((OOC: We need a tavern so! Here's this. Sum up the rules here, basic rp rules and most importantly, no violence.))
Located within downtown Zaun is a tavern and inn founded by Tekun Valos with a reputation for being far cleaner and safer than the others, a place where any hostilities and violence will not be tolerated. The structure itself is three floors, granted the top two are for housing while the bottom holds a bar and dining area. The doors to the building appear to be open 24/7 save for closing for Runeterran holiday.
The interior of structure is monitored with magical dampening runes which inhibit the full effectiveness of any supernatural abilities and any moderately powerful spells. Those who seek to harm others through magic or physical means knowingly are struck with a highly potent paralysis ward. Baring these safety measures fail, the offender will be removed by force and law enforcement.
Only permitted personal are allowed to carry any sort of armament. All others must disarm by placing their weapons on a monitored rack of weapons. "Weapons go on the weapons rack."
Blacklist (PC Characters barred from entry for IC reasons) None
Permitted Characters to carry armaments Tekun Valos
[DECEMBER 30th, 22 CLE]
It was another rainy day in Zaun, a dreary day in a dreary city. Tekun wondered why he bothered trying to do anything here. He hated the atmosphere but something about it was appealing. He wasn't sure quite what it was but he could likely blame it on the fumes that were common in the street. The warrior entered the main area of the tavern through a door that led to a back room and sighed. Another quiet day. It was a wonder this place stayed in business. He dug behind the counter for a wash cloth and some water and began to give the oak counter top of the bar a good wash.

The walk between his laboratory and The Reserve was nothing eventful; the streets of Zaun were full of three things: the reclusive, the homeless, and the over eager vendors. Being a member of the former, Viktor made no attempt to catch anyone's eyes on his way to the tavern.
Viktor stepped inside the tavern, handing his staff to the Hextech arm and pulling off his cloak. While he draped his cloak over his arms, the mechanical arm would hang his staff in the weapons rack. Viktor passed through the tavern towards the counter where a man stood, washing down the counter.
The Herald approached the man and spoke, his voice carrying with his the humming noise of electronic circuits, "Excuse me. I'm looking for the Widowmaker, and I heard she may have stayed here just a few nights ago. Would you know if she's still staying here?"

"This place doesn't make a habit of serving the shadowy types. I haven't seen her check in. She may have snuck in, but if she did she didn't take a room." Tekun didn't particularly like Viktor. While he sympathized with his losses the fact the man had gone off the deep end and reclused himself for the sake of some sort of "revolution" was a bit much...
"What's your business with the blue skinned one?" Tekun paid him little mind overall. He was still a patron...

((Hmmmm...I wonder.))
The sound of the door opening announced the arrival of Twisted Fate. He pushed the door open with his trademark smile and hat. It had been a long day of traveling, and now he looked for a place where he could settle down..maybe win some gold off a few local patrons. Futhermore, he had a few encounters and they seemed to get along well. Heck even if Graves showed up he knew that he would be fairly safe. Given his own luck and it would land Graves in the locker again. There's an idea. It would certainly keep Graves from annoying him and trying to murder him.
When he entered he caught Evelynn's name, and later Tekun saying he didn't know where she was. The better question was, what did Viktor want with Evelynn? He set his deck of cards among the weapon rack, as well as a dagger that was hidden in his boot's sole. He approached the bar tipping his hat to Tekun, "Pleasure seein' ya' again Tekun, what's all this about Eve?" he incquired. After all he dated her and knew her quite well...until....well that day.

( ooo, a tavern.)
Graves had just arrived in Zaun from Piltover, needing to stay in a new town for awhile. He knew the only place he needed to rest and recuperate was the bar and made his way over to the Tavern he heard about from folks on the road. He already knew about their guards and restrictions, he was not keen on endin' up in jail again and would go out in such a inglorious way...frozen in place by Magic.
He entered the Tavern and set his shotgun in the weapon rack, catching eye of those cards he knew too well. He cursed that he would be so close to that man and can't do a thing less he wants to get hauled off while TF just laughs. He walked up to the bar, keeping an eye on Viktor and Twisted Fate, and sat down as far away from where the Cardmaster was as possible.
" Bartender, names Graves. Biggest whiskey bottle ya' got, goin' to need it to be in this room."
While saying that he eyed Twisted Fate calmly, determined to never again let Twisted Fate have the satisfaction of seeing him angry.
(Now its a party)

And to his surprise two more champions follow in suite. With this rate...Tekun was sure that people would eventually begin to flock if only to see where these renown people were heading.
Fate was someone Tekun knew with. And on occasion gambled with and against. He always lost however and he wondered why he often went ahead and participated when the outcome was so clear.
"No idea Fate. He just asked." His eyes drifted to Graves who sat near the end. Trouble wouldn't start here. Champion or not. They'd be on their ass sooner than they could have expected. He removed a 40 oz bottle of a Zaunite brand of Whiskey and slid it down towards graves, with a shot glass.
"I'd be an idiot to not know who you are Mr.Graves."

Graves chuckled and took a few swigs straight from the bottle.
" Thanks Tekun, this will be Jus' fine."
He took the glass and bottle and moved to the tables away from the bar, staying far away from twisted fate and taking swigs from his whiskey. He watched for others entering and listened to the nearby bar banter if they were talking loud enough.

Twisted Fate heard the door open and he looked over to his shoulder. After that brief glance he turned back to Tekun and focused on his face. The Cardmaster's goal was to use Tekun's face as an idea of what Graves was doing. Seeing no look of surprise or worry cross Tekun's face as he reached for a wine glass, Twisted Fate knew he was safe. Darn shame Graves didn't react and get himself tossed in the locker. Twisted Fate choose to ignore Graves. He thought of the Outlaw more as a dangerous pest. A creature that threatened him...and annoyed him at the same time.
Normally he would have taunted Graves a bit, but given Tekun...he had no doubt the authorities would arrest him as well as Graves. So instead he simply waited for Viktor to explain why he was looking for Eve.
"So. Three champions walk into a bar. One is half made of metal. The other two hate each other and won't acknowledge one anothers presence save for simple glances. Do any of you three know how this joke ends?" Tekun inquired with the slightest of laughs as he glanced at Twisted Fate. "Honestly, I'm curious. Three Champions at once...that's a record."
Post by The Cardmaster on Jan 1, 2013 16:07:28 GMT -5
"Badly." Twisted Fate commented, glancing over at Graves. "Well atleast fer' two it depends on what reason Viktor wants mah ex-girlfriend. Then it could escalate ta' three." He merely shrugged at Tekun's comment of how it was a record, "Thank Destiny, it was just fate that the three of us decided ta' stop by here one after another. Ah reckon' ya' might get a little bit more trouble round' here too. After all angry individuals after me or Graves ain't gonna stay quite...chances are they will barge in angier than a mule. Either that or the authorties will snoop round' here askin' questions."
((First of all; *Squeal of happyness at Tekun Valos, Immortal Soldier's signature.* I love beserk <3))
A strange mechanical floating ball would enter the Tavern, a stalk like construct emerges from within and looks to peer about before making some odd clicking and whirring sounds. Orianna enters and stands still surveying the area. She clicks her head to the side, imitated curiousity. Reaching back she turns the key before moving to the bar and seating herself.

((ooo sounds like fun i wanna join FORGIVE ME FIORA))
Fiora walks inside quickly surveying the situation and giving a quick scoff, she leaves her rapier by the stand and quickly takes a seat at a nearby table rather then with the other champions. Her eyes seem to study the Clockwork girl for a few minutes before turning her attention back to bar.
"How amusing zat ze two mortal enemies would sit in such close perimeters and not fight each other like dogs..." She thought to herself, smiling.

Singed had heard that a new business had opened on Zaun, and wanted to know what is was about.
As he entered the tavern he left his shield and one package on the weapon rack and then directed to the bartender. "One bottle of the best you have." Then he dedicated to observe the people on the place.
Orianna would sit completely straight, yet her head would twitch as it turned to look at Fiora. "Orianna was facinated by champions. Hello Fiora." It would seem that while apparently speaking about herself in third person, she was actually speaking about the Orianna that had died. The ball would hum a little as she continued to stare at Fiora.

One champion, two champions, three champions, four champions, five champions...and. Singed. Tekun's eyebrow noticeably twitched when he walked in and towards him. Having been a veteran of the Ionian War, Tekun had seen (And experienced first hand) the devastation caused by his chemicals. Additionally, Singed stood against his personal efforts to see the city of Zaun cleaned up.
"..." Tekun gave Singed a knowing look. One that indicated that he was not welcome here, but for the sake of businesses he would be tolerated. Tekun reached beneath the bar and dug and removed a small 12oz bottle of a bottle labeled, "Nashor's Tooth".
It was a liquor as golden as the sun, the strongest and best liquor The Reserve sold. It was also a personal favorite of Tekun's. On top of that, Nashor's was unique and only sold in one other area that Tekun knew of. In fact, he had to have it imported to The Reserve and only managed it through his ties to the Preservers.
"...I hope you didn't plan on remembering the week."
The Liquor had a sweet taste initially but then burned like the fires of hell themselves on the way down the throat and to the stomach. A warmth filled before the liquor kicked in. It was strong, even someone as chemically altered and changed like Singed may have trouble walking after. It even had noticeable effect on Tekun after a shot or two.
