The Ionian countryside was rather quiet as the golden sun finally faded away into the horizon. The only sounds that could be heard were the faint sounds of rustling in the dense thicket of the forest. They were most likely forest creatures, either just settling down in their homes for a well deserved rest, or just getting up to begin their nightly scavenging runs.
However, this was far from the truth. These rustling sounds were not made by small critters, but by a champion of the League. Shaco, to be exact. The Jester slunk through the forest, making those small, yet audible, rustling sounds, as he snuck his way towards the isolated hut.
At last, Shaco began to see a clearing of the brush. He breathed a silent sigh of relief, and peeked through the tree line. There it was. The hut where the Starchild resided. Shaco took a moment to collect himself, then slowly let out his shivs from their compartments.
This would be a night that Soraka would never forget.

It was a comfortable spring night in Ionia. Because of the nice weather, Soraka left her window open. A slight, warm breeze drifted into the hut. She is sitting on her armchair reading a novel with Orion, her orange tabby, curled up on her lap. She was content with her life even though she was still disconnected from her precious stars. The Starchild was able to help many people through her healing and her presence in the League.
Still unaware of her soon-to-be intruder, she stands and begins to boil some water for tea. Orion however, feels that something is not right and begins to hiss while arching his back. His puffs out his fur in anger. She turns to her cat in confusion.
"Orion, calm down."
She walks to him so she can pick him up and comfort him, but he reacts by running under the bed and hiding. At that moment her kettle begins to steam over. She sighs and goes to attend to the now boiling water.

Shaco heard a very fierce cat hiss from the interior of the hut as he slid out his shivs. He froze, an expression of alarm on his face. After a few seconds, he relaxed again, as nobody exited the hut to check outside.
The next thing the jester heard was the distinct sound of a kettle. Saco used this to mask the sound of him moving stealthily around the hut. He noticed an open window, and he grinned. Perfect. Shaco first hopped up to the window to view the inside of the hut.

Soraka didn't think to look behind her as her attacker neared. She felt safe in Ionia. The people were kind to her and never threatened her. Surely she didn't have to watch her back in such a peaceful place. She shrugged of the cat's sudden outburst as the mood swings that plight those who grow up from infancy.
She began to pour the boiling water into a ceramic mug. Once it was filled to her liking, she walked over to her pantry and began to rummage through her various flavors of tea. She hummed to herself as she grabbed armfuls of items from her pantry.

When Soraka turned towards the pantry, Shaco vaulted up and grabbed the open windowsill, grunting softly as he heaved himself up towards the opening. Finally, he managed to sleeve the rest of his form inside the hut.
The Demon Jester reacted quickly, dashing up to Soraka and pressing a shiv up against her throat. "Now, now...there's no need to struggle." Shaco grinned, allowing himself in the view of The Starchild. "If you do as I say, you won't get hurt..." Shaco reassured, then silently muttered to himself, "Not for now, at least..."

Soraka let out a light squeal when a blade was suddenly put up to her throat and she dropped everything she was holding. She was confused that Shaco was here and using force against her.
"Shaco, what are you doing here? If you are hurt and need healing all you need to do is ask for my help."
The Starchild stayed in place and did not try to fight the jester. She told herself to stay calm and not panic.

"Oh, no...I don't require your services...I am looking for one of your goods." Shaco chuckled softly to himself, but remained focused on coming off as intimidating as possible to Soraka.
Shaco scanned the room, noticing nobody else but a small cat. He dismissed the creature as unimportant, and continued. "Now then...there is a certain someone who I will not name that requests your presence. If I told your this person's name, you would most likely not cooperate, which is why I am using force."
"Just follow my instructions, and in a few days time, you will be back here as if nothing ever happened! See? That's not complicated at all! Ohohohohohoho!"

Soraka was confused when Shaco said goods, she did not sell anything. If any items were given they were for free. A chill ran down her spine as she heard Shaco softly chuckle to himself. She felt the blade bounce gently on her skin and it cut it ever so slightly. The runes on her ring flashed dimly, if you weren't looking for it you would not notice. A slight cut would appear on Markus' throat that mirrored hers due to the link they shared. He would feel her fear and her confusion as well.
"Requests my presence? The people here need me. Every day I am presented with cases of the sick and injured. If I left for even one day someone who needs my help may die."
She began to panic as she imagined a diseased child withering away and dieing because she was not there to help it. She could not let Shaco take her away from her home. Orion, who sensed his owner's fear crawled out from his hiding spot and began to hiss at Shaco.
"No Shaco I can't go with you. Your certain someone will have to meet me here. Please let me go and retrieve your sender."

"Dooh...what a shame. I guess we'll have to take you by force, hmm?" With that, Shaco grabbed the kettle, now empty of water, and whacked Soraka over the head, attempting to knock her unconscious.

Soraka, being someone who rarely fights, was taken by surprise when Shaco suddenly lashed out at her. Her head exploded with pain as the empty, but still hot, kettle struck her. Hot blood began to rush out where the kettle split her scalp.
The force of the blow knocked The Starchild to the ground. She tried to bring herself to stand while her vision began to darken and go out of focus. She staggered for a few seconds while on her hands and knees, only to succumb to the darkness. She fell, not to wake for quite some time.
Orion gave a panicked yowl and ran to aid his caregiver. He leaped at Shaco and sank his fangs and claws into one of his calves.

Shaco smirked as the thump of Soraka's body echoed through the small hut. He was about to pick her up and carry her back to the boat when a sharp pain shot up his leg. "Dooh! What now?" Shaco noticed the cat that Soraka owned was biting into his leg.
"Ack! Stupid creature!" Shaco grabbed the cat suddenly, and threw him across the kitchen. The Jester winced as a small wound opened up where the cat had sunk its fangs into. "A minor inconvenience at best..." Shaco muttered to himself.
Shaco planted a jack in the box just to make sure that the cat wouldn't try to come closer again, then he slung the unconscious body of Soraka over his shoulders. Shaco strolled out of the hut, a slight limp in his step, and a tiny trail of blood following behind him.

Once Orion landed he tried to run at Shaco again. He was stopped though by the jack in the box and it scared him off. He returned to hiding under the bed, scared for his life.
Soraka's body was completely limp as Shaco slung her over his shoulder. Her head wound was still bleeding profusely and it soaked her clothes. The wound wasn't serious, but she would be weak and light headed for a while after she woke.
