Not so far of Bandle City, near the Sablestone Mountains, lies the secret base of Veigar. A place full of unimaginable EVIL experiments for mere mortals and the most ebil things are created.
Viewed from the outside, looks like a simple observatory ... With a giant neon sign with the words:
[glow=blue,2,300]"Veigar's Secret Lair"[/glow]
On the metallic door of entrance lays a sign that says:
((That doesn't mean that you can not try enter if you are an STUPID scout, after all this is Open for everyone.))
However, if someone DARES to enter in the residence of Veigar, the first thing you will find is a desk with a few chairs, so, feel free to take a sit on the electric normal chair and wait for a painful death.
By the way: The surroundings of the place are constantly watched by eagles trained by Veigar. This is Rigel, the Great Eagle of Veigar

This place is outside of the limits of the "Yordlelands", so if Veigar break some rules, Bandle cant do anything about it.))

A soft happy giggle can be heard far away from the Observatory as a certain yordle skips up to the base
One of the eagles notices the "happy yordle" who was going to the secret lair of Veigar. The bird approaches to the yordle with caution to see if the "Butterfly" (Pix) was near.
Meanwhile at the "Veigar's Secret Lair", the tiny Master of Evil was sleeping after working the most of the night on evil experiments.

Veigar awakes, annoyed by the noise that Lulu was making outside of his lair... Lulu, why the hell she is there?
He was tired, bored and he hates the fae sorceress and his butterfly... however, he has nothing else to do, and if he refuses to open the door, Lulu will find a way to enter anyways. He grumbles and decides to down the stairs.
Then, walks towards the entrance and opens the door of his lair, as he thought, Lulu was there. He stares the witch, annoyed with her presence.

Veigar cast his "Event Horizon" in order to block the path of the purple yordle and Pix. "I said that your WEIRD PETS are NOT allowed to enter, that means that the butterfly must stay OUTSIDE"

Lulu sighs and gives Veigar a slightly annoyed look
but HE IS gone, LOOK!
The sorceress takes off her hat and show Veigar the inside. The inside of the hat is much bigger then what appears on the outside and currently empty. In fact, the space inside almost like an empty void large enough for a yordle to crawl into if he/she so desires.
its a PORTAL!! Pix is currently in THE glade right now.
Lulu plops her hat on top of her head.

Veigar examines the hat of Lulu, she was saying the truth and it explain a few things... However, he didn't liked the idea of having a glade portal inside his lair, but Veigar didn't said anything related with that.
He wasn't angry until Lulu mentions the "snacks", he remembered the last time that the annoying girl entered to his lair and ate the evil cupcakes
"I DON'T HAVE ANY SNACKS FOR YOU!! The last time that you came, the only thing that you did was EAT."

The master of evil looks at the sorceress with his glowing eyes, he was clearly pissed by the "compliment"
"How the HELL you can know THAT?!... I cover ALL my facial EXPRESSIONS on the FIELDS... I AM EVIL, I DON'T HAVE NICE THINGS!!"
Then, Veigar stays in silence thinking about the "offer" of the witch, after a few seconds of thinking, he smiles (ironically) under the darkness of his hat and says
"... Well, free food and hunt is OK for me, I guess we can "Play" for a bit"

Veigar stop smiling, its annoying that the sorceress can see (a bit) through the darkness that cover his face. He looks quickly at the picture before explain.
"What? that? it's an EVIL GRIN, not an "smile"... is different, my "Evil Grin" is a gesture that i can do at will with my magic to intimidate my opponents AND is supposed to SCARE my enemies"
He looks sideways at the drawing again, it looked scarier than his face... maybe due the extra teeth.
