His horse is pale and rotting, its bones exposed. Where is should have hair there is spirit fire. It also leaves a trail of this spirit fire where it gallops.
Thraxitar wields two hand scythes, one in each hand. They are attached to his arms by a chain on each end.
Despite being undead, Thraxitar is well spoken. He is courteous and respectful to his allies and superiors, but is still cold and distant in tone.

Biography:
The being known as Thraxitar was once a great general of a kingdom at the peak of the first Rune War. The kingdom was in the Shurima desert, near the Tempest Flats. One of several kingdoms that had risen in the after the death of the mortal Ruined King. Thraxitar went by a different name when he was mortal, one he no longer cares for. He was a great man in this kingdom, respected by his men and loved by the people.
The ruler of this land however, began to grow paranoid of this generals status. He saw how the people adored him, how the men followed him without question and how he was victorious in every battle he fought. Fearing a coup, he branded the general a traitor. His family was killed and he was captured while trying to flee on his horse. He was buried up to his head in the sand, left to die as the vultures picked away at his face.
The general died angry and hateful, all love in his heart lost. His anger was felt by the Ruined King, a powerful necromancer. Seeing a powerful ally, the Ruined King offered to return the general to life and give him a favour in return for service to him. His mind fuelled by anger, the general agreed, only wanting revenge against the man that wronged him. And so the man was resurrected, but he longer cared for his old name. He chose to name himself Thraxitar, a say in his tongue that translates as "he who paints the world red.". The King, amused by his name, gifted him with two hand scythes, ones that would make any wound they cause bleed profusely.
Thraxitar was resurrected and would find his revenge in his unlife. He would find his old ruler and butcher him, not even leaving anything for the vultures. His bloody revenge sated, Thraxitar was taken to the Shadow Isles to sleep, waiting until his new king needed him again.
