It was a rather dull day for the gate guards of Bandle City with seemingly no one entering or exiting the city. Two guards are currently standing in front, lazily twirling their pikes in boredom.
Guard 1: ...how long until our shift is over? Guard 2: huh? Oh uhhh...
Guard 2 looks down at his shadow
Guard 2: I say about....three more hours. Guard 1: *sigh* is there honestly no one around to have a conversation with? Guard 2: Well...you can always talk to me- Guard 1: wait WAIT!! I think i see someone coming!
The first guard waddles forward and happily yells out towards the mystery person.
Guard 1: WELCOME TO BANDLE CITY STRANGER!!! PLEASE STATE YOUR- Guard 2: wait...That hat...
the figure steadily walks closer wearing a very distinct magicians hat and a very wide smile.
Guard 2: oh dear Gods....
Guard 1 points his spear at the stranger. Suddenly looking very nervous.
Guard 1: D-dont move! dont c-come any closer, Sorceress!
The figure reveals herself to be Lulu, innocently smiling at the two scared Guards.
OH dont be LIKE THAT!!! tell me, can YOU REALLY do anything to me OUTSIDE the City?
Guard 2: um, well...not really...
WELL thats FINE THEN!! i'm just GONNA stand AND do my BUSINESS out HERE!!
Guard 1: What are you planning to do?
Lulu simply smiles as she pulls out a small wooden mushroom which she placed in the middle of the road in front of the gate. The sorceress points her wand at it and bellows out a spell
TRAMENDO!!!
The small wooden mushroom suddenly sprang into the size of a small house, in fact it actually looked like a small house, complete with windows, doors, and a large sign that reads:
Lulu's Wonder and Curiosity Emporium The home of all unusual items. This also means that all normal items should be bought somewhere else.
The two guards simply stare dumbfounded by the sudden appearance of the mushroom house while the sorceress looks quite pleased with herself.
WELP!! thats done. IF you TWO or ANYONE ELSE mess with MY HOUSE then I'LL turn You into a CUPCAKE and sell You...or maybe EAT you! teeheehee.
Lulu skips up to the front door and yells towards the city with a magically amplified voice.

Teemo was on his return trip to Bandle when he notices that something was definitely... amiss with the situation outside the gate. He approaches the strange new building and immediately slams a hand to his forehead upon seeing the sign. Of course.
Lulu.
The scout marches up to the front door and peeks inside, obvious irritation plastered all over his face.
"Lulu... I know you're in here. Can I ask what this is all about...?"

Lulu happily skips up to Teemo and drags him around the mushroom house, which was somehow much larger on the inside then it seemed from the outside.
TODAY we have ALL SORTS of stuff!! like a MAGIC sword, a SLINGSHOT that can SHOOT homing pellets, a MAGIC rock, Some MAGIC sand, a seemingly NORMAL rock, the PHILOSOPHER stone, AND the SKULL of the ORIGINAL scout of BANDLE City!!! what ARE your interests MISTER-
Lulu finally looks at the yordle she was dragging around and notices that it was Teemo. The Sorceress's happy demeanor suddenly turns into a frown
Oh....well IF IT isnt the Robot...
Lulu lets go of Teemo

Teemo was more than a little surprised when he's roughly dragged about the strange building. his surprise only grows more when he hears and sees of several items listed by Lulu, and is left with his mouth left slightly agape when she stops. After a second or two he shakes himself back to reality and gives her a stern look of concern.
"Why am I here? Because you grew this shop right outside the city gates, that's why! What in Valoran made you want to do something like this?"

Teemo sighs and puts the heel of one hand up to his brow as he shakes his head.
"Technically you're not even allowed back in the Yordle Lands, but it doesn't seem like anyone's been interested in enforcing that rule. Honestly, to me, they could have done a bit more digging before simply giving you the boot, but rules are rules I guess. Anyway, I don't mind the fact that you've set up shop. It's just... did you have to build this right on Bandle's doorstep? Even a little ways down the bend would have been better than just outside the gate."

Lulu smiles slightly as Teemo answers and asks his question
well I'M sorry, but THE SHOP is already HERE. and I CANT really move IT AFTER I planted the MUSHROOM. Mushrooms have ROOTS you know!!
Lulu walks behind the counter

Teemo snaps back, frustratingly pointing a finger at the sorceress.
"Hey! I know very well that mushrooms are rooted deep into the ground. However, you're the one that put it here and you used your magic to do it. It can't be that difficult to pick everything up and move down the road a ways. You'll have more space to yourself, and won't have to worry about the guards looking over your shoulder every ten seconds. I'll even help you move anything that can't with magic alone, if need be."
He shakes his head and folds his arms defiantly, putting his foot down on this one.
"Besides, I doubt there's anything you have here that I'd be interested in."

well SORRY, but noooo CAN DOOOOO!! Magic has ITS limits and WHAT not where SEVERAL rules are IN PLACE to PREVENT me from DOING what i WANT aaall the TIME.
This of course a lie, but Lulu hopes that Teemo's lack of magical skill makes him equally ignorant in its processes.
and FURTHERMORE, the MUSHROOM doesnt WANT TO leave this SPOT. He likes IT here. ISN'T that right, Mr. Mushroom?

A happy little yordle girl skips out of the gates of Bandle City, looking around happily. Spotting the large mushroom, her looks turns excited as she hops inside the mushroom and looks around. She doesn't seem to even notice anyone else is there and keeps looking through the merchandise on the shelves, giggling constantly.
"Oooh... tihihiih. What all thiiiis stuuuuuff? Teeheee. This looks like a fuuuun plaaace."

Teemo folds his arms and grumbles to himself. He wasn't really buying it, but he also wanted to play it careful and not get on Lulu's bad side. After all, he wanted to keep everyone happy here, right? With a sigh, he pulls out a needle and syringe with some kind of clear liquid in it.
"Lulu, whether what you say is true or not, I'm going to either have to ask you to move the store or shut it down. It's for your own benefit, really. And..." he gives a great sigh before this next comment, "...I guess I'll buy something if you do. Just don't make me use this syringe, here."
He walks up to the nearest wall and squirts out just a drop of the liquid onto the mushroom's wall, where the small area touched festers and shrivels up.

Teemo drips a single drop of acid on the walls of the mushroom. Suddenly a monstrous roar can be heard from the store as a giant hand seems to grow out of the wall and grabs the tiny scout. The hand then goes outside the mushroom and smartly drops Teemo outside and shuts the door.
I told YA!! Mr. MUSHROOM can get GROUCHY when he's MAD!!
Lulu turns her attention to the little yordle inside her store

Teemo yelps for a second as the wall seems to grab him, then phase him through itself and out the other end. He lands with a painful thud on his rear end, but quickly gets up and rushes around to the now shut front door. After growling for a second he bangs on the door and yells for the sorceress to hear.
"Lulu! Move your store just a few trees down, or even to the side of the road for gods' sake, otherwise I'll be forced to break it down!"

Lulu doesn't say a word but rather waddles to a nearby window and blankly stares at Teemo. She doesn't blink, but she made sure that Teemo can see her and her gaze

Teemo grumbles quietly for a moment before letting the emotion drain from his expression. Then he notices Lulu in the window and stares back. He simply stands there, not making a single move or a tiny peep of noise, and waits for Lulu to move her shop.
