By sheer coincidence, the CMO himself was walking in through the front doors, returning from his lunch break, when he hears his name mentioned. Turning his head, he looks over and recognized the Swift Scout as the one who asked for his name, appearing to have had a bit of trouble getting noticed by the receptionist.
Walking over, he looked down onto him. "Why, he is indeed present, Sir... he is right here. Is there something you would need of me?" He then asked, awaiting a response.

Teemo's ear flicks at the sound of Jon's voice, and he turns to the CMO with a salute.
"Captain Teemo, sir. I came with a letter for you from admiral Titus Flavius. Would it be safe to assume you two have met before?"
While he waits for Jon to answer, the scout reaches into his backpack and pulls out the letter Titus had given him, holding it out to the much taller man.

Jon returned the salute with his own; a bit surprising to himself, but it was instinctive nature at this point.
"I have, indeed, met him before," he replied, raising an eyebrow at the letter that was meant for him. Getting down and taking the letter with a nod, he looked at it before looking back at the Swift Scout again.
"So, pardon me for asking, but today's a rather heavy work day for me; have any idea just what this letter might contain?" Jon then asked Teemo.
"There's only one thing that I know for sure is true: 'Truth is relative.'" -Jon
"What side you're on isn't of concern to me. What is of concern is that you're hurt, and I need to treat you for it." -Jon
"Contrary to what some believe, violence does not solve everything. In fact, it solves nothing." -Jon

The scout scratches his chin in thought for a moment, not able to recall Titus having mentioned any components of the letter.
"I'm afraid Titus neglected to mention anything about what he wrote. He said something about it being very important for the relations of our city-states and military, and mentioned you being in charge of a portion of the Piltovian government."

Jon nodded in response, a bit surprised a letter would come at this time of the year from Bandle City; but since he wasn't always knowing of what was going on, he simply cast that thought aside for the moment.
"Ok... would it be too much if I had a look at the contents now?" he tasked Teemo, opening the envelope and holding whatever was inside in his right hand.

Teemo smiles and shakes his head to Jon.
"That won't be a problem at all. Actually, I've got to get going soon. Someone's expecting me today, and I don't want to be late. Considering Titus never mentioned a return letter, I'd assume that if you need to reply, he'll be willing to wait for it to be mailed. The postal services would probably get it back to him sooner than I would, anyway."
He hops down from the counter with a grunt, adjusting his backpack a little before looking back up at the CMO in case there was more he wished to say.
