A slight blush rises again on Alexis' cheeks as Caerys loops their arms together, but she doesn't object, while at the same time trying to hold the poise she had been noticed for. It seemed she was comfortable being physical with strangers- a curious position to hold, in Alex's view, but she didn't bother to put paper to her curiosity, especially not in front of the Grand General.

“Missed as much as one can miss good company in a lonely afternoon” “On the other side I don’t think that you missed my company too much seeing that you were taken care by such competent maids” Singed said has he serve himself a huge piece of chocolate cake. “Anyway now that the theme of politics is done for, mind if I ask the present people their honest opinion on Zaun? It is a theme if importance to me since it will get me an Idea of how much we Zaunites will have to work on the “image” that we had until now with the general population of Noxus.”

The Master Tactician quirked an eyebrow. He leaned back in his chair as his guests served themselves dessert, crimson eyes flickering between The Mad Chemist and his courtesan. His lined face remained impassive, shrewd. "The 'general population,' Singed? Perhaps that is a question best suited for your consort."
He curled his fingers before his shroud in contemplation of the red-haired woman. The casual saunter, the way she fraternized with the maids. She did not have the air of a noble. "Are you a citizen, madame?" His eyes flashed. "Tell the good chemist what Noxus thinks of Zaun."
Caerys froze slightly as Swain addressed her directly. Perhaps she was too playful with the maids, coming off as not noble, or perhaps noble youth too lacking in proper decorum.
She put down her fork a moment, composing herself. At least, at the table, she conducted herself a bit more properly. The first question really did quite disarm her. She looked at Singed, worried, because the collar ensured that Caerys could not lie about what she was.
"Yes, I am Noxian, General..." She said, calmly, but the greater surprise was the collar did not detect the lie. Did she act so well as to fool the device's detection systems? Or did she actually speak the truth? She looked at Singed for a moment, worried.
"Well... I have visited Zaun a few times..." For cosmetic purposes, seeing how her beauty could not have been achieved by natural exercise and diet alone- especially her bright dyed hair and sculpted features.
"Well... Zaun, as I observed during these visits, has two facets- the upper city, the beautiful spires where visitors like myself are treated to the power of Zaun's monetary wealth. The people there are an industrious and business minded lot, the places clean and sterile. An idyllic place, but not the entirety of Zaun."
"Then... there is the undercity, as Zaunites would call it. Where those who cannot afford to be in the spires dwell. I am often told stories of violent gangs, death races, black markets, intrigue, opportunity...where the rest of Zaunites live. It is an exotic place, daresay a place of dangerous adventure- I would go but I heard it's quite dirty."
"I suppose Zaun is a place of duality I must say. If these... roving gangs and death racers... were exploited to become Zaun's military, I daresay they could be formidable allies."

The slightest of smirks emerged behind the Grand General's shroud. "How very insightful of you, madame." Glowing eyes alighted upon Singed. "And there you have it. Public opinion varies slightly in some houses, certainly. By and large, my country prefers the old ways, but with proper representation, Zaun could be cast in a very favorable light."
He brooded in silence for a moment, his eyes smoldering over the bounty of the table, his hand brought over his shroud in shrewd contemplation. "Do this for me. Send Warwick as a contractual representative of Zaun. I will give him a task that will ingratiate him in the hearts of the Noxian people." Swain toyed with his knife beside his empty plate. "Likewise, I will contract The Glorious Executioner to inspire the 'undercity,' hm? Popular opinion is a powerful tool." Subtly, the general's blazing gaze flickered towards Darius, perhaps seeking an indication of concurrence.

Girard signed the contract where he was expected to, as he quietly listened to what the others were saying. Of course this would be no small task...But it was one that he was prepared to undertake. As Singed's lady-friend said, the undercity sounded like a good resource for conscription...Simply offer the less-fortunate an opportunity to ascend in wealth and power, and they would likely jump at the chance.
Girard eyed the Chemist's escort as she spoke with the Grand General. He could have sworn he had seen her from somewhere...as to where, he could not remember. She certainly seemed affluent enough, but that could easily be a result of the Chemist's personal wealth. Oh well...Her identity would remain a mystery for now.
Girard decided to make comment on these new developments. "That would definitely help in enlisting the undercity. A recognizable figure such as Draven would, by himself, easily draw a crowd...If given a cause to rally his followers under, then the construction of Zaun's military may even go faster than expected."

“Indeed the public opinion is a powerful tool but can be difficult to use, we will prepare the Vaskervon Coliseum to accommodate the type of show that would dignify the glorious executioner.”
He said giving a quick look to Magnus making sure that he understood that part of the preparative would be his duty.
“I will get you Warwick he might want to continue his business with you, but I warn you he can become “unpredictable” if treated poorly…or approached without caution.” He said giving a small chuckle talking about the bloodhunter’s personal “problem.”

“My brother would certainly jump at the opportunity to expand his fan base and to rally a group for the favor of Noxus. I believe he would do an excellent job with his…” Darius paused for a few seconds as he thought of Draven’s flamboyant taste and talents. His attitude and how outlandish his costumes could get. The embarrassment that came from it sometimes, not that it defaced him but he simply preferred to not be around Draven when he started his acts.
“…Talents.” The words came out. His gaze fell upon Singed after and listened intently. His lips upturned into an amused grin. “The Mad Chemist warning us about his mentor. I believe we’re familiar enough with Warwick and his…condition. Rest assured, there will be no problems.”
