Another day of hard work in the Zaunite embassy in Piltover “sigh maybe I should get me another couple of assistants” Magnus thought to himself re-reading a bunch paperwork about the festivals of flight that was still 7 months from now as well as contracts about the new politics of importation and exportation of technology between Zaun and Piltover.

Razie had made his way to the Chairman's office with a serious look on his face, his meeting here would hopefully give him what he needed to better this world: freedom to conduct his experiments. Time after time again while in Piltover he was caught by Caitlyn when he had only the city's best interest's at heart, and her forcing him to get rid of nearly all of his undead reaearch was the last straw.
Opening the door he gave the chairman a friendly smile and sat down before speaking. "Chairman Magnus, pleasure to meet you in person. I'm Razie Tynerson and here to discuss acquiring a Zaun citizenship."

“Oh yea I received your letter I have it somewhere…around this documents” he said looking to a pile of papers that had been accumulated in only one night “First of all do you know the consequences of what you are asking right? Yes in Zaun there is the freedom of research but also there is an ambient of constant competition and is not always loyal, not to say dirty are you sure to leave this peace loving place in order to struggle for your science?” He asked his voice was resolute and serious if Mr. Razie wanted to be a Zaunite he would need to understand all it came to it.

Razie was indeed very sure of this decision, he had it planned for months and was just waiting for the right time to spring it into action, He returned the Chairman's serious look with his own.
"I'm very sure. My time here in Piltover was nice but that's not going to help my future. It's time for a change for the better and to look forward to the future, i'm sure a man of your standings can understand that."

“I do I was just making sure you know the stigma you will carry with you labeled a traitor in Piltover and inferior until proven otherwise in Zaun.” He was looking through his paper work looking for all the necessary documents “So tell me what kind of research pushed you from Piltover? Depending on it I could contact persons interested in it and founding it or such.” He took a bunch of papers then started to organize them in the order that it would need to be filled and signed “Well they might be others that will admire how much you are abandoning for your craft.”

"My research dealt with finding a way to repel the undead and weaponry. But if you were able to hire a necromancer to help with researching the undead it would help me greatly, i didn't get too far due to Caitlyns interference."
"Aside from that it's mostly handling my fathers business of construction, somewhere in my lab i have schematics to a few hextech creatures we were going to create."

“Well since Zaun has links with Noxus I imagine that getting a necromancer to help you with such things won’t we too difficult, also make sure you have packed all your belongings in a week or so and to send me the following documents in three days from now.” He said handling a list to Razie “Since you will now be Zaunite you will probably want to expand your business to there also and the taxes work a little different for Zaunite companies that work in Piltover so I recommend you to also fix those issues with the corresponding authority.” After that he handed a bunch of papers to Razie “I put marks on where you will need to sign but of course you can take those home to study them before signing like is the Zaunite protocol.”

Razie gladly took the stack of papers and started to look over one before replying once again to the Chairman appreciatively
"I thank you for this chance Mr. Chairman, i'll be sure to do a bit more research into Zaun while i read these back at home. I'll be sure to have them back as soon as possiblem."

“Think of it as an opportunity to get outside of a golden cage it gives you freedom but is dangerous, after all like I said in Zaun the competitiveness is huge and the streets aren’t exactly safe if you aren’t prepared for any incident.” He replied “Take your time this kind of decisions should be made with a cold head, it will come to what do you desire most freedom to peruse your objectives and to clench your thirst for knowledge or this peaceful warm place where you are safe.”

Razie nods and takes the papers then stands up before making his way out the door before turning around to the chairman again.
"Thank you once again for this opportunity Mr. Chairman, I do appreciate this."
And with that, he made his way back to his lab on the eastern side of the city to review and put the last steps of this move into action before he returned the signed papers, he had to finish one more design.
