Oh, contest huh? Guess Chomper and I could keep watch in case ya two get too close to tell on yer own huh? And to give you two a lil' bath if you get too heated up.
Fizz chuckles and continues to balance on top of the trident. Perhaps he could do something when they get to the finish line. Maybe set up a little non-dangerous trap for when they get back from the race to the piers?

Seeing the comp Sarah’s expression would change into a more severe one, her gazed would show her anger from long ago from losing her most beloved possession, the comp from her mother the last memento she had from her. “Say so what would I do if I were to lose?” she asked, there wasn’t an even a little of her normal flirty cocky attitude. Then her face softened a little while talking to Fizz “Yea you should probably do that we never know what might happen.”

The pirate king grinned. He had her now. She wouldn't back off now. And he could set the terms as he pleased.
He didn't want to take anything physical from her. He already had her most prized possession. He wanted something else. In Bilgewater, reputation was key. His had suffered a blow when she had beat him in the Scab contest last year. He already had plans to win it this year, but a little extra humiliation Fortunes way would make it even better.
"If ye; be tah winnar, the cimb be yers'...but if I be tah winnar, ye' have tah' flaunder around Bilgewater fer' a whole day in onea' dem big, goofy noblelady dresses' "
The people of Bilgewater despised formaility and high class. Seeing Sarah dressed as one of them would either make them dislike her or laugh at her. Both resulted in her reputation suffering.
"I agree with ye' two Fizz. Better thar be no dispute fer' this contest. Well Fortune? Are ye' ready tah put yer' reputation where yer' mouth is?"

And if either of ya tries to get outta their part o' the deal or tries somethin' underhanded, as bilgewaterian as that is, they're goin' on a ride with Chomper. I'll make sure he doesn't do anythin' dangerous, but in any case it won't be pleasant for ya landdwellers.
Fizz grins and leaps down from the trident, pulling it out of the boards and with a spin behind his back he points it from Gangplank to Fortune.
And that's a promise, you two ain't gettin' away with doin' stuff that ain't allowed. And unlike what I may usually tell people, that ain't just talk, that's gonna happen.
He then leans the trident to his shoulder, thinking if he should go and get the ceremonial armor he found back home a long while ago, just to seem more official about this.
On that thought, how about y'all have this race another day? I got somethin' I think will look good for the whole position of keepin' the race fair.

Sarah’s grimace changed into one of amusement as she started to laugh almost uncontrollably for a while “Alright Gankplank you know that I’m no one to bet without being able to see the opponents hand but today I will do an exception….just give me some time to prepare my ship. One month will do and you will have your race~<3” she said back to her usual self after she wouldn’t ever said it but she feel a little relieved that he wouldn’t only ask her something like this.

As much as he wanted her to rush into this blindly, he was glad she had the good sense not too. She was a worthy opponent. But he would prove he was the better person.

In that case, you two better go and get everythin' prepped up. I got preparations to do as well... and stuff to do before the race too.
Fizz throws his trident into the water, the weapon being quickly caught in the jaws of Chomper, who holds it with surprising care.
So, you two have some fun 'fore the race. I know I will.
Let's roll Chomps!
He jumps up to a barrel and from there with a backflip into the water, catching his trident from Chomper as he hits the water, swimming off toward his hideout to prepare for what he has planned.
