A bit overdue, but here it is!
Image:
Name: Gillam Dunwall
Alias: The Time-Lost Knight
Class: Knight
Race: Human
Age: 30
Occupation: Head of the Dunwall House/Soldier in the Demacian Military
Residence: Dunwall Estate
Alignment: Neutral Good
Abilities:
Passive: Isabel's Pendant (Innate)
When Gillam's health reaches below 20%, he gains bonus armor and magic resistance, and gains Tenacity for 10 seconds. In addition, any magic damage he takes gives him health regen.
Cooldown: The pendant's energies need to be recharged by magic particles around Gillam. This process can take from about one hour to one week, depending on Gillam's exposure to magic. So, in short, for any magical spell cast around Gillam, the cooldown of the pendant is lowered.
Q: Buckler Overhead (Active) ((Still trying to figure out a clever name for this...))
Gillam's next auto attack uses the force of his buckler to deal damage to his target. Gillam can cast Buckler Overhead again on the same target. During the second cast, the auto attack stuns the target briefly as well. If Gillam is in Phalanx mode, this ability deals double damage, and the stun lasts longer. He can recast the ability again for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: If Gillam uses this ability twice, the cooldown is about 10 seconds. If he uses it only once, it is only 5.
W: Phalanx (Active)
When casted, Gillam crouches into a defensive position, gaining bonus armor and magic resistance. In addition, he returns 5% of any damage dealt to him as physical damage. When Gillam is in Phalanx mode, his movement speed is slowed tremendously, and he must leave Phalanx mode if he casts another spell.
Cooldown: 20 seconds. The skill goes on cooldown after 10 seconds if Gillam doesn’t end it or cast a spell while in Phalanx mode.
E: Forward Charge (Active)
Gillam charges towards the target location, damaging any enemies in his way with his lance and knocking them aside. If Gillam is in Phalanx mode, he gains bonus movement speed for a short time as well.
Cooldown: 30 seconds
R: Echoes of the Past
Gillam gains courage from his past life, gaining bonus armor, magic resist, and movement speed for a short time. Also, while in Phalanx mode, Gillam’s movement speed is not reduced, and he remains in phalanx mode even when casting another spell.
Cooldown: 3 hours.
Relationships:
((Note: These are relationships that have already been established in RPs, and thus shouldn’t need clearing.))
Jarvan IV: Jarvan pardoned him for deserting Demacia during Gillam’s era, and the two maintain a friendly relationship, both politically and personally.
Victus Brightblade: Being one of the first to welcome his House back into the political circle of Demacia, Gillam and Victus are on rather good terms.
Poppy: The Ambassador helped Gillam learn more of the League, and both remain friendly, however, the relationship is not personal.
Marabelle: Gillam and Marabelle are on very good terms, as Gillam has a good relationship with the prince.
Nunu: Nunu thawed Gillam out from his icy prison, which he had been resting in for more than a hundred years.
Description:
Standing at about 5 feet and 11 inches and weighing about 150 pounds, Gillam is rather average in stature. He has light green hair, an oddity even back in his era. His most valued possessions are his armor, his lance and shield, and his mother’s pendant, as these are the only items left from his own time.
Biography:
Gillam was the son of Alexander Dunwall, a huge figure in the noble circle of Demacia. The house had very good relationships with every house, and the King, Jarvan I. Gillam, following in his father’s foosteps, joined the military. Shortly thereafter, the Third Rune War began. Isabelle Dunwall, being very attached to Gillam, did not want to lose her only son. However, after much persuading, she allowed him to leave.
As the war raged on, Gillam was assigned to Demacia’s Northern Front, located in Freljord. His unit was one of the first to join the infamous battle known as the Deserter’s Skirmish, named after the many soldiers who deserted the battle. Gillam was one of them, fleeing into a cave nearby. He was frozen in a wall of ice; however, it is believed that his Mother’s pendant kept him alive. He was thawed out by Nunu, a champion of the League, and Gillam awoke in an era unfamiliar to him. To this day, Gillam believes there was a reason why he was unfrozen, and he uses this dedication to serve Demacia in these turbulent times.
