A slow breeze gusted through the doors of Sheriff Caitlyn's office, and the large wooden doors slowly creaked open, light footsteps heard from behind the door. Shortly after, the footsteps stopped, and the door busted open, strong winds flowing through the door, blowing a few papers back. The champion known as Janna looked around, noticing the mess she had made with her entrance, and she giggled to herself, before walking up to the Sheriff. Her eyes flashed azure, as she stared straight at the woman in a ridiculously tall hat.
"Hello, Sheriff. How are you today? I've been wanting to talk to you about... business. Shall we?" Her expression seemed concerned, but otherwise she was her usual happy self. "I'm quite sorry about the mess, I'll have to clean it up for you after we finish, unless you want me to do so first?"

Caitlyn fought the need to half her face with the palm of her hand ((To facepalm)). How did she even get in here! What in the world...
"Janna, what are you doing here? And how did you even get inside without my secretary noticing you?" Caitlyn pushed her caller button exchanged a few words with Cristina and she finished with the following sentences: "Well, I hope that next time you will lift your eyes from the magazine. You can't let just anyone inside" She then turned back to Janna
"Good afternoon, Janna. No its fine, I'd like to clean the mess by myself. That way I can ensure everything is in place. What brings you here?"

"I heard about some things..." She began, sitting down on a small tornado lightly hovering just above the ground. "Your partner, Vi, has fleed Piltover... right?" She smiled reassuringly, hoping that she wouldn't take it the wrong way.
"So... how are you holding up?"

Caitlyn sighed.
"Yes, Vi did flee. So did Jayce. He is on my list of suspects in assisting her to escape. I suspect he did that because he cares for Vi. Not that it interests me of course how they feel about eachother but the man should know that law comes before emotions!" Caitlyn seemed both furious and sad at the same time.
"If I didn't have my new assistance, I may not have been able to hold up. Vi was a crucial part of the police force and now that rumors started spreading that she went rogue, crime started rising again."
Caitlyn closed her eyes and thought to herself. She then looked at Janna again and sighed once more. "Due to the recent happenings, I'm going to request a temporal resignation from the League, just until I sort things out here. Its just too much...
Anyway, how are you doing, Janna?" Caitlyn said, wondering why she revealed so much to the Storm's Fury, her fellow champion.

Janna smiled, clasping her hands together and staring straight at Caitlyn affectionately.

Caitlyn was thinking. While she appreciated any help possible, what could Janna possibly donate to Piltover that wouldn't create more chaos? The last thing she needed were a bunch of fanboys running around after a whirlwind of emotions. She shrugged and replied.
"Sure... But I'm not really sure what you could possibly help with."

She moved closer, her expression growing excited. "Oh, it will just be wonderful! I could act like Vi was to you, partners! Besides, the winds are stronger than anyone could think, no criminal could escape that easy!"
Her eyes sparkled like those of a child, and she danced around the room carefree, looking at things with curiousity. "I also heard that Vi injures the criminals... with me I could bring them in, alive and well!"

Caitlyn rose, attempting to calm Janna. While she never met the champion personally too much, she could agree on one thing. The open archives that mentioned her shifts in emotions and reactions were correct. "That's... Great. Just be careful not to break anything okay?" Caitlyn said, trying to bring Janna down.

"Great! How should I start? Oh! Maybe I can set up a room here! It'll be really fun!" She twirled around, and the winds caused some of the papers on Caitlyn's table to flutter about in the breeze. Her heart paced - it would be so exciting to work as a crime fighter alongside Piltover's respected Sheriff!

"Well, I certainly can't let you live in a normal tavern can I?.. I guess you could use a room in the living floor above. Would that be fine?"
Caitlyn said, already wondering what could possibly go wrong. Too many ideas popped into her head. She put a form on the table in front of Janna, the form is labeled: "Officer Sign Up".
"You're starting as a simple officer. You take orders from me only unlike other officers though. Understood?" Caitlyn's tone shown her seriousness. She didn't want any funny business around her police department.

"Oh... so no partners?" She frowned for a moment, reluctantly reaching out for the red pen on the side of the table. Tapping the pen on the table, she finally decided to sign the papers anyway.
"Mhm! Being a police officer must be so much fun!"

"Considering your... Stature... I don't trust my male officers to hang in your company. And since Vi used to be my only female asset in the police department, I don't see you being with anyone else. So no, at the moment no partners. Although... I might assign you with my subordinate if I see such a thing is necessary."
Caitlyn waited for Janna to sign and then read the forms. When she heard Janna's remark she looked at her and smiled. "At start it might be rough, but its getting easier with experience. Don't worry, I won't go hard on you."

Janna nodded, shaking her hand with Caitlyn. "I just know it will be a delight to work with you! Ooh! Maybe there are some outfits in there..." Janna promptly hovered over to a dressing room behind the office, and started selecting out pieces and bits of clothing for herself to try out.

Caitlyn facepalmed when Janna rushed to the dressing room. "W-wait stop! These are not the officer uniforms!"
When Janna would look at the outfits, she will realize that these are the alternative outfits for Caitlyn on the rift that summoners used back then. The only difference is that they are the full outfits, and not the less clothed versions that could be seen.

When Caitlyn entered, Janna was already trying on the 'Officer' costume, which was a lot more clothing than what she was used to... but it was perfect for the job!
