Once Teemo broke into a sprint, Almyra was only able to maintain the same distance. She may not be gaining for now, but the Swift Scout couldn't sprint forever could he? For his sake, he will likely need to reach his destination soon.
Meanwhile on he Super Secret and hidden territory of Veigar
Without noticing anything uncommon, Veigar speaks with himself, admiring his new EVIL base, a big and impressive skyscraper in the middle of the Sablestone Mountains ... How or why he build something like that in that place?... no idea.

Teemo could only keep up his sprinting for about eight minutes, but that would be more than enough time to get where he was going. If she hadn't noticed it already, the woman may see Veigar's large building in the distance, and they were closing in on its location.

Almyra spotted the building Teemo was approaching, she sped up, beginning to gain ever so slightly on him. She thought he was heading there for shelter, and could not allow him to find safe haven from her wrath. But was it really the best idea to bring something this violent to Veigar? If he could control her, he could do some serious damage to Bandle City.

Looking back again, it was clear the woman was starting to gain again. He's forced to throw down some mushrooms along the path that would hopefully slow her down, considering how big her feet are. Just another minute or three and he'd make it to the building...

Veigar was looking the giant building when he hears a noise... like a tremor, coming from behind, he turns back to see what is the cause of that sound... and he see it... something terrible, something that may cause thousands of nightmares in the minds of the people around Valoran, an horrible creature called: Teemo.
It was weird, why the scout was running towards him... while throwing mushrooms along his path? Without thinking about that, Veigar conjures an "Event Horizon" in order to stun the stupid yordle.

The event horizon stopped him in his tracks. He can't even turn around to check on the woman, who was certainly gaining on him now. The few seconds he'd be stuck in place would probably be enough for her to catch up now if the mushrooms hadn't affected her.
