After finishing his business over in Bandle City, Fizz had taken his time returning to Bilgewater. He could've most likely reached the city a few days earlier, but he and Chomper had felt like hunting some food and having some fun along the way, catching salmon and killing a whale or two for Chomper. When he finally reached Bilgewater, he wanted to tell his tale, expecting the pirates who often pillaged yordle ships to appreciate his latest work, unlike most of the things he'd pulled off.
As they return to the bay of Blue Flame Island, Fizz gives a signal to Chomper who then flings him up from the water with a couple of flips. He lands on his feet and sticks his trident to the boardwalk, hopping onto a barrel with a laugh.
"Hellooo Bilgewater. I'm back, and I got a tale I think most of ya will appreciate. I pulled off somethin' great over at Bandle City, and I bet y'all will love it!
Oh, and could some of ya go and find ol' Gangplank and Fortune? I bet they'd love a laugh too."
((Fortune, GP, anyone happening to be in Bilgewater, gather 'round ))

Sara was around town when she heard the news that Fizz was back and wanted to share something with everyone. She hadn’t spoken to Fizz in ages and was a little concerned about the health of everyone around the small guy. She walked through the boardwalk surprisingly easily considering she was wearing high heels. “Yo Fizz what have been up to?”

Fizz chuckles as Fortune steps around, leaning against the Trident that is right next to the barrel he's on.
"I guess Planky ain't comin'... well, anyway, Fortune, the story starts like this.
I had decided to try something a bit different for one o' my pranks... and fo' that, I traveled all the way to Freljord to meet up with the old friend of everyone here because of his brews, Gragas.
He was all excited about the idea I had, and we together decided to prank Bandle City, since well, they don't really like our little haven of Bilgewater. It took us a lil' bit of time to get there, but oh was it worth it..."
He laughs at the thought and grins at Fortune.
"What'cha think we pulled off over there Sarah? Anyone? Any guesses? 'Fore I tell the rest, I wanna see if anyone can guess it right!"

(Sorry I was waiting to see if someone else would post) Sarah leaned against a pole in the docks hearing the amphibian trickster talk about his travels, and how he encountered the drunken behemoth of a man known as the rabble rusher. “Mmmm…you and Gragas? I can only imagine that you two did something big, that included lots of alcohol, but tell me more about this prank of yours,”

"Yar, dun think I'd be missin' a tale of hijinks from me' favourite trickster!" Gangplank announced as he approached the pair. He had just returned from his long voyage around Valoran, one that had left him in high spirits.
He gave Fortune a nod, stern but respectful. He might not like the women herself, but she was true child of Bilgewater like him.
"So, what did the pair of you do Fizz? Did ya' spike thar water with grog? Fill thar precious "Mothership" with rum?" I want tah' here it!
Gangplank was excited to know. He hated those little furry creatures as much as he hated the law.

Fizz grins widely when Gangplank appears on the scene, laughing a bit at his guesses. He was good at that.
"Well, let's say it this way. Graggy had just finished this... brew called the "Sobriety Smasher", and I think he had accidentally made it even mo' potent than he thought.
After a few days of travel, him on land and me on the sea, we reached Bandle City. I took a cask o' his brew and he chugged a whole cask down and went in as a distraction. Nothin' like a big, fat man drunk offa his arse in a city of Yordles huh?
While he was keepin' Teemo, Trist and the others busy, I snuck around and found their main water supply. Gragas's stuff was strong, because even though it was watered down by enough water for the whole darn city, it got everyone drunk off of a glass or two. Even ol' Teemo got all smashed off his behind!"
He laughs hard and sits down.
"Oh and did that scout gal deserve it, he's been a pain in the arse every time I've been around there, just because of my rep."

MissFortune returned the greeting to Gankplank in a respectful manner she didn’t agreed with his method or ideals but he was a man that had the best for Bilgewater has his priority, and she didn’t wanted to cause an scene. “Ah well earned reputation if not how would have you slipped of that little annoying scout to get your prank going?” she said laughing with Fizz thinking of the bunch of little fury’s drunk of their ass. “I can imagine that at least a couple did things that they wouldn’t normally do on their fives did you saw something?”

The pirate let out an loud laugh at the thought of the entire population of Bandle City flopping around drunk. He knew first hand the strength of Gragas brew, the only man to ever out drink him.
"A fine trick that was! You make me proud to call you a true citizen of Bilgewater! So how did the pair of you get of? I imagine even drunk the little rodents might give you a hassle."

"About that, well, I had no issues gettin' out myself, but bein' a bit full of brew and around the runt Rumble and the Commando Tristana, neither of which were drunk, he kinda got caught and interrogated. Not that they could blame him for anythin', except having drunk alcohol that smells the same as what I used.
They had nothin' they could pin on me, they could suspect all they wanted, but they had nothin' to catch me for."
Fizz laughs, pulling the trident out of the board walk and up to himself with a spin.
"There's only one person who could prove I was a part o' anythin', and that's just a kid who happened to see me with the cask I used on the water."

“Ho ︢︣ ❤ And what did you did about the kid?.” Sarah asked interested in what the amphibian trickster did to keep the kids lips shut chuckling at the thought of all the drunk yordles tripping and smashing against one another not even knowing what hit them.

"I didn't have to, not even the kid's own mother believed him when he said he saw me."
Fizz laughs once more and shakes his head.
"Gettin' Gragas outta there was a bit different though... poor guy got caught while drunk and taken in for interrogation. Of course that "Megling Commando" gal Trist and the shortie with a bad temper, Rumble, were too smart to get drunk... I think so at least."

Yordles? Rioting? Puhhlease Fortune, that'd take way mo' than what I did. It was fun watchin' them stumble around a lot, but those guys are so peace-lovin' that even fights were rare when everyone was smashed.
Fizz shakes his head, still grinning.
And Planky, gettin' Gragas out of a special forces base? A bit outta even my league, I just waited for him to be released, they can't keep 'im locked up with his League status, or even if they wanted to. That man can break down walls good.
