Tattered wing membrane swayed slightly in the wind. Aatrox creeped along the tops of buildings, refusing to draw attention by flying. Using short silent jumps to move from rooftop to rooftop. It was now dark out, and Aatrox was nothing but a shadow in the night. His glowing crimson eyes the only thing truly giving him away in the darkness. His sword strapped to his back he had no need for it right now. A huge gauntlet dug into the rooftops, occasionally causing debris to fall.
Chemicals, the humans had become very adept at waging their brutal wars. Now Aatrox found himself in need of some chemicals, some that weren't even that harmful in this case. He knew who made the finest of these chemicals, Singed, and so it was time to obtain some. Finally floating down to the streets in an almost elegant manner, Aatrox slowly made his way to the lab.
Aatrox avoided all light as he approached the front of the building. He hid near the door, waiting for some late worker to leave. He needed a way in, a discreet way preferably. The reasoning behind this was a simple ingredient in the concoction of war. Although war was a bloody and brutal thing, to be started it always required a hint of subtlety. The glow from his eyes and sword illuminated the darkness slightly, ruining some of his stealth much to his irritation. 'Come now pigs, open your door or I'll blow the house down.' he thought to himself.

It had been a hard work day for Steve he had been working until late cleaning the floors in the complex he opened the door to get out of the laboratories not knowing anything of what was about to come.
Leaving his hiding place Aatrox put his gauntleted hand over the man's head, enveloping him in it, "Do not scream, human or I will kill you." He threatened, "You're going to take me to where you store your chemicals, and then you're going to get me a potion strong enough to incapacitate I massive animal. You are also going to get me several chemicals capable of explosive results. Understood?" With these words Aatrox released the man's head from his grip but stood behind him ready to strike should he try anything.

Steve let out a gasp as he saw the horrific vision of a humungous demonic looking warrior his red eyes and bat like wings make him look like a creature out of some short of purgatory or hell. As the eldritch creature spoke and made his orders clear he nodded once before opening the door again letting the obscure warrior enter the nightmarish laboratory. Machinery working in a monotonous rhythm letting out ghastly fumes that took nightmarish shapes as they were lost in the shadows. The place was dark and only the sounds of the machinery accompanied the men and the warrior as they traversed the halls of industrial laboratory. It wasn’t too long until they got to the place where many chemicals were stored “in that bottle are the are the sleeping drug you will need and in that black container are some explosives now please let me go I won’t tell anybody.” He begged.
Aatrox smiled as the man informed him of the locations of the chemicals, "Stay." He commanded the human. His wings flowed behind him as he gathered up a single vial of the sleeping agent and a few bottles of the explosive liquid. He placed them all on a crate and dug around for an empty bottle for a few moments. When he found it he wrapped his empty hand around the neck. Sword on his back he was free to manipulate with his left hand.
The clear bottle was light and Aatrox made a few small experimental swings with it before smashing it over the counter. Shards of glass flew and a now shattered bottle rested in Aatrox's hand. With immense speed Aatrox was in front of the worker, shattered bottle held tight. His gauntleted hand wrapped around the human's shoulder, a tight inescapable grip, "Unfortunately for you, I was never here. A human was here, hell bent of destruction, not a Darkin. They will find no proof of my presence but there will be marks." Aatrox explained to the man. A blur of movement was all there was before the broken bottle was buried in the mans throat, blood flowed out at incredible speeds. Aatrox looked into the man's eyes and spoke to him the last words he would ever hear, "I'm sorry that your death is cruel, but you are a necessary death and humans do not kill clean." Aatrox yanked the bottle out and let it drop to the floor, he then released his grip on the man.
Gathering up the bottles he slowly walked to the exit of the storage room before stopping, "All war is deception." With those words he tossed an explosive flask behind him into the rest of the chemicals. He marched out of the room before the flask even touched the ground. As he made his way to the exit he threw the rest of the flasks around the lab haphazardly. A devilish grin spread across his face as he finally left the building.
Aatrox did not look back at his handy work, instead a force rushed up beneath him and he flew straight into the night sky. He was above the cloud cover in a matter of seconds. Next stop, Freljord.

Soon after the explosions occurred the defense systems of the laboratory kicked in and with great speed depleted all the oxygen in the area in order to put down any fire and prevent further damage. As the sound of the humungous industrial machinery faded to the darkness as the chemical instruments shot down to prevent further damage or danger some other sounds replaced them, mechanical in nature but les monotonous, the sounds of servomotors moving more sophisticated gadgets that existed for sole the purpose of recording the ins and outs of workers, and any other event’s that happened when Singed or any other high standing employee wasn’t in the installations. Had the Darkin not underestimated the craftiness of humans, that constantly improved by destroying one another in competition for dominance. It would have been passed as a labor accident or a case of sabotage, but because of this one mistake more people than planned would know of the existence of yet another player in the grand scheme of things.
