule for a visitor, please wait here... and don't break anything."
He then walks over to Poppy's office, knocks on the door, and enters.

Vi looked at the yordle with a sly smile on her face. "Wouldn't dream of it."
She took a seat nearby, fingering a package in her backpack. It was a little gift from Caitlyn, and if need be, she WOULD use it to get to Poppy. And the weapon, while completely safe, was also incredibly powerful, especially in this situation.

The official returns from the office a couple minutes later and walks over to Vi with a smile on his face.
"Walk on in Enforcer, the Ambassador is waiting. Be careful not to anger her, you may have your gloves, but her hammer is known to turn toughest of armors into scrap. Just a friendly warning knowing how you do your business."

Vi gave him a quick nod. "I'll keep that in mind, but I'm not going to worry too much 'bout it."
She got up and went into Poppy's office. "Hey, Poppy!" she exclaimed. "Long time no see, am I right or am I right?" She smiled her casual cocky grin. "Bet you can't guess why I'm visiting, eh?"

Poppy looks at Vi, shaking her head slightly at the self-confident and arrogant Enforcer.
"Considering your profession and superior Enforcer... you probably need to catch someone under Bandle City's authority? And "long time no see" does not exactly fit considering the League summonings."

Vi looked confused. "Really? Considering you're rarely summoned, I wouldn't find it strange if I've never seen you before in my life."
She smiled slightly. "But on business, yeah, I need to make an arrest. There have been rumors of Veigar planning something in Piltover. Now, I don't like to rush into rumors, but a threat is a threat." She leaned forwards. "Now, if he does commit a crime in Piltover, I'll have jurisdiction as long as he stays in the city limits. But as soon as he leaves the city limits, poof! There go my rights to wail on him for resisting arrest."
She stood up and paced a bit. "So, I decided I'd come to the nearest embassy and see if I can get a warrant for his arrest. And not a regional one, either." She leaned on Poppy's desk. "I want one continent-wide. I don't want to get arrested for doing my job. Does that sound reasonable?" She looked at Poppy expectantly.

Poppy shuffles through her papers as Vi talks until the end when she places the papers away. She then looks up at the Enforcer.
"A warrant to arrest Veigar no matter where he is? Hmm... I probably should check with the Mayor, but that would take a fair bit of time. And knowing the way Bandle City thinks about the so-called 'Tiny Master of Evil', it is unlikely that the Mayor would be against allowing such a warrant.
However, remember that as a magician, Veigar's body is quite... frail. He is a League champion, and lethal force could cause you to get the wrong type of attention from the summoners."
She stands up and walks over to a nearby cabinet, looking through a couple of drawers before finding the right paper. She then returns to her desk and fills the necessary specifics to the blanks of the form.
"Sometimes, I slightly envy the freedom someone like yourself has. Moving from city to city, chasing down criminals with any means necessary.
It sounds a fair bit more exciting than my position. Most of my days are filled politics, paperwork and meetings. As you mentioned... I am one of the less summoned champions, so entertaining disruptions are quite a rare occasion. Perhaps I could have had a different path in life... but Noxus ruined those chances for me."
Poppy shakes her head and hands the filled warrant-form to Vi.
"I am boring you, aren't I Enforcer? Here is your warrant. Just make certain you do not break Veigar's frail frame so harshly that the League would punish you."
((Pfft, what would that be? One of the cupcake traps? ))

Vi took the warrant. "No, you're not boring me. As Twisted Fate would say, I was just playing the cards I was dealt. You're doing the same. Sometimes, I wish my life had been less hectic." Vi's face went dreamy for a moment, then snapped back to it's normal, cocky self. "But then I remember how fun it is beating up on people! Speaking of which..."
She tapped the warrant lightly. "I promise I won't rough him up too much. And, if you really want a change in the routine, well..." She looked at the ceiling. "...Piltover might have a few things worth doing. If you got REALLY bored, we could even temporarily induct you into the police force. You know, a favor does owe a favor." She gave Poppy a sincere smile. "Hope the monotony breaks down for you." She then left the embassy.
