Name: Nulla Draconis
Class: Tinker, Wizard (Technomage)
Race: Human
Age: 67
Occupation: Artificer, Summoner
Residence: The Institute of War
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Abilities: Nulla is proefficient in the arcane schools of Transmutation, Conjuration and Evocation. His magical powers are only sightly superior to those of an average summoner due to his low focus on magical training during his studies. He is capable of utilizing magic for combat, but prefers relying on his wits and inventions.
Thanks to the combination of his magic and technology, Nulla can create any kind of mechanical objects; including but not limited to laser guns, handheld teleporters, and the like.
His known spells and magical power are comparable to those of a level 4 3,5 Wizard. For a list of wizard spells, see here: www.d20srd.org/srd/spellLists/sorcererWizardSpells.htm (Disregard any level 3 & 4 spells that aren’t from the Conjuration, Transmutation or Evocation schools, plus the Necromancy school entirely).
Relationships: Head artificer and respected authority at the Institute of War.
Description: Medium height, very skinny. Long beard and short hair, both white-grayish.
Usually wears gold and blue clothes adorned with light green gems.
Biography: Nulla was born under the wing a medium class demacian family. From an early age, he showed to have a knack for technology – always tinkering with junk and spare parts he scavenged himself. After blazing through his studies, he looked to hone his tinkering abilities. He was lucky enough to get a job as an intern in a demacian workshop. Years passed; Nulla’s hands became dexterous, his mind more acute. While the pay was reasonable, Nulla found himself striving for a greater challenge. During one of his walks back home, he overheard the creation of something called “The Institute of War” – a place where magic and science would abound and co-exist. After learning the location of the place, he packed his bag and toolbox and set off towards it. Intrigued by the potential uses of magic and technology together, Nulla began practicing the mystical arts of the summoner – the knowledge served him well, and allowed him to be one of the precursors of technomagic, or “hextech”. His far from disappointing creations granted him some renown within the league; but his most known and hailed to date is the Oracle Elixir – to the point of him obtaining a laboratory after he created it (other sources say that he was given the laboratory to isolate his numerous explosions during experiments, however). He currently resides in the Institute of War, but posesses a residence in Piltover.
