While Razie does not engage in combat personally too often he was trained during his younger years in the art of self-defense by a teacher his mother insisted on hiring, so he knows how to disarm your casual drunk bum with a knife but is otherwise clueless in terms of real combat and instead falls back on his intellect.
When he chooses to engage in combat situations however he steps in decently armed with various gadgets and his newly upgraded "Universal power gauntlets" but Razie just calls them "the gloves".
Carries a pistol loaded with non-lethal bullets made of rubber. Enemies hit by multiple of these would most likely need medical attention due to the welts they would cause, Razie isn't the best shot and would most likely need the target to be disabled to get a solid hit. The pistol holds 8 rounds and he usually carries 3 or 4 clips at a time
Passive: Open for business- Those allied with Razie who have him look over their equipment can have it repaired and upgraded by him, naturally it will take him time to learn how something ticks but once he understands it fixing it and making small but efficient modifications to it are simple and can be done on the spot if the proper tools are on hand.
Q: Spark tap- Razie goes through his pockets and taps a small yellow sphere before chucking it toward his opponent, should anyone come into contact with it or be within 5 feet of it after 3 seconds they are paralyzed by a weak charge of electricity for 2 seconds. The affected would feel a bit shaky after being stunned, but no harm would come to them.
Time to prepare another spark tap: 10 seconds, usually carries 12 on him at a time.
W: Gigashield- Razie presses his gloves together and creates a shield around himself for 15 seconds, granting protection from minor projectiles and explosions. If a powerful spell or artillery strikes it the shield is automatically deactivated and no longer usable unless Razie recharges the gloves.
Size of shield- just large enough to form around Razie.
Cooldown- Razie needs 55 seconds to charge another Gigashield after the first has been depleted, unless it was struck by a powerful force and rendered unusable.
R: Sonic smackdown boom- Razie clicks his gloves together and it switches to Sonics mode generating visible winds around them, after 10 seconds of charging a large concentrated sonic blast is shot from them doing massive damage to the first few enemies hit and less to every enemy afterward, once the blast has died down the sonics option needs to be recharged.
Range of blast- from Razie's current position outward to fifty feet after which it disappears.
Cooldown- the time it would take to recharge the sonics option would be 5 minutes, upwards to 10 if the Gigashield was recently used.

Heat- Sets the gloves to heat mode and cause anything they touch to heat up by a controllable amount, used for lab experiments.
Relationships:
Jayce: Considers the man his closest friend in recent times. Recently he agreed to collaborate with Razie on making a life working and evolving model of the Arclight Project.
Caitlyn: Caught him transporting undead corpses for study and ordered their immediate destruction, she then offered him a spot on the arclight project for his 'bright mind'
Viktor: Had a long discussion with the techmaturgist about their views on the world after taking a trip to find him and gather notes on what to do with Rukan, now having thoughts about joining him and the glorious evolution.
Erika Rothstein: 'long lost' sister
Equipment: His trademark goggles he's owned since he was a child, over the years he's adapted them to fit his growing body as well as adding functions whenever possible
Goggle function: A simple zoom that extends his viewing range by approximately 30 feet

The Gloves: These initially were a pair of industrial gauntlets his father took an extreme liking to and attempted to turn them into more of the scientists pride tool, attempting to keep the augmented strength as well as adding functions such as heat and freezing to get rid of your common tools for the job. After a few years of fiddling with them however he became frustrated as he was only able to get a Sonics, heat and 'Gigashield' function working with their flimsy power source, Razie asked for them on his 13th birthday and his father was glad to give the "failed" invention up to his son.
Gigashield: At first these were on the Gloves as a means of protection from the very possible bone breaking force of their power source short circuiting and causing excruciating pain to their wielder, though Razie decided to remove them and ended up adapting their function.
He deploys the two metal plates and powers them up with the Gloves, the energy that flows from the gloves to the plates produces a temporary energy shield capable of blocking low-priority damage. Though it should be noted the shield is big enough solely to fit around him

Whenever he isn't speaking he's thinking of ways to speak, he loves hearing the sound of his own voice because it drowns out whatever madness is running through his mind at the moment, he's surprisingly excellent at hiding his insanity from friends family and your annoying police officer.
In recent times due to his mental state of mind being strained by being plagued by a creature he created he is extremely tense while alone and suffers from extreme paranoia if he doesn't have something keeping him from actually thinking on his life rather than his inventions.

Razie was born to a rising inventor in the city of Zaun with a mother who was especially sickly and a insanely ordinary sister,in his early childhood it was easy enough to tell that he was ahead of his years by creating small cities within minutes with blocks. At the age of 10 he had drawn a schematic (albeit poorly) for a mechanical companion that would aid him in his studies and other personal matters that made his father incredibly proud and know that when he passed on he would have a brilliant heir to the throne he would make, however caring for their mother and being rather uninterested in the daughter led to him taking drastic measures to make sure that he could make the best life for he and his son.
Some time later his father invited him to accompany him to a meeting in Zaun with Singed and Viktor on potential business deals on hextech, little did Razie know his father was actually discussing faking their deaths and moving them to Piltover to create the empire he always wanted with his son being the heir. Razie however Being the curious individual he was at the time stumbled upon Viktor some time after the meeting and chatted with the great genius, even showing him his first simple but impressive invention and discussing their views on how they view the world, but at the end he was left with thoughts on humanity's flaws and how they could be fixed in a world with the glorious evolution.
After this his father had taken him to a factory where he experimented and was shocked to find that the building was crumbling around them, he looked for his father but could only find smoke and rubble as he passed out. Soon after the building exploded and this led the mother and daughter believing they had perished, the event proved rather traumatic for him and whenever he tried to recall the fire or any events prior it was nothing more than a hazy blur. From then on he was raised in Piltover by his father who was rather stern on his intellect and was constantly pushing him to be better and better, though he never truly forgot about his wife and daughter as he sent them money from time to time.
He also met some radical young girl around his age named Tiffany who hammered the idea that you didn't need to change the world by force but instead to make a real difference by embracing your natural intelligence as an inventor you could change it for the better, she also managed to charm him and convince him that some Zaunite ideals weren't all bad and that Piltovers people should learn to take a few risks if they want progress to be the big theme of their city.
A few years later Tiffany was killed by an explosion in her fathers lab, her death affected Razie greatly since she was one of the driving forces for him to make progress that would make the world a better place. He decided from then on he would carry her wish and vowed to see it come through now more than ever, she even gave him a place to start with a concept she called R.U.K.A.N that was designed to help people who were disabled and didn't have the money for a hextech operation a second chance at life.
He devised to simply wait until his reworked version of the R.U.K.A.N was completed to initiate this plan and was well aware it would take years to make a reality, but he was willing to wait. In recent news he'd been assigned a spot on the Arclight Project, he immediately accepted and began using whatever knowledge he picked up from his fellow scientists on the project to improve rukan.
When Razie turned 18 his father had decided to make his son the proper heir to the company his father had created, yet the young inventor wanted no part of what his father was attempting to force onto him and he wanted to use what he had learned over the years to bring a great change to the world through progress and that he would only accomplish this if he was given the chance to live his life his way. His father didn't take very kindly to this and kicked him out, claiming that when he was ready to embrace life as a man he could come back home and 'embrace his destiny'
As of now he's come up with a strange theory and decided to put it to test by using an old tomb in Shurima by recruiting would be hero's and mercenaries, the theory: When pushed against the wall by terrors beyond your minds comprehension
Long Term Objective:
Razie goal first and foremost is to reach out to the officials of Piltover and implore them that while they are technically the most advanced city on Runeterra Zaun has always been right behind them in terms of progress and he believes that this is because their scientists and inventors are willing to take risks in their work, whereas if something is dangerous in the homeland then you are highly advised to drop it. He does NOT want to embrace Zaunite methods and kidnap or test on animals for their progress, but simply wants his people to not be afraid to take a risk if it could be mean progress for the city as well as the rest of Valoran.
