Sorry this didn't get in that last post but when we are checking 5 others OC's and one guy goes to write the post and the others go to check the others and keep talking to the guy writing, shit happens. My bad.
"One day, 5 rookie soldiers were about to be fired for their poor stamina and health. Sympathetic, Titus beseeches to his father that he will train them. Surprised and slightly admired at Titus, Vespacian agrees. With a heavy task behind Titus' back, he places the 5 soldiers in his own military training. At one point when Vespacian does his routine inspection, he enters in Titus' camp to see the entire place a military training ground with his son leading them. Titus impresses his father even more with his seemingly changed personality."
As a superior officer, you don't give a Private command of a squad of men. Making your son their CO makes you look bad and your son have no authority as that boy is seen as family appointed and thus inexperienced and thus not worth listening too. Especially given his history. "the worst soldier he has ever seen." No one just willy nilly gets a command with your track record.
Your past is everything. That is why they record everything. The higher ups review all of your actions. This character that you have as your father appears to put family second and military first. So why would someone put a soldier that is known for being a hothead in charge of a group of rejects.
With that "the worst soldier he has ever seen" bit, I would think he is lucky to be in the service still.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! IT'S THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR AND I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CRUDDY PROJECTS! IT'S DONE!
Anyways, after looking at Marcus' profile and Titus, I decided to not focus on the story much and focus on how I am going to portray him. So I don't know if it's a bad idea but I removed everything and only left one paragraph in the bio. By keeping Titus' bio generic and simple, I think I have a wide range of possibilities for him. :) Let's hope so!
Is that Teemo thing still part of your lore? if not, change your relationships.
I didn't want to bother Teemo again so I just removed the relationship.
