Titus walks back to his seat, seeing that the mayor is signaling him to. He takes a glass of water and drinks half of it down to his throat.
Titus is starting to see that Bandle City should send out its champions. He was against it but apparently he's starting to change his mind. Now he wants to know how the mission will be carried out.

Heimerdinger glanced at the mayor . ''Of course I can!" He scratched the back of his head with a worried expression. "It's just that I don't think Rumble would grant me permission to utilize his workshop willingly, and truth be told; I don't want to cause him any trouble. He has ignored the meeting call, so it's safe to say he does not want to get involved."

The mayor tilts his head to the side, staring at Heimerdinger curiously.
"Well, I didn't know Rumble was expected to be here, so I never called for him. Wasn't this meeting supposed to consist of those going on the expedition? After all, I can't send everyone out of the city. There would be no one left to protect it!"
He clears his throat.
"At any rate, that would have been my fault why Rumble is not present. I don't think he'd enjoy having to share his workshop with you, but I'm sure a compromise can be made. He's a very reasonable yordle when you can keep him from overheating, you know!"
Titus couldn't help but giggle maniacally. Rumble and Heimerdinger...working together!? In his opinion, the chances of that happening is equal to the chance that Jarvan IV saying yes to Swain's marriage proposal.
But he halts his giggling as he finds out that he's kicking his feet up. He reverts back into a state of seriousness.

Heimerdinger stood up on his chair. "If that will be all, then I will take my leave. I have to first convince Rumble to let me use his workshop, and then prepare a few contraptions."
If noone else were to interrupt Heimerdinger, he would jump off the chair and head towards Rumble's junkyard.

Teemo hops up onto the table before the inventor leaves.
"Wait, Heimerdinger. I should probably go with you. Rumble can take some convincing, and I know how you two argue every time you see each other. Maybe I can help you get a stay at his place."
The scout walks down the table and hops down next to the inventor, ready to leave for the workshop at once.

Seeing Heimerdinger being ready to leave, Jon decided it would be best for him to get what he needed too.
"If, ah, anyone could lead me to the hospital in this city-state, I can gather my supplies to be ready as well."
Then he remembered something else that got jolted in his memory. "Actually, is it possible I can come along with Heimerdinger to Rumble's workshop first? I myself need to build one particular thing."

Teemo walks up to Heimerdinger, nodding. "Of course. Let's-"
The CMO cuts him off and he glaces back, concern slowly spreading across his face. "Well, I suppose you can come along. But... I mean, Heimer is one thing. If a long-le-... I mean, human shows up at his door, he might take a bit more convincing. I can try to work something out though."

Jon recalled the person who owned the workshop, and remembered his views on humanity.
"I was not one of the people who had any qualms with Rumble before; matter of fact, I wasn't even part of the squabble that resulted between him and the visiting humans," he said.
"Besides, I'm a Medic. I wouldn't go there to 'demonstrate human technological superiority' or any of that bigoted rah-rah talk, I'd go there to make something to help me help others. But anyways, it would be a good idea to be on our way," he concluded, getting up.

"HOOOOLD ON, Heimerdinger!" Titus jumps down to the ground and approaches to him.
"I think Rumble is super, super arrogant. If it doesn't work out, come to me. If he won't answer to you, he will answer to Bandle City willingly. And...I may come with you, though he can't see me at all."

The mayor grumbles, picking up his cane and hopping off of the table next to Titus, bringing the wooden stick down on the admiral's head. Hard.
"Admiral Titus. I do hope you aren't instigating that Bandle City forces would impede on Rumble's personal space and force him to submit now. If there are any issues with the mechanic, I would like them to be brought to me. But I can assure you that Rumble can be reasoned with, even in these circumstances. I trust that Captain Teemo can persuade our junkyard friend into housing the inventor and the medic for the good of our cause." The mayor puts a strong hand onto Yoshi's shoulder and forcefully turns the admiral to look him in the eye, seeming quite powerful despite his old age and 'cute' stature.
"Now I suggest we make no hasty decisions here and return to our meeting, admiral." With that, the mayor lifts his cane and returns to his seat, expecting things to continue.

Teemo huffs at Titus, turning his head in the admiral's direction.
"Don't worry, Titus. I've got this covered. Let's get moving." The scout motions with his hands for the trio to start moving, making his way to the door. He knew that whatever information was missed would be passed on to him by the mayor, and trusted that the mayor knew what would be best for Bandle City.
"Nonononononononononononononononono...that's not what I meant- I'm not going to use force unless you tell me to! I-I-I-I-I..."
Titus clumsily approaches to the mayor and sits down where Teemo was. Apparently some people took the wrong message and now Titus is desperately trying to clean the mistake.
"I was going to try and convince him, I mean the guy is very loyal to Bandle and I thought I can use his loyalty to help us. Persuasion is the best force to use against a person...without hurting anyone...you know what I mean! Anyways, if he says no to me and Teemo, well I can always go to you."
Titus then notices Teemo, Heimerdinger and Jon exiting the building.
"You know what, next time I'll carefully choose my words. We'll see what Rumble really feels. Let's...uhh...get back to the meeting..."
And Titus stayed quiet, though in his mind, he's thinking a million ways he could get fired.
