The Grey Order:
In the time shortly before the League, there were those within the sinister city-state of Noxus who did not agree with the evils perpetrated by the Noxian High Command. The High Command had just put down a coup attempt from the self-proclaimed Crown Prince Raschallion, and a crack down on any form of dissent against the new government was underway. These political and social outcasts, known as the Gray Order, sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge. The leaders of this outcast society were a married couple: Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock, and his wife Amoline, the Shadow Witch. Together they led an exodus of magicians and other intelligentsia from Noxus, resettling their followers beyond the Great Barrier to the northern reaches of the unforgiving Voodoo Lands. Though survival was a challenge at times, the Gray Order's colony managed to thrive in a land where so many others would have failed.
That's all the Official written lore on The Grey Order; It'd be nice if I had a few OCs to develop and expand on more of this with, hopefully make some interesting plot. I already have a goal in mind for the Order, but... Kind boring and unrealistic to RP it by myself.
NOTE: Just because they're isolated and generally have access to darker magics, you will NOT be more powerful than the average OC. The Grey Warlock is their leader for a reason, he's the strongest and most intelligent along with his wife.

Searching for aquatic characters
As in characters likes Marai from the village Nami is from, exiled/lost Atlanteans who weren't at Fizz's home fortress when his people vanished, possibly other sea creatures (sharks could even be a possibility considering Fizz has befriended one and dragon sharks like Chomper have proven to be intelligent.
There is a whole, unexplored world beneath the waves with secrets like the goop that turned Nautilus, the cause of Fizz's race vanishing, the dark creatures that threaten the Marai, that have been left quite unexplored for long now, and I wish people were to PM me on forum or on Skype if they are interested in creating aquatic OCs and developing the underwater portion of our world further so the landdwellers aren't having all the fun to themselves.

Seeking members for the Ionian Council of Elders
Ionia is looking for OC's to help represent Ionia's Council of Elders. Here is the offcial lore for being an Elder.
Ionia is divided into provinces which are each represented by an Elder. To determine who becomes an Elder, a competition called "The Distinction" is held every five years. This competition has several trials which test its candidates across a wide array of skills. Schools in each region send their finest adepts – men and women who have trained their bodies and minds in the path to enlightenment – to represent them in the Distinction. The prevailing Elders from each region then gather at the Convergence of Elders thrice annually or whenever any Elder calls for an emergency assembly.
We already have 3 members, Karma being one of them. Looking for no more than 2 more to join. While being old is not a requirement, much time must be put in the path towards enlightenment and only the wiseest would pass the Distinction.
Elders are leaders of Ionia and thus should be devoted to Ionia, her people and their pursuit of wisdom and enlightenment.

Zaunite’s that want to make a change.
Looking for Zaunite OC with medical skills and some form of knowledge about combat be it hand to hand or ranged. Also looking for someone to portrait a Zaunite ex-cop that got incriminated and kicked out of the force (Not corrupt but a little shaky in keeping things by the book).

Combat Companion Wanted
With the disbandment of The Seven, Vergil has found himself trapped with low paying jobs or jobs that are too dangerous for one person. Vergil will need the fallowing: 1. A human companion who is interesting to liven his life. 2. A human companion skilled in combat and capable of taking care of themselves. 3. A human companion that is will to work with Vergil regardless of how dangerous the job is. (that being said they can opt out whenever they want so it doesn't seem like they are Vergils slave). 4. A human companion that is both independent and can kick Vergil out of doing jobs that even they wouldn't succeed in together. 5. (optional) A human companion that is female.
Nationality is not really an issue here though I would advise avoiding a Demacian.

I happen to be looking for someone, someone very dear to me. I have not met that person in almost 25 years. I have searched the archives of the Demacian Palace after a clue, but found none. Who am I looking for you may ask? My mother. I do not know her name, her place of residence nor do I know what she looks like. All I know is that I share her hair color, my father did not tell me anything else. There is one more thing I know. She is alive.
So, that is why I am asking you. Do you know anything that can help me? I would be ever thankful for information that can give me an opportunity to meet my mother.

Well I am not exactly sure if I should be writing these four lines ... But the Kinkou Order need it's twin Kama wielding female ninja back. Should applicants with back story set for Akali arise, then me and Kennen would need to judge on her behalf and as people would know, we am not really allowed to do that, considering it doesn't fall under mine or his jurisdiction. That aside:
The Kinkou Order is looking for applicants who are willing and dedicated to the cause of preserving balance, equilibrium and tranquility. The talents required are numerous other then your standardised ninja assets. People with chasing and hunting abilities, scouts to be exact. Because passing off a brief remark all the time to how the Kinkou get it's information from a random npc gets considerably stale and boring. The scouts deserve their own spotlight and details for how they accomplish their job and also to add further sophistication to the Kinkou Order by allowing a division of people dediciated to the gathering of information, analysis of information and the commitment to chasing, seeking and pursuit.
As for other aspects of the Kinkou, please allow your imagination to flow, there is always some aspects of an organisation that is mislooked and marginalised and the Kinkou as you would know, wouldn't appreciate such unbalance.
