A hotel tycoon seeking a monopoly of the real estate in the area is furious with Titus' reasonably low prices at his bed and breakfast. He hires a demolition crew equipped with 2 bulldozers, several boxes of dynamite and a crane with a wrecking ball to tear down the bed and breakfast. Amazingly the hill is unscathed. He and the wrecking crew admire their work laughing atop the hill planning on what to do with it.
