Anivia preened slightly at the unexpected praise, subconsciously standing taller to catch the light of the day. At the same time, she wondered at such reactions from the summoners, the people on this world who should be the most familiar with her visage. Vera's voice clawed at the fringes of her mind, a sound that Anivia was intimately familiar with, yet had never heard. A phoenix does not forget.
Anivia was pulled from her memorization of the woman's face by Derrick's antics. "From what I have heard, the League needs all the help it can get," she replies coolly, the temperature dropping noticeably between the two. Her eyes wandered over the second summoner's diamond-hemmed robes. So this was to be their leader. Some humor would be needed for such an exploration, she decided, relenting her gaze. Whatever the failings of the League may have been, she still believed that its mission was sound. No doubt some new power was involved here, the same power that shrouded Icathia. The League could not be held responsible for all the mysteries of this world, much less this man. "I assure you, the weather will not hinder me. Thank you for organizing this expedition, Derrick Azordia. The happenings of Icathia have been a mystery for far too long."

The mayor stands proudly, watching as the first guests arrive. An official comes to distract him for a moment, mentioning the arrivals waiting at the gate. He sends the official off with instructions to notify a few scouts to watch over the main gate as well, and lead those guests to the town square, and ultimately the town hall.
Following this, mister Jadefellow strolls over to Anivia, bowing to her in greeting, then stepping over to Vera. It was easy for him to tell that the youth was a little nervous about this, and after the previous meeting he felt sorry for her. The old yordle pats her leg and puts an arm around as much as he could, looking up at her with a gentle smile.
"Now, now, child, I can see here that you're a little troubled. If this has anything to do with what happened the last time we met, then think nothing of it. The Institute simply put you in a position that you weren't quite ready for yet, but you will be in due time, I'm sure. Just consider all of this good experience for the future! I'm sure you'll do just fine."
Swaggering into view of the gates of Bandle City, The Exemplar of Demacia paused to survey the area. The yordle's were a strange and underestimated people he mused to himself. The thought of being surrounded by so many small, fluffy assassins in some way unnerved him, but he took solace in the fact that Demacia and Bandle City were strong allies. Nevertheless, he wouldn't show any amount of unease. He was a Prince of Demacia and he represented the City-State at its best.
Strutting past the gates, the Prince waved at the younger yordles, overhearing them chattering about the arrival of Anivia. Panning his surroundings for any scouts that were hidden, the Prince continued his way down towards the city hall. "Always be vigilant." He heard his Grandfather's old and tired voice in his mind. "The bad guys will try to get you from any angle they can." At the time, he'd laughed at his Grandfather's paranoia, thinking it was very silly of him in all the innocence a boy of seven could have, but through the years he had grown more and more like his patriarch's than he'd be happy to admit.
"Mr. Lightshield, SIR. My name is Hugo, it would be my pleasure to bring you to the Town Hall!." A cheery voice materialized from what moments before The Prince had assumed was a shrub. Shaking his head, Jarvan eyed the young, happy-go-lucky yordle. "Thank you," He replied carefully, "But I know my way. I used to come to this City with my Father when I was young. You are dismissed." The yordle paused, a frown on his face. "With... All due respect, Mr. Prince sir, I've been assigned this. If I carry out my duties well today, I'll be promoted." The yordle looked up at the Prince with a sheepish grin. "So if ya don't mind... please?"
The Prince frowned, then lifted his head and laughed. "Fine, lead on then Scout Hugo! I'll be right behind you." The yordle beamed and started marching towards the Town Hall, the Prince towering behind him.

Vera smiled sweetly down at the mayor. Though not entirely sure that it was appropriate, she patted his little head. "Thank you, mayor," she whispered.
Derrick tilted his head animatedly at the Cryophoenix's chide. "I won't hesitate to admit that we're dealing with a lot right now. But that's why we've requested--" He cut short, having caught sight of the approaching Demacian prince. "Ah, your majesty!" He waved excitedly, almost like a child made ecstatic by his favorite toy.

Heimerdinger was getting somewhat annoyed. He may not have been a king or an elemental being, but he sure as hell was the brightest mind within the group. He positioned himself closer to the League representative and coughed loudly.

Derrick looked around for the source of the blustering cough until his gaze finally fell to the afro-headed yordle at his feet. "And professor Heimerdinger, sir," he grinned roguishly, then turned to Vera. "I told you they'd be prompt. Good thing we arrived when we did."
Vera failed to conceal her indignant expression, "But you said--"
She was cut short as Derrick turned back to Mayor Jadefellow. "Well, since our numbers are growing so quickly, we'll try not to make a scene on your fair streets, mayor. Where should we head?"

"Ah, right! Come, come! We'll be having the meeting inside the town hall. Like I said earlier, it's the only building that could house such a meeting."
The mayor chuckles and waves a hand for the others to follow, hopping up the staircase and into the town hall.
Yodles.. the Battlemistress did not exactly care much for the little things.. however she did believe them to be cute, though she would never admit it. Her jet black hair blew in the wind a little as she walked into Bandle City, her cross blade hooked to her back. Once inside the city, Sivir felt.. awkward, her blue eyes flickering over the tiny creatures that she could, very literally, crush underfoot.
She was about to ask someone directions, as Swain had not informed her where this particular meeting would be taking place, until a small scout hopped down from a nearby rock and addressed her "Hello Miss Sivir!" the tiny creature said "I am here to escort you to the meeting!".. quite a chirpy fellow.. to chirpy for Sivir's taste. The Battlemistress simply made a hand gesture "Then lead on" she simply replied, following the small yordle until they reached the meeting room
Once there, Sivir took a moment to let her eyes flicker over Tryndamere, Anivia, Pantheon, and a few other of her fellow champions until they simply fell on the female summoner "I suppose she's the one leading this whole thing" Sivir thought to herself "Hopefully we can get things stared soon"

The mayor leads the party into a large meeting hall, similar to the one found at their previous meeting at the Institute. The furniture in here was notably larger than what was found in the previous areas of the building. Jadefellow walks up to the large oak table, stopping and turning to let the others enter. When Heimerdinger speaks, he pounds his cane on the floor twice.
"Quite right! We do want to get this over with quickly and productively. However..."
The mayor takes the end of his cane and pokes the inventor's nose with it from where he's standing, a strict tone to his voice.
"That doesn't mean we want to be too hasty. This is serious business, professor, and as such should be more important than your plans back home at this present time."
He stamps his cane on the floor one more time before making his way to his seat and hopping up to it. Unlike at their previous meeting, there were plenty of high chairs for the yordles to sit in and still be at a similar height level as the other guests.
Xin Zhao approached the town gates and stopped, glancing up and shouting. "I'm here for the meeting, from Demacia." The gates were opened and Xin Zhao continued on his way inside, his eyes darting around at all the structures and of course the Yordles running around. It was an... Interesting place. Now he just needed to find the Prince of course, which shouldn't be hard given his height and all. That was then when a yordle approached him, a scout. "Reporting for duty! I'm supposed to lead you to the meeting!" Xin smiled and nodded. "Lead the way, I'll follow." The scout happily nodded and lead him towards the meeting hall. He gave a quick salute and hurried off, leaving Xin Zhao to now enter the hall. He pushed the door open and stepped inside, glancing around at all the assorted champions so far.
He decided to first of course greet what were obviously the ones in charge, one summoner stood out of course. The one from the meeting. He headed towards her and smiled, resting a hand on her shoulder lightly. "Good to see you again, hopefully for all of our sake things go smoothly hm?"

Teemo moved closer to the rat in silence, his blowgun ready in hand. Getting down on his stomach, he readies his aim and speaks in a deep, demanding tone (or at least as deep as his voice would allow).
Warwick was unsurprised to have many eyes fall upon him as he entered the city gates, passing under the sentries' suddenly begrudging gaze with equal if not more annoyance at the situation. He did not want to be here, playing nice with the tiny scampering critters around him. But Swain would have his head for it later if he didn't play ball, so Warwick simply kept his course and did his best to ignore the easy pickings that littered the streets.
The burning excitement he'd felt during the trip over had cooled to a simmering anticipation, dulled by the prospect of teamwork. The great deal of coordination and cooperation needed was bothersome to the wolf, not used to such a tight leash on his work. He could not deny the logic behind a group hunt, in that it would be downright stupid to wander into somewhere like Icathia alone. But he couldn't help but think that the others would only slow him down, or ruin any plans he set into motion. No matter, he could have his fun out in the field when the time came; without repercussions.
Warwick made for the centre of town, heading towards the only smells that didn't belong to yordles. He was being watched by several scouts, but didn't care to pay attention to them. The rodents couldn't do anything unless he bit someone's head off, not that he wasn't tempted.
Sivir watched as the hulking werewolf made his way over to them, and couldn't help her lips quirk into a smirk "Maybe I'll a little.. competition, after all" Sivir said to the Blood Hunter has he approached. Warwick was no push over when it came to things like this.. in her eyes, he was one of the most dangerous creatures in the crowd. A beast, with the brain of man.

Heimerdinger followed the mayor inside the room, and sat upon one of the yordle-fit chairs.
"My job back at Piltover happens to be conditioning our main defense lines against a possible voidborn attack. Regardless, you are right - preventing any voidborn attack against any city-state is far more important than saving only one of them, even if said city-state is the most advanced."
Heimerdinger looked towards the door and shouted. "Come on now! Make haste!"
