Ruinous Power: This is the two handed axe Koroza wields (though at times he may use one hand), which he took as a proof of slaying a madman. At the very bottom of the hilt a little spike juts out. This spike is coated in a paralyzing toxin, which will render the victim helpless within a minute. They will not be able to move for an hour, but they can still feel and see everything around them.
The power of Koroza's weapon comes from the Inguz-Tiwaz, a rather mysterious source of energy. This source has the power to turn law to chaos, but the greatest effect is unleashed on the wielder. Thus, the powers granted by this axe are often chaotic in nature. Strange and elaborate writings appear all over the hilt and blade, however these writings are always in a specific pattern.

Biography:
Twenty years before the first Rune War, Koroza was a proud Demacian general who was feared for his skill in tactics and battle. In battle his foes were helpless against his quick and precise strikes or his sudden change to powerful and devastating blows. When stepping back and looking at the battlefield as a commanding officer, he deployed his men in tactical position and gave specific orders to each of them. Thus when the battle began, the army would carry out the orders. Whether that be flanking an enemy by hiding within a forest and dispatching any scouts. Feigning a retreat into a forest and luring the enemy into a false sense of security, only for cavalry to catch them in the rear while the once retreating army turned and plunged back into the fray.
However, every tale comes to its end, and Koroza's was a rather bitter one.
One day, a rather arrogant vassal declared his territory as no longer a part of the Demacian kingdom. Such a claim was pure treason, and Koroza was sent to dispatch with the madman. When Koroza arrived with his army behind him, what he found astounded him.
The traitorous vassal stood before him with an army of his own, in fact it seems all the resident of the town had taken up arms against Koroza and his men. It seems as though the madness had spread, but it would end here. Thus, a bloodly battle ensued between the opposing armies. While the vassal's army was larger than Koroza's, the loyalists were far more experienced in the art of battle. It ended with the Koroza's blade through the traitor's chest. Then he took the traitor's axe as a sign of his victory.
That moment was beginning of his descent into the sadistic monster he is now.
After razing the town to the ground, to ensure whatever madness was destroyed, Koroza and his men began to march back to the capital. However, Koroza's dreams became nightmares as the axe's curse began to take its effect on him. He dreamed of taking another's life slowly and painfully, but the pleasure he was getting from it was divine. The axe promised him freedom and pleasure beyond what he had ever hoped and dreamed of.
Koroza tried to rid himself of the axe, but it always came back to haunt him. It would return by dawn. However, Koroza was not the only one who felt the effects of the cursed weapon, no it began to spread to his men. The loyalists were becoming traitors.
When the army returned to Demacia, they returned not as heroes, but an enemy at the gate. However, the Demacian guards did not know that, and allowed Koroza's army inside.
Then the massacre began.
The "heroes" turned on the civilians and their comrades. Brother slew brother, son slew their father, and vice versa. The army planned to make it all the way to the plaza and place Koroza on the throne. However, fate choose otherwise, and Koroza's coup de grace failed.
They buried Koroza with the axe, deep in the ground, and sealed the entrance. Hoping that the madness that assaulted their kingdom would never return. However, fate had different plans as a certain individual saw far too much potential in this individual.
The Ruined King saw a capable general for his armies, and after the invasion of Demacia it became evident that he would need more than Hecarim to lead his armies. Koroza was raised from the dead to serve his new Ruined King, in exchange for a paradise to fulfill his desires.
