Abilities: During her time in Zaun she worked as a waitress, so through that she learned how to calm down most drunks.
Passive: Criticizing reality; As a illusionist she knows that there are others who use the same kind of magic, she is because of that a bit cautious when she thinks there is another illusion mage around.
Q: Persuasion; Melanie casts a spell upon the target, if hit the target will see her as an ally or a close friend for 10 minutes. The stronger the mind the target has, the weaker the spell is on that target. (3 hour CD)
W: Disappearance; Melanie disappears from plain sight becoming invisible to the naked eye for 5 minutes. Whilst invisible she has 10% increased movement speed. (3 hour CD)
E: Replication; Melanie replicates either herself or an object in her sight, the clone has no ability to speak or hurt people, if she clones herself it will copy her movements. If she clones an object it will look like the real thing, but if someone where to touch either the clone of her or an object their hand will just pass through and the clone disappear in smoke. (2 Hour 30 minutes CD)
R: A Dance of Magic and Blade; Melanie focuses all her might into a move that causes her to appear and disappear around the target constantly closing in on it (using clones and invisibility.), when she is near enough she will start to attack the target with her dagger, she will attack 4 times, if she hits one of her attacks it will cause a minor wound depending on the location hit, a grievous wound and a bleed that begins to drain the target of blood until treated, the blade is coated with a poison that prevents coagulation if untreated. She uses this move as a last resort, not wanting to kill anyone, so she uses it to scare them away with the potentially lethal wound. If used too frequently she risk becoming unconscious. (2 day CD)

Description: She is about 5'4 tall, she has long black hair and blue eyes. She usually wears a white tunic with a brown letter vest upon that, she has a dagger strapped to her belt hanging on her right side, she doesn't use it too much, but she is capable of defending herself with it.
Biography: Melanie Hazlewood was born two years before the founding of the League of Legends, she lived with her parents in Piltover when she was young.
When Melanie was around six years old her parents discovered that she was capable of using magic when she disappeared right before their eyes and then appearing a bit to their left.
When she was old enough she started to study magic at college of magic in Demacia. When she left her home she was both happy and sad, she was happy that she was going to study magic and become better in what she liked. Sad because she had to leave her parents at home, she promised that she would write to them as much as possible.
When she had just turned fourteen she had written a letter to her parents, but after a week which it usually would take before she'd get an answer she still hadn't gotten it. Time went on and after a month she was really worried that something had happened to them. She paused her education for a few weeks to return to Piltover and see what was going on. When she returned to her home she ran up to the door, she opened it and when she walked inside there was nothing left in the house. All the things where gone, no sign of her parents or anything, not even a note. She panicked, she started to look everywhere in the near neighborhood for her parents, but they where gone.
She then returned to her old home, when she walked in to the house she closed the door behind her. She sat down on the floor in front of the door which lead to her old room, and cried. She cried because her parents where gone, she cried because all their things where gone, but mostly it was because her parents had left her all alone, not telling her.
She cried herself to sleep that night, when she woke up she heard a knock on the door. She walked down and opened it, it was the old lady next door, she told her that her parents had one day just packed up all the things and left the house without a word. That day Melanie decided to leave Piltover for good, she wanted to finish her education in Demacia and then move to somewhere else.
She finished her studies at the age of Twenty four, she then packed all her things and moved to Zaun, she thought it was perfect, it was the complete opposite of Piltover, she liked it. She got a job as a waitress so that she could afford an apartment. She still works there, but she also practices her illusion magic in her apartment and on the streets in Zaun, drunks in the bar usually end up as practice dummies for her to try out some simple spell on. One day on her way back to her apartment there was a group of people trying to mug her as she walked past, not wanting to scare them into hurting her she didn't use any magic, instead she ran. She eventually got to her apartment where she hid for almost two days, not wanting to go outside risking of getting caught by the same people, until one day she decided to get a dagger so she could protect herself without the need to use magic.
Once she had gotten it she asked the salesman if there was someplace where she could learn how to use it the best way possible, he agreed to teach her. A few days later she knew how to handle her dagger if she was to get mugged again, and if things went really bad, she always had her magic to fall back on.
A while ago she heard something going on outside her apartment, she opened the door to see what was going on, and down the corridor there was a girl with huge gloves, she apparently had problems fitting them through the door frame, Melanie didn't want to approach her, who knows, maybe she was dangerous. Little did Melanie know was that her new neighbor down the corridor was Vi ((Talked with Vi, it's OK.)) who recently had escaped from Piltover. Now, she still lives a few doors down from Vi, she has just quit her job as a waitress to spend more time practicing with her magic, maybe one day, she'll return to Piltover.
