Abilities:
Although no longer a front-line soldier, Jagen is still a competent fighter, even in old age. He is capable of effectively wielding the 8-9 foot Rakkor spear called the dory, and using the footlong Rakkor shortsword called the xiphos with equal skill. Having passed the Rite of Kor, he possesses a relic spear, which can harm ethreal and magical creatures and a relic shield that does not take damage from anything but another relic weapon. He possesses a relic helmet that gives him the eyes of an eagle. However, when put in command of an army does he become truly lethal. He is an experienced and skilled tactician and has yet to lose a battle, for Rakkor tradition dictates that he should die fighting alongside his men. On the battlefield, he has a bodyguard of 10 experienced soldiers by his side, all of which he picked himself.

A tall, stout man. It is quite evident that he was excellent physical shape when he was younger. Although he is not as well built as he was in his youth, he is still in great shape for his age. He has a short mass of grey hair, and remains clean shaven at all times. He is almost always seen with his helmet on (identical to one pictured above, save for alternating red and gold plumes), and shrouded in a crimson red cape, with a traditional Rakkor curiass of bronze underneath. He is a man of dominant personality, merely being in his presence makes one feel subordinate. He sticks closely to Rakkor ideals and traditions.
Biography:
Jagen was born into a time of war. Back, before the league, when the city-states of Valoran were at war with one another. He was an exemplary Rakkor, even from an early age. He did not need to be taught the values of the Rakkor, they were already hardwired into his brain from birth. Few worked as hard as he did, fought as fiercely as he did, and were as dedicated as he was. It came as no big surprise when Jagen passed his Rite of Kor, and inherited the relic weapons he holds to this day. He quickly distinguished himself on the battlefield, volunteering for front line duty and fighting so fiercely he served as an inspiration to every man he fought alongside. His renown as a warrior earned him a position among the higher ranked of the Rakkor, where he also proved himself a natural leader. When the ruler of the Rakkor passed, the Rakkor council convened, and chose him as their new king. Since then, he has retired from front line duty, and has taken up the role of a more conventional commander, although he always willing to fight if needed to.
