Name:Tybresa Farrister-Cassalantar
Alias:Senior Steward of the League of Legends
Class:Sorceress
Race: Human
Age:29
Occupation:Summoner-Steward
Residence:The Institute of War
Alignment:Lawful Good
Abilities:
Born with a natural affinity to magic and an ambition to master it, Tybresa had both the financial and spiritual resources to attend the College of Magic in Demacia, focusing more on conjuration arts.
After joining the League, she took advantage of its libraries of arcane lore, increasing her magical knowledge by tenfold as well as showing great potential in summoning magic. Presently, Tybresa is a well-versed in conjuration magic, having a wide array of offensive and defensive spells at her disposition, though she is still training to master the magical arts.
Starting Mana Pool: 300
*Depending on the circumstances conflict finds her, it may increase or decrease depending on factors like well-rested/exhausted, etc.
*Within the Institute, she gain an additional +200 mana and increased mana regeneration; values may change depending on the proximity of the Nexus Crystals and tier.
Combat Abilities
Q - Conjure Distraction Flare: Tybresa can conjure a small, blue flame in front of a target’s eyes, violently exploding, causing temporary blindness and dazing effect. A low-cost/cool down and on-target spell, Tybresa uses this as a warning to those that try to cause trouble within the Institute.
W - Conjure Containment Sphere: Also known as ‘The Bubble’, Tybresa can conjure a magical sphere surrounding a creature or object, isolating it from the outside world. Instantly cast with a hand gesture in a range of ten feet, has a duration of one minute, but can be extended with every additional minute carrying an exhaustive effect on the caster. Only one bubble can be cast and has a cool down of five minutes after the initial sphere has dispersed.
E - Conjure Barrier: A high tier spell, Tybresa can conjure an impenetrable barrier in a medium area around herself (up to ten feet). Instant cast, requires to be channeled through the summoner’s power focus (her palms). Lasts a total duration of 3 minutes, but can be extended with every additional minute carrying an exhaustive effect on the caster. Can only be cast once per encounter.
R - (Ultimate) Conjure Guardians Of The Sky: A master tier spell, Tybresa can conjure up to three Guardians of the Sky, ethereal minions that will obey Tybresa's command throughout the duration of the spell. High cool down (once per day), they last for either the whole duration of the fight or half the day when out of combat(12 hours). There are three guardian aspects:
->Carrion Vulture: Offensive aspect, can peck at opponent's eyes, rake their skin and pick their bones clean. Has a chance to restore health per hit.
-> Battle Falcon: Defensive aspect, can shield an ally, bolster morale through its battle shrieks and distract enemies with a wing buffet.
-> Hummingbird: Utility aspect, is mostly harmless and peaceful, acts as a messenger, song bird and looks aesthetically pretty.
Non-Combat Capabilities
Curse of the Hummingbird - Tybresa conjures an ethereal hummingbird that sticks to a marked target. The hummingbird is designed to be overall pestering, annoying, harassing and disturbing to their victims as long as they are materialized. It can only be dispelled by the caster without any harmful effects - any attempt to banish it will trigger an even worse and violent reaction. This is spell is used to mark troublemakers within the Institute and force them to turn themselves in to have a friendly 'chat' with the Senior Steward. Very effective - the record time was 3 days until the victim finally turned themselves in.
(Passive) Master Summoner: Countless hours spent summoning the champions of the League as well as the prolonged exposure to the nexus crystals powers has given Tybresa the ability to gauge the current state of mind or emotions of any Champions of the League of Legends, even outside the Fields of Justice. She can use this to her advantage, increasing her chance to persuade, calm or incite champions. Effectiveness increased depending on how often she has summoned the respective champion. Whenever she uses this ability, her eye color shifts to a more unnatural hue of lightning-blue – years of exercise has allowed her to make the effect more subtle, but a person who would pay attention can still notice the effect.
Nexi Affinity: Having lived for ten years at the Institute of War, Tybresa has developed an affinity to the great Nexus Crystals, learning to interpret the magical ley lines that course through the walls. Tybresa is able to find a champion or summoner (it is necessary for the sought person to have come in contact with the power of a Nexus Crystal) within the Institute of War. In order to tap into this ability, she has to come in contact with the ley lines, pressing her hands and body against the walls of the Institute.
A passive effect to this ability is that her mana pool and regeneration is increased as long as she is on the Institute grounds.
(Heritage) Falcon Blood: For generations the Farristers have been working with the noble falcons, developing a strong bond that would keep running through their bloodline. Blood-relatives of this house have a deep understanding of avian creatures and the limited ability to understand and communicate with them.
(Heritage) Necromantic Influence: House Cassalantar is noted for their arcane potency and their natural affinity towards the dark arts of Necromancy. Even though refusing to study the Dark Arts, Tybresa has a great potential waiting dormant within her.
Relationships:
Within the League
As a steward and long-time Summoner of the League of Legends, Tybresa is a well-respected and reliable woman. She treats everyone with politeness and respect and will gladly help or show newcomers around. The Institute of War is her home now, the summoners and champions alike – her family. She will always aim to please those around her and acts as peace-keeper, in order to avoid conflict at all costs.
Family relationships
General Bryce Farrister: Tybresa loved her father dearly, and his death has affected her greatly, having been absent from the Institute of War's struggles and issues for two long months. She doesn't wish to speak of him, as the memory is too fresh imprinted in her mind and would most likely bring her on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
Marcelaine Cassalantar: Little is known about her, having avoided demacian society ever since her marriage. Her death has greatly distressed Tybresa, the effect lasting even now despite her attempts to move on. She would visit her burial site whenever she found herself in Demacia. Tybresa cannot suffer anyone’s attempt at slandering her mother’s name or memory and will defend it with an almost hysterical passion. Bryce claims that Tybresa is a perfect copy of Marcelaine, only with blue eyes, blonde hair ... and the ability to kill without drawing a sword.
Otis Savrin: While other people think of Savrin as the Farrister's Steward, he plays a far bigger role - he is a member of the family, having acted like a brother to both Bryce and Marcelaine, and an uncle to Tybresa. She is very very fond of Otis, having listened to his stories with fascination as a child and relied on him greatly during her time in Demacia. She feels she owes him a great debt.
Markal Cassalantar: Tybresa occasionally receives letters from Markal, whom she fondly refers to as ‘Grandfather’. Tybresa avoids revealing more about him, but there is quite a controversy surrounding the wax seal imprinted on each letter, bearing the sigil of House Cassalantar - and Noxus.
Hummingbirds: Tybresa considers herself their adoptive mother after their parents passed away, having been able to train them with her innate ability to communicate with birds. She occasionally used them as messenger after discovering their spectacular sense of direction and ability to track down people they haven't seen before, on the basis of drawings/portraits.
Description:(( The image is not mine, the author is shideh.deviantart.com/ ))
Tall, with sky-blue eyes and fair skin, Tybresa is a woman in the bloom of her life. Her blonde, wavy hair flows over her shoulders, crowning her noble features.
She wears the standard rich-purple and heavy summoner robes, however it is distinguished from the rest by the striking golden trim and the crest embroided across her chest and back, marking her status as a powerful summoner and Steward of the Institute.
She wears a tight-fitting black silken choker with a single glowing gem in the middle, her badge of honor as the Senior Steward. She never seems to take it off, no matter where she finds herself - it seems that she is hiding something underneath it.
Outside of the Institute, she shifts from her usual appearance into a wardrobe more specific to the city-state she finds herself, but the choker is always a part of her garb.
Her noble upbringing is reflected in her behavior – standing tall and proud, she keeps her hands clasped in front of her in a lady-like fashion. She speaks in a very polite tone and always accompanied with a warm smile.
Despite her welcoming demeanor, she can be very strict and somber when it comes to breaking the rules or upsetting the harmony within the Institute of War, never hesitating to use magic (more specifically “The Curse”) to solve conflicts.
Biography:
Life in Demacia
Daughter of General Bryce Farrister and his wife, Marcelaine, Tybresa let a happy but secluded childhood within the aristocracy of Demacia. She had the spark of genius kindled within her since she was a child, content with spending her days reading books in her father's library, enthusiastically learning from her teachers and mentors, or spending time alone in her solarium, a sanctuary where she would let her artistic side manifest uninhibited through either music or drawing.
She was discovered to have magical proficiencies (to her family's great surprise) at the age of nine, a fact she welcomed with open arms, embracing her potential.
Tragedy struck her for the first time when her mother fell ill to an unknown disease shortly before her admittance into the College of Magic, passing away on the day she turned fifteen. She suffered solemnly and quietly for the sake of her father, who was devastated at the loss - Tybresa found herself transitioned from adolescence to maturity almost abruptly, temporarily taking on the mantle of Farrister to ease the General's burden. With the help of Otis Savrin, the family's steward and close friend, Tybresa prevailed in maintaining her family's esteem throughout Demacia's society.
At age 17, Tybresa bought a pouch of mysterious seeds only to discover they were in fact an exotic breed of lilies from Ionia. Shortly after they bloomed, their overbearingly sweet perfume attracted a couple of hummingbirds that made their residence in her solarium.
Life at the Institute
Tybresa found herself applying as a summer of the League of Legends at nineteen years old, leaving behind her comfortable life in Demacia for reasons not many know.
Finding herself in her element, surrounded by books and magical studies, Tybresa had an easy time as an apprentice, passing her exams with flying colors, becoming a Summoner at twenty-three years.
At twenty-five years, she was promoted to gold rank and several months later applied as a Steward of the Council and the Institute of War, feeling a bond of familiarity with all the members of the League - champions and summoners alike.
Year 21 CLE, at twenty-seven years of age and two years of service in the Steward Council, Tybresa was promoted to Senior Steward by High Councilor Kolminye herself after the previous one had been unceremoniously dismissed.
Recent Events
Tybresa's world was shattered once again by tragedy with the death of her father. She retired from the League for two months to remain in Demacia, heavily weighing the decision that would change her life - whether to take on the mantle of Farrister, or relinquish it to return as the Senior Steward of the League.
Choosing the latter, Tybresa returned to the Institute only to find it almost crumbling under the weight of the recent events afflicting Valoran. Having retaken her position as Senior Steward, Tybresa strives not only to rebuild the Institute of War back to its former glory - but to redeem herself for her absence, blaming herself for the state things turned out to be.

During her time in Demacia, Tybresa has had basic sword fighting and advanced fencing knowledge from her father. She also learned a couple of Nightingale fighting techniques from her mother, but she wouldn't rely on them in a dangerous situation, unless magic is not an option.

She repaid that debt by officially naming him the Head of House Farrister, two months after her father's passing so she may return to her duties as a Steward of the Institute, knowing her family name will be well-represented.
With the secession of Noxus from the League of Legends, the letters have stopped. Even though she does not voice it out, Tybresa often wonders about her grandfather's well-being, realizing he is now her only living family outside the League.
During her two-month stay in Demacia, they have disappeared for reasons unknown. Tybresa is greatly distressed at this lost, seeking to find out their exact fate - if only to put her mind at rest.

In truth, Tybresa ran away from home in order to avoid an arranged marriage with a man she never met, the engagement arranged to happen on the day she turned nineteen - the same day she ran away.
Finding herself in her element, surrounded by books and magical studies, Tybresa had an easy time as an apprentice, passing her exams with flying colors, becoming a Summoner at twenty-three years.
The hummingbirds had followed her all the way from Demacia, accompanying Tybresa during her apprenticeship. They had made their nest somewhere in the Institute's Outer Grounds, where they hatched twelve hatchlings in the span of three years before they passed away. Tybresa took it on herself to take care of her companions, taking charge (and responsibility) for them.
At twenty-five years, she was promoted to gold rank and several months later applied as a Steward of the Council and the Institute of War, feeling a bond of familiarity with all the members of the League - champions and summoners alike.
Life in Noxus
Unbeknownst to many, Tybresa's mother was a fabled noxian warrior, the Nightingale, and daughter of House Cassalantar. At some point during year 18 CLE, Tybresa left for Noxus under the pretext of 'League Business' to make contact with the other half of her family. She discovered her grandfather, Professor Markal Cassalantar and remained in Noxus for a month, during which she learned more about her heritage.
After she returned to the Institute of War, she insisted for her name to be changed to 'Farrister-Cassalantar' instead. She would keep in touch with her grandfather through monthly correspondence.
