As much as Daichi resented the Chemist for his involvement in Ionia, the Ionian found himself turning to Singed once more for another need. This time for his Matron. She would likely disapprove of his action; all of Singed's focus should be on Swain but he had no idea how much headway the Chemist had made for the Grand General. It seemed like little, but Singed had information he wanted. Admittedly, he thought he might slip beneath her radar this once. There was a lot to manage and her attention was focused on The Grand General and running the country. She had eyes and ears of course and she wondered how many were on Singed.
A day before hand, The Chemist would receive word through a handwritten notice that he'd be visited by a certain Summoner. Their discussion was to be brief, private and important. Their meeting time was to be at 9pm, in his makeshift lab no less.
The next day, Daichi would enter his working area. Cloaked, his features hidden by an impenetrable blackness. His voice altered to be more Noxian.
"I appreciate meeting on such short notice. I know you are busy, however, I have something I must acquire that only a few can provide. I need to know if you know where I may acquire something to restore a limb after loss. It does not need to come from you, however, should it I will do the best of my ability to acquire you all you need. Price is not an issue."

The “laboratory” (Actually the room in which Singed worked in the theoretical part of his work) was filled with hand written papers, some of them showing indecipherable signs to the inexpert, and some numbers along with chemical and magical symbols.
Singed heard a person enter his laboratory, probably the sender of the letter. His complexion seemed familiar, he also had a hidden accent…peculiar and somewhat familiar, but different of what he remembered? He tried to remember what it reminiscent him of, but couldn’t put his finger in it.
“Well it depends on what limp you are talking about is it an entire arm? A leg? A hand? The ingredients and dose could vary from limb to limb not to mention from person to person depending on sex weight age.”
His voice was serious and commanding albeit seemingly tired from overworking on god knows what kind of complicated concoctions.

Daichi cared little about the symbols but ultimately what the chemist work ultimately created.
"Complex however I require something of enough strength to regrow at the absolute most a hand. Specifically fingers. I would prefer to avoid going into more detail Master Chemist. What I need to know is the difficulty it would take to acquire something of that strength. As well as time. Your work for the Grand General is far more important than this matter, however, I still need to do this. Any information you can provide upon it would be most helpful."
He couldn't help but notice the fatigue. LeBlanc most have had him working like a dog. Just how much rest was he getting? He almost pitied him. Almost.

“Ho Little soldier or whatever you are details are as important as the ingredients, knowing the limb that will get regrow will permit me to choose the adequate amounts of every ingredient and knowing the weight and se of the subject in question will permit me to calculate the dosage. Let’s imagine for a minute that we give a relatively small woman the required amount to, let’s say permit Gragas grow a leg back what do you think it would happen? You don’t even want to know. Now tell me what finger and the general build of the person in question.”
Despite the apparent tiredness of the mad chemist his voice was commanding and his presence was still as threatening evidence that he wasn’t a champion of the league without a reason.
“Also that shroud of darkness is kind of annoying I prefer to see my contractor’s eyes when I talk to them.”

"...I cannot drop this shroud while on these premises. Forgive me Master Chemist. However, you are right. This is for Matron LeBlanc." If she was going to discover it, well, she was going to discover it. Trying to dupe Singed into unknowingly doing it would serve him little purpose. However, he could not break that shrouding. If his identity was compromised further it would hurt him and the rose.
"I know not how it occurred, but you and I both saw the missing finger. Please, assist me..."

“Well well I expected as much but for someone to be concerned about the health of their matron so much…LeBlanc is fortunate in having such a faithful lapdog I suppose.”
He said in a stern tone of voice rereading some of his papers crossing some notes and adding others clearly he was working while talking with his guest normally he would take his time to attend any visit but now he was rather obsessed with not only recreating such a powerful concoction but bettering upon it.
“Come tomorrow about the same hour. I was preparing the potion already as a mean to distract my mind from my current work. Is rather fortunate though, that someone to deliver it would come to me on his own.” He said in a rather calmly but in a pompous tone of voice “If you need…not if she needs anything else you both know where to find me.”

Lapdog. Daichi felt anger rise in his blood but kept a cool exterior, his black shroud prevented any emotion from being scene. The bastard, but he was neccessary. Daichi knew better than to burn bridges. "Very well. I'll be here tommorrow on time. Send word of what you request for payment and I will have it." With the talk concluded he turned on his heel and left. "Until then. Take care."
May 31st, 23 CLE
The next day came and as expected the summoner arrived precisely upon the requested time and at the requested place. Not a minute too soon or a second too late.

Singed threw a small transparent bottle to Daichi it contained a purple and bubbling liquid with the consistence of a viscose oil. “Give it to her it will kick in immediately, though I do warm you two things: One.- Re-growing a limb is painful and Two it tastes horrible.” And without any other word in even looking at him he dismissed the summoner from his room.

He caught it with little effort. "You have my thanks Chemist." And then promptly turned on his heel and left. The interaction only needed to be minimal.
