Noxian Operations: The Assassin Scouting (Invite)

Aurus' anger began to boil when he noticed her reaction and comment pf his eyes. Aurus was was surprised by her reaction. She was afraid of him, he could see it in her eyes. He saw his reflection in the window in front of him. He saw his cold, rage filled eyes. And it scared him.

Aurus' mind was in confusion. His rage against the people who wronged him mixed with the fear of what he was doing to Wolf.

Do I frighten her that much? How far has this rage consumed me?

He didn't want to harm her. He if did, he would be no better than the Noxians that hurt him. But she was definitely working for Noxus, her lack of answer told him that much.

He took a deep breath and clamed himself, trying to remove the anger from his voice.

"I won't harm you, but if you do work for Zaun, I can not let you leave here either." He would try to contain her here until he could think of what to do with her. The elders of Ionia would want to know that Zaun was spying on them

He didn't expect her to change moods so quick, or to shoot poison at him. He barely got his arm up in time to block most of it, but some did hit him. He yelled in pain as his eyes stung from the liquid. It took him a few seconds to whip the liquid off him and clear his vision.

By the time he could see again, the window was broken and Wolf was gone, leaving her supplies behind.

Aurus inwardly cursed. He should of expected tricks from her. He ran to the window and saw her disappear into the woods. She had a head start on him, but he could follow her and he knew these woods much better than she did.

He leapt out the window after her, chasing her into the woods. She would not escape him.

Aurus raced after Wolf, running through the woods with speed and precision. He spent years training in these woods and knew how to best traverse them. He could hear her running through the woods, rushing through bushes and tree leaves. The chase was suddenly halted by a crash as she tripped and fell in front of him.

She cried out in pain at falling. Her ankle had twisted in the fall, most likely the source of her pain. She wasn't going to be walking on it for awhile. That ended her escape. Know he had to get her back to the monastery.

He approached her to pick her up, but remembered her tail and its nasty surprise.

"I can take yo back to help heal your self, but I need you to promise not to try and attack me. Both you and your tail"

He wasn't gonna leave her out here, but she could make it difficult for him.

Aurus looked down at Wolf in pity. She certainly didn't invoke the typical vision of a Zaun assasssin, which he found to be odd. Maybe she was more Ionian than he thought.

"I'm doing this because the last time Zaun came to Ionia, they brought death and destruction. They killed our people, ruined and lands and held our families hostage. I will not let that happen again. I won't let you try destroy us again.

After he heard her consent, he gently picked her up, being careful to mind her injured leg. He then made his way back to the temple, taking it slow so she wouldn't be discomforted.

He brought her to his room. It was larger then the first one, almost doubled in size. The bed was also bigger and definitely much more comfortable. It was more well light, with more windows and a small fire pit in the centre of the room..

He gently placed her on his bed. He then say at the end of the bed and began to focus. He had learned many martial arts in his life and the sword gave him even more, the sum total of several life times of training. One of the many forms he learned was an Ionian form that used pressure points. He carefully began to poke the pressure points in Wolf's ankle that corresponded to pain. She would slowly feel the pain begin to leave and be replaced with a sense of relief.

"Does that feel better?"

Aurus started to get a huge sinking feeling at Wolf's words. Had he jumped to the conclusion that she was from Zaun because of her implants? But she had reacted so extremely when he questioned her he was sure she was spying on them.

Now he felt guilty. He had harassed and chased her, and she got hurt because of him.

"I...apologize then for my behaviour. I assumed that you were here with the intent to harm us. "

She wasn't going to heal for awhile, unless her augments healed her faster. He continued to massage her ankle. The pain would have all but vanished by now.

"You can stay here until you are healed. I will stay somewhere else. I will get you some food. What would you like?

"Of course." he replied and left to fetch some tea. He also brought her gear and out it in his room.

It would take a bit for the team to be amde, as he had to light a fire to heat the water. He would come back in 29 minutes later with a pot of tea and two cups.

He sat on the opposite side if his bed and out the tea on a tray between them. He poured and handed her a cup of it, then poured his own. The tea was made of a fresh Ionian blend of herbs, accented with some berries.

"I believe we got off on the wrong foot and I would like to fix that." he said after taking a sip from his cup. "Tell me about yourself Wolf."

His question was polite and calm, he gave no hint of the anger he displayed before.

"I'm assuming this person was from Zaun." he said out loud, confirming his thoughts.

"So what brought you south? I imagine it must be important if you traveled all the way from the north
